Nothing will be able to stand in the way of the changes that are about to commence, as they are essential to bring the end-times into being. It is all change as you step up into the higher vibrations, and quickly move through the Ascension process. The thought that you will never have to return to Earth on the Wheel of Rebirth, must be one that makes all of the effort you have put in well worthwhile. More so as you get a good idea of what it means in reality, by leaving behind the drudgery, harshness and strength sapping energies of the lower dimension. Even now as so many lift up out of it the aggression, antagonism and hatred still wreaks havoc on Earth, but will soon play itself out as the energies of peace settle upon it. One day very soon the futility of confrontation and war, will make way for loving relationships and co-operation amongst all people. Even now the young ones amongst you see the pointless waste of life and energy in the pursuit of conquest, and want an immediate end to it. Peace is coming and this time it will not be temporary, but be permanent and carry you forward to a blissful and ecstatic state.
However you are in the midst of so many different energies that are creating turmoil at present. The old guard cling onto their paradigm that kept them in power, but the new one is all powerful and will brush aside all that remains of it until Love and Light permeate the Earth. In just a few months the changes will be under way and more noticeable, and will serve notice on the dark Ones that the New Age is in progress of manifesting. Their actions can no longer carry the threat that they used to have, as their power structure continues to collapse. So Dear Ones, at this important stage on your path to Ascension do not let any fear laden prophecies take hold of your imagination. We of the Galactic Federation are with you all of the time, and well aware of what is likely to lay ahead. We cannot do everything for you, but will assert ourselves if necessary to protect you.
We shall soon be more active in your skies, and one reason will be to show people that we can enter your space and protect ourselves. We do of course take care not to create an incident that would aid the dark Ones, who still seek an opportunity to cause mayhem if possible. For many, many years our craft have been seen by millions of people, but with deliberate suppression of the facts it may not seem that high. Disclosure is therefore more a question of how soon our existence can be officially acknowledged, so that the truth can be given about us. Since the end of the last World War we have met with officials of all the major powers on Earth, and offered our help which has been spurned on each occasion. We could have enabled world peace but the Illuminati cared not for the lives of the people of Earth, but only in control and amassing great wealth. These moments will take their place in your history, as you need to understand how your lives have been manipulated by them. Their power has been such that many good souls of the Light, have sacrificed their lives in trying to overcome their plans. The truth behind many assassinations will also be made known, and the culprits will answer for their crimes.
As we often remind you all progresses well, and although time is racing away we will be able to complete our mission totally according to plan. We may need to speed up our actions, but that presents no problems to us so you may rest easy. Just keep your eyes on the finishing line spreading Love and Light as you go along. Also be prepared to help those who will be confused by what is going to happen, as most of you working for the Light know sufficient to be able to do so. The best assurance you can give is that we are working with you, and that there is nothing to fear. In the end you will gain more than you could possibly lose, and that does apply to physical possessions although we will not support anything acquired except through honest dealings.
Numbers of you are entering this final period at an age when you are not necessarily in good health. Be assured that by the time you take your place in Ascension all bodies will have changed to crystalline, and that means all signs of disease or illness will have disappeared. Like Mother Earth who will have been returned to a pristine condition, you too will no longer show the ravages of time, and also have a physical body that has reverted to the perfection of its original blueprint. Aging has no place in the higher vibrations, and you will choose exactly how you will look should you desire to alter your features. As you go even higher in the dimensions, your powers of creation will continue to grow and eventually you will become a Being of Light. You have much laid out before you and it is yours for the taking once you ascend. The world may be your oyster now, but the Universe will be your playground in the near future.
It is not yet party time, but the celebrations will start once you have the proof that the ones who have enslaved you have been removed. Life will take on a different hue and each day it will be a joy to be alive. The purpose of it will be understood and people will go forward knowing how to make the most of opportunities that come up, and reap their deserved rewards. You will have clear goals to follow, and they will be your choice as freewill is still with you. If you want to emulate the life of someone you admire, you may be surprised to know that they will come to you as that person. All souls in the higher realms can easily appear as they were from any incarnation, and share their knowledge and skills with you. There is no status that places one soul above another except that there is a Universal Law, that states you cannot proceed higher than the level that your vibrations resonate with.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and feel sure you are registering the expansion of your awareness, and it will help you through the coming changes. As you are beginning to understand, life beyond Earth is never ending and offers the most wondrous opportunities to experience whatever you desire. You have all the time you need and in fact are not subject to time as you know it now, and travel by thought is instantaneous. Therefore there is no measure of time and no calendar necessary, as all is in the Now and that means the past, present and future. Much that you now accept as normal is only peculiar to your Earthly existence, so be prepared and of an open mind so that you can adjust more easily. You will take it all into your stride, and with your higher level of consciousness totally understand the wonderful gifts of the Creator that fill all dimensions of the Universe.

