A large UFO, reportedly an Interdimensional ET Mothership decloaked itself over Winnipeg, Canada on the evening of November 22, 2011 and was witnessed and videotaped by a Winnipeg-based interdimensional ET contactee who has been experiencing repeated de-cloakings of interdimensional UFOs over his home in Winnipeg for several years.

The UFO contactee’s experiences have been continuously monitored by a leading UFO expert in Canada, who forwarded this reporter the video recordings, photographs, and a description of the Nov. 22 UFO sighting that are set out in this article.
Anniversary of JFK assassination and George W. Bush war crimes conviction.
The interdimensional ET UFO sighting occurred on November 22, 2011, the 48th anniversary of the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas.
On November 22, 2011 George W. Bush, along with former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair, were found guilty of the most serious of war crimes – crimes against peace – by a Malaysia tribunal.
This judgment convicting George W. Bush Jr. came on 11/22/11, 48 years after the assassination of John F. Kennedy on 11/22/63 in Dealey Plaza, Dallas, TX where George HW Bush, then an undercover CIA agent, was photographed next to the Texas School Depository. Narrative for November 22, 2011 video & images of an Extraterrestrial Vehicle Mothership taken on a cell phone camcorder in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
The following statement was forwarded to this reporter by a leading UFO investigator in Canada who has monitored this interdimensional ET contactee for a number of years.  The UFO investigator states, “In the early evening of November 22, 2011, our contact had just parked his vehicle in the front parking lot at a Wal-Mart in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, located at 1665 Kenaston Road and McGillvray Boulevard.  He was accompanied by a friend who was a passenger in his vehicle. “Suddenly, our contact became aware of a massive, glowing light blue, disc-shaped object about 500 feet in the air above the Wal-Mart.  He quickly got out his cell phone camcorder, zoomed in and began filming it.  On the top of the disc is what appears to be identification markings or an insignia, which seem to resemble two sharply stylized, zigzagged, horizontal military stripes.
“Our contact and his passenger can be heard conversing together in the video while the filming is taking place, most comments of which are regarding how awestruck they both are by the appearance of the extraterrestrial vehicle they are seeing, which due to its size, our contact refers to as a ‘Mothership.’
“Our contact did not observe anyone else in the Wal-Mart parking lot whose attention seemed to be drawn skyward and possibly aware of and observing the object in the air above them, although there is clearly movement and activity by vehicles belonging to shoppers in their immediate vicinity which can be heard.
“Together, our contact was able to capture two videos of the event; the 1st video lasting 1-minute and 26-seconds, with the 2nd at 50-seconds at length.  To the left of the glowing blue disc in the video is a small, yellow-green orb that appeared along with it.  There was no fast or sudden movement of the ‘Mothership’ or of the orb throughout the sighting, which mainly just hovered in place before starting to move away with a slow and steady motion, which ended as both objects slowly faded out and simply vanished — possibly cloaking themselves from being further observed.
“In all, the close encounter experience from beginning to end, lasted only slightly more than the filming of the event, at approximately 2 and 1/2 minutes duration.”
How to evaluate the Nov. 22, 2011 interdimensional ET UFO ‘Mothership’ decloaking
1. Authenticity, reliability, and weight of the video, photographic and eyewitness UFO contactee evidence – On evaluation, the video, photographic and eyewitness UFO contactee evidence of the Nov, 22, 2011 interdimensional ET Mothership de-cloaking over Winnipeg appears to be prima facie authentic and reliable, subject to any future rebuttals.  The Canadian UFO investigator has monitored this UFO contactee and documented his interdimensional UFO encounters for several years.

There is no reason to suspect an elaborate fraud, as the videos, statement and photographs along with the experimental control of the UFO investigator appear prima facie evidence an authentic UFO event as described.
2. Is the Nov. 22, 2011 Winnipeg interdimensional ET ‘Mothership’ decloaking a context communication by the intelligence behind the event?
Context communication theory of extraterrestrial communication
The context communication theory of extraterrestrial communication, developed by Alfred Lambremont Webre in 1974, states that many UFO encounters are in fact contextual, symbolic communications by the intelligent source behind the UFO encounter itself to the UFO witnesses or to humanity at large, much in the same way that a dream is a contextual, symbolic communication from the dreamer’s subconscious mind to her or his conscious mind.

It is always difficult to prove, from a 3rd dimension time-space vantage point, that a specific interdimensional ET/UFO encounter possesses such a convergence of symbolic meaning that it may be an unequivocal communication to humans from the intelligence behind the UFO encounter itself.
In this case the requisite degree of synchronicity and meaning is sufficiently immediate and direct that the Nov. 22, 2011 Winnipeg interdimensional ET UFO encounter may be such an “extraterrestrial context communication”.
A. Kennedy assassination – President John F. Kennedy, who by credible evidence was assassinated through the operational agency of George HW Bush in a coordinative capacity at Dealey Plaza on Nov. 22, 2011, may have been assassinated in part because (1) JFK intended to disclose the extraterrestrial presence; and (2) he was defying the banking Illuminati bloodlines by printing U.S. currency through the U.S. Treasury in defiance of the Rothschild-controlled Federal Reserve.  The assassination of John F. Kennedy was a coup d’etat that began an overt phase of the new world order and Draco reptilian agenda on Earth.
B. Bush & 9/11 – George W. Bush, by the evidence, launched a war of aggression against Iraq in 2003 under the pretext of the false flag operation of 9/11.  Prima facie independent evidence establishes that (1) four exotic technologies including Tesla-based time travel; HAARP; anti-gravity craft were used in the operational roll-out of the false flag operation; (2) Principals in 9/11 such as Donald H. Rumsfeld had knowledge of the facts of 9/11 as early as 1971; (3) George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney were operationally involve in 9/11.

C. Nov. 22 Day of Destiny – On Nov. 22, 2011, the very date of the Winnipeg interdimensional ET event (two connections to JFK); George W. Bush was convicted of crimes against peace, the most serious of war crimes. So far, his father George HW Bush has escaped prosecution for the serious regicide and crime against peace George HW Bush committed by participating in the assassination of John F. Kennedy on Nov. 22, 2001.
The intelligence behind the Nov, 22, 2011 Winnipeg interdimensional ET event may be signaling that a cycle of human social and political transformation is about to begin, now that George W. Bush has been convicted of crimes against peace.

The Canadian UFO expert who monitored the eyewitness UFO contactee’s Nov. 22, 2011 evidence and eyewitness report is also the spokesperson for the late Winnipeg-based Canadian NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham.
This reporter’s in-depth interviews and articles with Mr. Fulham concerning the ‘Council of 8’, a regional galactic governance council established that the period 2011-15 would be filled with a collapse of the old Illuminati-controlled order and the emergence of a new equitable social order for humanity.
Thus the Nov. 22, 2011 interdimensional ‘Mothership’ may be a ‘Council of 8’ interdimensional craft of the Pleiadians, the Alpha Centaurians, the Sirians or some other star system of that reported governance council.