Good morning everyone and I just want to check in and say I am fine. I have not read any comments this week because I was out most of the week. Now in work, I am super busy and just got an e-mail to close out all invoices for the year.
I did have an interesting dream the other day. I was with a humanoid and he was asking me questions on certain human items. He was so curious, just like I would be if I got to visit another civillization.
Anyway, he was showing pictures and asking what this was and the last one I remember is I told him that person was a transvestite. HA ha, I could see them question all our strang behavior but here is the wild part. Just as I answered, this reptalian, about only 3 feet tall, kind of light brownish skin, a big head, (Hope I dont offend him) and he had a white jacket on like a scientist would wear. I mean he looked so much at peace, no agression at all in him, and it seemed he wanted to ask the person I was with a question but when he seen us discussing things, he simply smiled and walked to another room. I got the feeling he was saying, oh well my stuff could wait until a later time.
He looked so real and so nice. I always had a bad view of reptalians , so maybe this is their way to get me used to the benevolent reps.
Has anyone had an increase in dreams this week. OMG I cant stop dreaming, it is crazy. I am also starting to see this vague faces while kin my awake state. I definetely feel a newer energy this week and a good one at that.
I also dreamed I was a little kid around the age of 6 or 7. I am telling you all, the changes are upon us all and have been for a long while now but the energies hitting this year are different, and so much more stronger. I got a feeling I will be seeing into the other side more and more this year.

I just got another static electriciy shock when I went to wash my hands.

Just a quick word on Matthew’s message, with greatest respect to those who disagree… I have to say that I agree with John’s take on it, and I honestly and truly don’t get a feeling of fear-mongering from it in any way. I found it to be a greatly inspiring and REAL message. We all know that many of our two and four-legged friends are leaving us at a much greater rate than ever before. So there is nothing “new” there, really.
As he also points out, this is according to their Soul Contracts, or to a modification that they have each requested. For many people, to find out that what they have based their entire lives and beliefs on, is fiction, would just be too much for them to process. They would panic and not know what to believe or who to turn to, as those they had trusted will have been exposed as frauds.
This is not to say that all those who work for any of the religions, for example, are all consciously deluding their followers – I believe that they are so thoroughly brainwashed themselves, that they have bought into it all. So all they are doing is trying to convince others of their own revelations and beliefs – their intention is good, and they mean well. But many many folks will simply not cope with the lifting of the veils. It is such a complex issue. But John has expressed all this very clearly and succinctly, I think.
For some reason, I can’t see any posts from Suntria in Portugal, although several of you are welcoming them!! so… WELCOME, Suntria!

My experience with trees (particularly the older ones) has been a bit different, I feel like when I’m passing by a friend on the street and he/she waves back at me O_o a couple of months ago I was walking in a park and I got that feeling like when someone is looking at you and then you turn around to look… but in this case it wasn’t a person but a really old and twisted beautiful olive tree <3 there was some kind of connection I can't explain.

I think it’s worth mentioning that we have a “spam” filter on here at LRC; this helps filter out some of the advertising bots that try to flood blogs and bulletin boards with their nonsense. Laura’s site (this site) used to be completely open for comments, and this is in fact her “personal” site which she has graciously donated for our use.
In addition to filtering advertising, occasionally our messages DO end up in the spam filter, so if you don’t see a message you posted, likely it ended up in there. One of us can simply approve that message, which then removes it from the spam filter.
Folks who have never commented before require a “first approval” from someone who has already commented on the board. Suntria’s first message was such a case – I approved it, and then it appeared on the board. Unfortunately, several other comments were posted after that, so in this case someone’s first message might get somewhat “lost” in the shuffle.
If you have a friend who would like to join, and you’ve already posted here, you should be able to approve their message yourself… or you can let one of the other folks on here know, and we’ll be happy to help.
We have not created formal posting guidelines but such a thing might help new members decide if joining our community here is a good fit for them. What I do know is that we all try to follow the basic principle of do unto others as you would have them do unto you, respect others as you would like them to respect you. Laura has recently expressed her concern about discussing illegal substances, so that could probably be one more guideline we could add to our list.
I know that this is in no way intended to limit our wonderfully creative posts here, and I know that our community of enlightened souls are way beyond lectures on community etiquette!

John – following up on your comment from last post regarding the Japanese disclosure video, I loved it too – and was overjoyed to hear her mention Mikos in the Pathologos Library. This was stated as inner earth, the leader of the library. Absolutely fantastic – I feel she is a fellow Lemurian!!!!
She has been involved with other videos, a fellow lightworker, so she may be dismissed to some degree. However I agree it is a start, and lovely that they would take the initiative. Go into any Chinese or Japanese restaurant, and there before you are pictures of the Inner Earth!
So now we are waiting on “elected officials” to make similar announcements – although we know they have no real power, this is the “official channel” which carries the most weight, because they are seen to be the “representatives of the people”. I know you know all this as an advocate of the freeman society (did I spell that right?), I am mentioning this as a recognition of the process that will now take place!

He was 3 feet tall, kind of light brown skin, a huge head and kind of the shape of a football, (americn football that is) I could see some of his teelth but they did not look like those evil teeth on other malovent reps. His aura just seemed so peaceful and content but he did not stay too long so I hope that is enough info for your drawing.
On my smoke break I seen this Robin eating in the grass. I came within 3 feet of it and sent it a message sending him or I felt it was actually more of a her, some love honor and respect. Just after that, this robin dropped everything she was doing (mainly eating) and took a couple of steps towards me and it felt like she was saying to me, did you just send me a message. She looked so happy so I said yea I did, she looked at me again and I could feel her energy and then she went back to eating.
I told you all 2012 has really started off as a big bang for me, the energies are unelievable.

Re: The Announcement from the Japanese Princess
This amazing announcement, is strangely utterly excluded from any mainstream media source at this time, despite the huge amount of information she leaked out in a very minimalist manner. She disclosed information about Europe’s underground hide-outs where 10,000 elite were to hide during the 3 days of darkness to occur this coming December; she mentions the ‘inner earth libraries’ which refers to the Akashic records in Agartha; she mentions communicating with the inner earth beings, and acknkowledges their existence; she says that these hide-outs are in fact not going to pan out for the elite; she says that ALL upper society/government/elitists know about the changes about to come at the end of this year, and how they have kept the information secret from the general population; she also lists countries in Europe that house these underground shelters.
If that isn’t big news, I don’t know what is. Hats off to this great world leader………..I hope she keeps going and is sought out to reveal more, as this announcement clearly observes her ‘holding back.’ I take this to be the ‘first’ of many announcements to come and disclosure has begun, with her. The fact that NOBODY is talking about it anywhere, except on alternative media sources online, is a direct indication that the dark ones are further manipulating this process and continue to try to prevent the news from spreading. This is purely fear-based, and shows that fear is now being felt by those who have always inflicted it on others.
The tables have turned and this fear is of course a paralyzing agent and instead of using their inherent understanding of the power of fear, and how they have successfully controlled the masses with it for so long, they are now instead choosing to feel it themselves, rather than walk away and accept obvious defeat. Wouldn’t it be better to just give in? Because their desire to hold on to their dominion even outweighs their understanding and common sense at this point. This shows desparation. They have never been on the losing end, they have never ‘lost’ and are used to winning. And they are still trying, in vain, to win. The one thing that has always been most successful in upholding this control, is the manipulation of human consciousness, and that is now a dwindling stronghold as humanity is waking up.
No worries, it’s just a matter of time………….But let’s say a little prayer to this brave leader and her ball breaking comments and thank God for her courage.

I was surprised to see that at around the same time I was talking with Tesla, others were as well. There is a radio archive from BBS radio that has a channeled discussion with him, running for about an hour. It reflects fairly closely the discussions I had with him… although mine were somewhat more specific!

within the tree consciousness. Allow me to receive the wisdom and energy that I

Then allow yourself to sit peacefully in a state of acceptance and peace.
If you wish to connect with our consciousness in nature then we ask that you first allow yourself to activate from within you a state of peace and love, radiating this abundantly from your being. Allow yourself to be drawn to a
tree as each tree holds different vibrations and so you will feel a greater bond
with some rather than others. Sit or stand near the tree sending your energy of
peace and love and notice if you feel a bond or blending of energies building.
You may find that the tree, experiencing your energies, extends its light to
you.
When you feel ready move forward and place a hand on the tree or lean up against it. Ask for your senses to be open to experiencing the light, energy, love and consciousness of the tree. It is important to follow your own
guidance and to also be alert to any thoughts or insights that you gain from the
tree. You may speak with the tree; trees are naturally receptive to the sound or
vibration of your voice. Ask the tree to allow the united consciousness of the
trees to flow through you or you can ask the tree to align you on a deeper level
with the soul of the Creator. You may even ask the tree to assist you in
connecting with the energies of your soul deep within you. With practice and
dedication a connection will build and as a trust develops so you will receive
needed wisdom and enlightenment to aid your connection with the Earth and the
Creator and to assist you in supporting the ascension of the Earth and
humanity.

Five Tips to Make the Most of 2012′s Opportunities
Timing – If ever there was a year to get in sync with divine timing, this is it. Don’t doubt your ability to connect with divine timing. After all, this is a natural ability anyone can learn to master. Besides, your being alive now is proof that you as a soul timed things just right! To benefit most from this auspicious year, invite your higher wisdom to guide the timing of your actions and to highlight things needing quick action. Example: you learn about a social gathering and feel tired the evening you are to attend. Your intuition nudges you to go anyway, and in doing so, you meet someone visiting from out of town. This person, who you likely would not have met otherwise, becomes a great friend and business associate. New doors open to you as a result, all because you paid attention to your inner voice and the timing of what to do when.
Changes – Learn to make friends with change. You become disempowered when you fear change, passively resist change, or actively fight change. These responses to change will delay your progress, preventing you from fully shining your light. Accept that change is going to be all around you, impacting you and everyone you love. In recent years you have had a taste of what this means in practice. Now, in 2012 with the massive upheaval taking place, you will want to be in your power as you move through changes. The power referred to here is divine power, not ego-based power – it is the power you access when you connect with your divine self and your heart. As you express your divine power in the midst of revolutionary changes, you set a positive example for others and you help to spark needed transformation in the world.
Question What You Hear – It will take vigilance on your part to avoid being sucked into the whirlwind of others’ ideas about what’s going on during this pivotal year. Early one evening several weeks ago, from out of the blue I received information that some of the original Mushaba Tribe of aboriginals from the southern part of Africa were being threatened as they arrived in Egypt to leave to go to the Ukraine to carry out the mission they were on. I was told to let Anakhanda Mushaba and his family know about it right away so that they would then be able to tune in to what they knew to do to ward off the attack.
Anakhanda let me know later that night that they had done what they were inspired to do. In turn, I tuned in and was told that they had been successful; that the aboriginals were on their way. Then Anakhanda asked today how did the aboriginal Mushaba tribe do in the Ukraine? Horus is telling me in this moment that this is part of what will be taking place all over the surface to help to bring back the pristine state of earth. We all who choose to remain here on earth will be part of the restoration because it is in our destiny and intent to bring to perfection that which we took part in desecrating. We will be assisted and joined by those who come out from Inner and Hollow Earth and also those who come from off planet.
Now here below is the answer to the question about the aboriginals.
Horus: When they got there, a band of other aboriginals were waiting for them. They had come to the understanding that all went well with those from the Mushaba tribe being able to get there, and they were ready to do what was to take place.
As the aboriginals got down to business with their cleansings of the area, they also took great pains to be as close with the ones who met them, because they were to be getting their energetic passages of timeliness taken to a new height. The ones who met them there were the ones who ventured to that area back in the days when the seeds were being sown for the tribes of the world to plant themselves in protected places. That is to say that was when the original tribes moved to their respective areas and evolved their bloodlines there.
As they perpetuated the known tributes to each other, that in turn planted the energetic seeds back into the area for the sowing of the original forestation to come back. This is to be a part of what will be taking place all over the planet as all of the elders and aboriginals meet with each other and contribute their treasures of seeds to the whole of the system of ecology. This will supplant the whole of the ecosystem in the way of what the forests do to achieve a balance that will help to sustain the coming new way of achieving the balance that was once in place.
The aboriginals bring to other places those seeds that were once in their own places and that had been misplaced throughout the floods of the original movements of the earth plates and eruptions that took place in ancient times. It is all being done in ceremonious ways in order to establish the energies of peace, joy and love through the creation of the original pristine state of vegetation.

Life here in the physical world of the 3rd dimension has seen many that have pursued objects of the material, forsaking many ideals and even morals in this blinkered pursuit. As you are preparing yourselves for your homes in the higher realms, many intangible ideas and concepts will move to the forefront of your consciousness. Freedom is one such intangible concept that we now speak of, and it is this concept that has slowly, and at times secretly, and other times quite publicly been stripped away from you, sometimes with your willful consent, other times without.
We wish to restore your true freedom to you and all your inalienable rights you possess as gifts from your Creator. Many of you have never known absolute freedom in any of your previous incarnations though others of you have journeyed here from lands of true freedom to instill this concept into this world’s collective consciousness. Today, you are told what to think, how to behave, how to speak, where to live, yet so many of you falsely believe you are free citizens living in a land of endless opportunity.
This is part of the illusion so many of you have fallen for, and many of you will not even be able to see this until your first day of breathing in the fresh air of your new lives released from the shackles that have bound you into lives of indebted servitude. We are working tirelessly to this end, and it is this end that is now clearly in sight. The dark has a seemingly endless supply of dirty tricks up their sleeve, but time and again prove no match for the Light. We are advancing steadily and winning every battle on every front. Based on mathematical probability, we can foresee a date when the last cabal soldier is rounded up and removed from your reality.
As dates and events remain fluid at this time, no fixed date of our expectations will be announced to you, but we will continue to keep you abreast of any changes in the continuing battle to remove the cabal and their minions from positions of power. You will also take lead roles in repairing your land-based ecosystems and restoring to the proper balance your animal kingdoms all across your planet. These are just some of the many projects you may personally have a hands-on role in very soon in your days ahead.
Many volunteers will be needed, and many of you will be able to work right alongside of us in many cases when you’re necessity to toil your lives away in jobs that will be no longer be required of your new 5D civilization. Many of your professions have been unproductive and even counterproductive to your world, and these areas of your society will be immediately displaced following the retooling of your financial system, which will allow many of you to pursue new areas of endeavor that will have a far greater positive impact on your society and planet.
Many new skills will be required of you, and this is where our experienced technicians and teachers will be most beneficial to you. Many of us have trained extensively in the areas deemed essential to restore your world to its rightful perfection and we are eager to pass these skills on to you. Training programs for you to acquire these skills will begin as soon as we feel it is safe to begin our landings all across your planet. 2012 is not an end, rather it is the true Beginning. Accordingly 2012 is the expansion of dimensional access on the New Earth.
People Get Ready
The Ascension has movement, it is a train of change, and it is coming. You do not need a ticket, only faith & preparation. Energies of the Earth are shifting more quickly now. The velocity of light has increased. In response, the flash & sequencing of linear- time is moving faster now, in the quickening of the 2012 Ascension. The magnetic grid is being reduced as the Crystalline Grid becomes dominant. Gravity fields have transitioned and will continue this metastasis. The arc swing of duality is lessened, and the movement into greater dimension, crystalline frequency, is now tangible. It effects you, influences your Beingness in a powerful manner in the shift.
New Earth Demands
In kind then, does the need for humanity to shift become requisite to maintain equilibrium and balance. Equivocation will not serve. The astrological undulations become more intense as does the heightened energy of the planet itself.
The energy of the New Earth demands more effort on your part. You must proactively raise your frequency to adjust, to keep pace. You must manage expectation and rise to the occasion.
The new energy is of a different medium. Just as you move differently in water than on land, so must you adjust your energy field in the new expanded environ. A new focus is necessary in the optimal maintenance of your Auric Body, for the human EMF ( Electro-Magnetic Field) is being shifted into CEF (Crysto-Electric Field) at the level of the 5th dimension. It is an important change, and is a mandate for each of you on the path.
Ascension Symptoms
The Ascension has symptoms. How you choose to deal with them has consequences. They become either growing pains that lead to great new horizons, or the impetus of a stagnation that can lead to a downward spiral. You can’t sit on the fence and ignore it, one of the two, the former or latter, will occur. The Ascension energies are global, and are encountered through Auric Induction.The Aura must be understood, and maintained in order to shift into the Crystalline. The higher frequencial energies of the New Earth require a larger CEF (Crysto-Electric Field) , and the operation manual is a bit more complex.
If you do not make a concerted effort, the greater resonance will create fissure cracks in the field and your will have energy bleed. Energy bleed creates short circuitry, and leads to greater malfunction. Including then, potential symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic sleep disorder and apathy. 2012 Requires Beacons

2012 Optimal Auric Circuitry
And so we speak on the optimal circuitry of the human auric field, with specific focus on the 13-20-33 circuitry. Masters, the Human Aura is not auto-regulated. It requires methodical maintenance. And this is tantamount, because achieving and retaining the 13-20-33 Circuitry of the integral Auric Field is an absolute prerequisite of ascending into Crystalline Light-Body Vehicle. With each new activation, more responsibility is required, greater apperception is naturally requisite for optimal Auric maintenance. The ultimate and optimal resonance is the Circuitry of 13-20-33. This is the key ratio and flow of the graduated, fully blossomed Auric Field. It is this resonance that allows for flow into Crystalline Light Body. Unless the 13-20-33 is obtained, cultivated and sustained Light Body acquisition is untenable.
Before we delve into this important assay, let us add the caveat, that Auric expansion is a journey and not a destination. In other words, what is gained MUST be kept. Many of you have achieved high levels of Auric layer activation only to lose the clear luminosity & circuitry due to lack of comprehension of the fundamental stipulations required for optimal Auric Field sustenance.
Most of you that are termed ‘Old-Souls’ in your vernacular originally entered the Earth-Plane in Crystalline Light Body, in the Mer-Ka-Ra of the true Ascended Master. With the Fall of the Firmament, you willingly entered into the ‘University of Duality’ and in time lost the connection to the great and greater aspect of your true essence. Your auras then took a downward spiral alongside your awareness as you fell into the diffused density of polarity physical bodies. This we have shared with you in earlier assays.
Now, we wish to clarify at this juncture that the advent of duality onto the Earth-Plane was not an accident. It was what we may term as a deliberate occurrence to allow for the experience and growth within duality. The Earth became a University, in its role as the Planet of Choice. Most of your religious scripts refer to this as the ‘downfall’ of mankind. But in actuality it was an intentional ‘maya’, an illusion with purpose. Duality placed filters on consciousness, and work was/is required to ‘grow’ back into full crystalline consciousness. But ALL of YOU chose this growth, and it carries succinct credentials.
The duality experiment carried with it certain vulnerabilities and allowed for what may be termed purposeful setbacks. This then is the journey of duality, the contractual pathway for re-emergence thru growth and overcoming obstacles.
And so in this process of re-growth, the dense became denser, the physical became more solidified, and the hemispheres of the human brain became locked in the polarity of the dodecahedronal grid.
The duality cycled human then incarnated into lifetimes that were dominated by frontal mind and the experience of lower chakra. This level of unconsciousness then allowed for only the 7 layer chakric field, with the goal of activating from the lower 3 chakras to the upper 4, in unifying the seven in full flow.
Duality was defined by polar electromagnetics, and the grid system that determined the level of density was the magnetic or gravity grid. This was indeed adjusted to differing levels throughout the progression of humanity. For a great deal of the linear time since the Golden Age of Atlantis, the gravity grid only allowed for an 8-8-16 circuitry in the Human Aura, and the gendered Mer-Ka-Bah was the Light Body that enabled growth from this level of frequency. Certain Avatars came back into duality from 5,000 to 2,000 years as you measure ‘back’ in linear time from this succinct reality hologram in order to begin to re-establish the pattern resonance of 13-20-33.
Yet only from the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, did the grid adjustment truly rebirth the 13-20-33 potential for the masses. This became initially enabled with the 144-Crystal Grid in 2001. It is the Crystalline Age thru the Crystalline Grid that fully empowers the return to 13-20-33 upshift into the re-emerging Crystalline, non-polarity Mer-Ka-Na Tri-System.
Circuitry : The 13-20-33
The 13-20-33 is an energetic emulsion interface combing the connectivity between anti-matter/matter/etheric- matter in a crysto-electric amalgam that creates the energy hum of OM. As such the circuitry of 13-20-33 is the not only the optimal frequencial flow required for complete omnitary auric function and upshift, it is the only frequency that can do so. It is the key, and a complex one that serves as the ‘plug-in’ for full power. Indeed it is then and only then capable of carrying immense energy. It untangles and combines variegated heterogeneous and homogenous energy forms in a compatible unified matrix that is capable of flowing into zero point, Crystalline Field of Mer-Ka-Na.
This circuitry implements and administers the mandatory linkage between the 33 components of the integral field. It is in fact the junctured manifold that regulates the appropriate networking resonance and lattice-weave within and without. It is defined as follows: the 13 represents the 12 layers of the Auric Field within etheric matter harmonized and synchronized into Oneness. Thus the 12 become the One forming the 12+1=13 frequency. It only occurs after sufficient sojourns in duality allow the consciousness of the entity to activate all 12 layers and tie and activate the 12 primary chakras to each layer of the aura and indeed to the 12 strand DNA.
The 20 represents activation of human auric interface layers into multidimensionality within the realms of AntiMatter. These layers were not easily accessible until the adjustment of the magnetic grid occurred.
The Fibiocci synchronization of the 13 + the 20 enables the 33 circuitry. This enables the circuitry that allows for humanity to expand fully into the Crystalline, non polarity levels of consciousness. This is truly the vehicle that takes you full circle, full circuit… back home.
The Mechanics of Maintenance
Now the correct flow of the 13-20-33 circuitry is dependent on certain maintenance responsibilities as we have described. We will discuss now, the obstacles that are most common in obtaining and sustaining optimal circuitry.

In your current times, the electromagnetics of the ascending earth are being amplified in potent surges, pressurized surges that can stretch & micro-fracture the flow & symmetry of your auric fields. This is a fundamental & defining necessity of the Ascension as you morph into expanded 13-20-33 Circuitry Auras in order to achieve Mer-Ka-Na within the Mer-Ka-Nic Tri System.
In your age and usage of cell phones, computers, televisions & electronic devices your offices and homes are a constant barrage ofopposing electro-magnetic energy fields. The result can be a temporary ‘short circuit’ effect that if unresolved can lead to auric imbalance by means of energy loss through fissure cracks. In essence this may be termed ‘auric bleeding’. Some of the effects are short termed, but others can become chronic.
The detrimental effects of electromagnetic fields & microwaves, from your MW ovens, computers, mobile phones and televisions have been recognized by some of your mainstream medical professionals. These tend to be minimized & ignored by the masses, in part because the very suppliers & manufacturers of these generators of microwaves and magnetic fields sponsor and underwrite studies from staff or consulted scientists and ‘experts’ with the pre-contracted aim of disproving or vastly minimizing the contra effects. In the fact the detrimental effects are very real and most all of you are constantly within these contra-fields. As a case in point, most of you will read this message in front of a computer screen.
Dear Ones, there are effective methods of dealing with these contra fields, and these will be offered to you.
But do not ignore the fact that these fields will absolutely have varying levels of mal-effect on your auric field. Most of the in-situ waves and fields do not penetrate very deeply into the layers of your auric sheath, others do, yet all can fissure your energy fields. There may be some who consider this to be an issue of belief system, or this very message to be one of fear. It is neither. It is true that an Ascended Master can transmute such effects, but Dear Ones, we tell you in love that unless you are manifesting at that level, and can walk on water, take heed. The detrimental consequences of microwaves and electromagnetic waves created from alternating currents are a succinct certitude for the masses of humanity in duality, whether you believe it or not.
While these effects are not life threatening, they do indeed affect your energy circuitry, and can create what is termed ‘reverse bio-polarity’ and auric short circuitry. Both of which can lead to auric fissuring and result in auric bleeding.
Air Travel
Air travel is an ingrained aspect of most of your lives. At some point almost all of you will travel by airplane to another destination. And such travel depletes the aura far more than is currently understood. Indeed expansive regular air travel can shorten one’s very longevity and cut short life span, especially for those in mid to later years. Pan continental and trans ocean flights by the very measure of their copious distance and requisite time in flight time are exponentially more degenerative to the human auric field. Virtually every one onboard a 9-10 hour international air flight exit the plane at their destination with varying degrees of irregular or ruptured auric function. Long distance flights traveling latitudinal in eastbound vectors are the most detrimental. Yet all such take an undeniable toll on the energy field…you call it jetlag. Such a benign term is a gross understatement, for the condition is far more than simple fatigue from time zone change.
Now, one of the key the underlying factors that is the root of the issue is that most commercial planes fly at altitudes of 35,000 feet, in the stratosphere, and effectively outside the regulatory pulse of the Schumann Resonance. The Schumann Resonance is the planets ‘heartbeat’ it is an anionic charge released by the earth, that combines with the cationic charges released from the stratosphere to form an electro-magno capacitor around the planet from ground level to about 30,000 feet. This capacitor forms a background resonance that plays a key role in regulating vital organ& glandular rhythms in the human body. Airplanes flying at 35,000 to 37,500 feet, as most do, are outside this regulatory range and the metallic fuselage of the aircraft further deflects most remaining integration. The result is a distortion of the physical rhythms. Your NASA agencies and space station agencies are aware of this issue, as it has created chronic physical issues with the astronauts. They have experimented with placing magnetic generators in the stations and shuttles.
Your medical personnel that have studied jet fatigue are aware that flights can and do force the heart to work harder, and that longer range flights enlarge the heart temporarily. The pilots and flight attendants who fly daily absolutely stress their bodies and auric fields to the extent that chronic diseases result and ‘aging’ is acutely accelerated. There have been internal studies of the abbreviated life expectancy of airline flight workers, but these are for the most part kept from the public. They are indeed aware that hypobaric hypoxia caused by pressurization of the aircraft alters rhythmicity after long flights, independently of the number of time zones crossed, significantly reduces human hormone levels.
This issue is somewhat exacerbated by the rather cramped conditions of setting in close quarter seating for extended periods in which rest is difficult, circulation is impaired and the body ingests less oxygen, resulting in a fatigue of its own. The extremely dry air in the pressurized cabin as well as the pressurization itself is detrimental. Cycles are interrupted, and indeed most of you recognize that it is difficult to rest the body after long flights, insomnia occurs as but one side effect of the auric circuitry interruption.
Now let us be clear, flights of under 3-4 hours are not as detrimental as the 8-12 hour variety, and recovery is much faster. So other important factors are the time in the flight, the frequency of flights taken and the age and physical health of the individual human.
Yet all flights, as we have emphasized are detrimental to varying levels.
Equatorial Crossing
Long flights of latitudinal crossings invoke greater fatigue to the body physical due to time-zone change. This in addition to all of the other factors mentioned. Yet longitudinal flights that cross from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere (and vice-versa) invoke another frequencial adjustment to the auric energy. The resonate energy below the equator will in unforced & unmagnetized scenarios, naturally rotate clockwise below the equator, and anticlockwise above it. Thus when one flies from above the equator to destinations above it, and vice -versa, the individuals Auric circuitry will be mal-effected for a period of time.
Question to Metatron: Many people have jobs that require flights. What can be done to minimize the detrimental effects?
AAMetatron: The effects, again, are exacerbated according to the frequency of flights and length of flights. Other factors are the general health and age of the person flying. So in all cases, try to minimize regularity and frequency when possible. Maintain the health in all activity. When you know you will fly you can stabilize the field somewhat by wearing copper or gold on both wrists, and by employing certain gemstones as rings and pendant to help hold the field intact. After the flight, take salt mineral baths and avoid sleep aids. Hydrate the body as much as possible during and after the flights.
The Crucible of Ascension Magnetics
Another less obvious, but vitally important sources of auric diffusion are the very mechanisms of the Ascension. This may seem paradoxical at first glance, but indeed it is occurring, and you must be aware of this. The primary mechanisms we refer to are the solar winds, the increase in the spin of the planetary core and the resulting amplification of planetary frequencies. The planetary pulse is speeding up, and dear ones it is affecting you in myriad ways. In a very valid sense, what is occurring through the ascension energies is stretching your frequencial capacities. As such you are required to grow a new expanded auric field, much like a snake that annually outgrows its skin, and goes through a phase of fitting into a new one that can better encompass the larger body. Do you understand? Before the new one can become resilient, the old one is stretched and cracked, and during that transition there is a phase of metamorphosis that encompasses within it certain vulnerabilities until the new one is completed.
As your earth draws closer to the Ascension of 2012, many major changes are occurring around you that have a profound effect on your physical, emotional and mental well being. Many of you find that you become somewhat ‘vulnerable’, feeling overwhelmed at times, as if you can’t seem to get things done, as if there are not enough hours in the day. Some of you are going though periods of depression, you feel as though you are sinking into a funk, and it seems like you are moving through molasses. Emotions go from ecstatic highs to deep lows shadowed in dark despair. Dear Ones, you are not alone, literally millions of you are experiencing this stretching and building of the ‘new auric skin’, and we say to you, that by understanding the process and maintaining the integrity of your auric field, the process becomes much easier.
Case in Point
The channel has often spoken of an energetic equalization that can occur when seekers initially visit powerpoints or sacred sites. When a non resident seeker goes to a mega- powerpoint such as Mount Shasta, Lake Titicaca, Sedona, Arkansas or Glastonbury, for example, many find themselves enveloped in a much stronger resonant electromagnetic field than what they are accustomed to, an energy much stronger than the resonate vibration rate of their auric field. For some, but not all, within 3-7days, depending on the auric strength & resilience of the individual seeker’s field, the auric ovid will stabilize the pressure differential in a form of osmotic equalization. The auric field will do this through the formation of tiny fissure cracks and a rupture of the auric sheathing will naturally occur.
Unless the individual deals with it, an auric short circuitry eventuates, resulting in energy loss. As such emotional extremes can occur up until the time that the auric field is re-stabilized & re-grounded.
For people that move their residence from lower energies into the locale of a mega power site, this process can take from 6 months to a year. Those of you who have moved to the Mount Shasta and Sedona areas will understand this. For visitors, it will correct itself within a week or two of going back to their place of residence. The key is be aware of your auric frequencial quotient, and do not overstay your time, until your field is capable of holding the higher frequency.
Now, we are not saying that it is not beneficial to visit power nodes, quite the contrary. Such expansion in the overview is inevitable and quite beneficial & quite necessary in order to grow the ‘new skin’ required to expand into greater frequency and multidimensionality.
Power nodes accelerate this process, and as such should be visited. These infinity points are virtual accelerators that aid your metamorphosis and prepare you for the heightened energies of the ascension, you see?
Rather we are saying that there are processes occurring within power nodes that are a microcosm of the macrocosm, and that they need to be understood. You see, your entire planet is beginning to quicken, to increase in frequency, and you must ready yourselves to contain that frequency. Many of you are dealing with this, somewhat in the dark. You are now or will soon experience this, and an understanding of the process will serve to make it much easier.
Auric Metamorphosis: Changing the Etheric Skin:
The reverse process is also occurring within many of the more enlightened souls. There are many of you who are already tapping into your expansive multidimensionality as the 144-Crystalline grid enables greater dimensional access. The result is that your inner EMF is pulling in great surges of energy, energy levels that are somewhat greater than the parameters of your auric capacitors. In these cases, the result is that a stretching, an overload occurs resulting in temporary fissure cracks, and energy loss. You are changing your skin.
Part of this metamorphic stretching, requires a cleansing process. The very multidimensionality of power nodes and of the Ascension itself are ‘crucibles’ and will force ones issues to the surface, and thus allow the entity an important opportunity to confront & release any imbedded obstacles. Better sooner than later. This is why these are popping up for so many of you. Attempts to rebury them, ignore them will simply cause the issue to grow and fester.
These issues themselves, unresolved, will generate stress, and lead to the reactive fields of polar reversal, circuitry failure and auric bleeding.
Dear Ones, truly there is a meta-science around auric integrity. This is not a new science, rather a forgotten transitioning one, but one that must be understood, relearned, by all who seek to grow, all who seek balance, wisdom & knowledge.
An intact auric field allows one to re-build the Cosmic Lattice, and achieve 13-20-33 circuitry and as such multidimensional expansion through the levels of the crystalline Mer-Ki-Va system. A fractured field loses energy and the energy loss stresses the physical circuitry. If the loss is not recognized and reconciled, it can lead to chronic polarity reversal, emotional lows, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, migraines, weight gain, anxiety and panic disorders to list but a few. These can be reconciled.
Now, we encourage all of you to actively study this subject.
What you must understand however is that there are many diverse sources of detrimental EMF impacts that can slow the ‘metamorphis’ create varying degrees of temporary circuitry damage to the field, and these must be dealt with. Imagine these as slow leaks to the tires on your vehicle. If ignored the tire will go flat, and the vehicle cannot move forward. So it is with your auric field.
Question to AA Metatron: How does one recognize auric bleeding?
AAMetatron: First by understanding certain conditions that can create energetic imbalances and auric energetic diffusion. Those we have listed in the above discourse… The human EMF has certain built in defenses. Just as your skin has 3 levels of sheathing, so to speak, your auric fields have twelve layers on the earth dimensions. The outer 3 levels are where most of the energetic diffusion takes place from electromagnetic waves, microwaves can affect you on much deeper levels.
Micro waved food reverses the molecular polarity of the food substance being heated. This is a recognized fact within some of your mainstream academia. When this is taken in the body, circuitry within the digestive system and bowels are effected, both on the physical and energetic bodies.
Now the precondition recognition is essential, first by knowing within what situations auric interference from opposing energy fields can occur. Sensory indications can be quite subtle. The first sensory indicators are emotional lows, a sense of being tired and out of sorts. Humans rarely connect this to EMF loss, because it occurs quite commonly due to the fact that most homes contain interfering fields, and the stress of life within families, jobs and daily life have their stressful aspects. Aspects that are indeed in part due to energy loss from the taut hectic pace, worsened by lack of exercise and healthy diet.
Question to AA Metatron: What can be done to strengthen & solidify the Human EMF?
AAMetatron: There are many things that can strengthen the field. But first, try to eliminate the root source of auric short circuitry and diffusion. Stop using microwaves for food. If it is a case of being obliged to spend hours in front of a computer, as many of you do. There are steps that can be taken to neutralize the bombardment.
Now exercises to strengthen the auric field are numerous. Some of these are conventional methods, others are not.
Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. (Tai Chi, Yoga or Walking)
Increase water consumption, and magnetize water
Detoxify, through saunas, colonic irrigation, massage therapy
Use salt baths & mineral baths, and thermal natural springs
Utilize the Tesla Violet Ray Therapy
Use of magnetics on the soles of the feet & wrist ( <3500 Gsse)
Wear specific combinations of gems stones
Wear noble metal around the neck and on both wrists
Healthy diet
Avoid excesses of alcohol
Elimination / minimize toxins , tobacco and certain prescription drugs
Take cleansers weekly such as raw garlic, ginger and cider vinegar
Work with Phi cut Vogel crystals, in auric sealing
Smudge, sage the field
Utilizing pure sonic frequency thru crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls & tuning forks
Now, in addition to this, be aware of your emotional state. If you are suffering from lethargy, chronic fatigue, insomnia, depression and anxiety, it will certainly serve you to take the steps listed above, but other actions will likely be required. Many of you have chosen certain life lessons that involve removal of obstacles by overcoming 'contractual set-ups'. These set-up life lessons are in essence opportunities, gifts if you will, to allow you to move forward. If they were easy, you would not necessarily learn. Simply changing your outlook to 'positive thinking' when you are dealing with a life lesson that leaves you in a state of lethargic depression is not enough. A 'Pollyanna' outlook will not resolve the core issue, none the less, an intact auric field will assist in overcoming these issues, and in certain cases the auric field will not be whole until these chronic issues are resolved. One provokes the other and vice versa.
While some of you may be somewhat 'karma free', most of you still have learning to walk through & issues to clear. The current time is a gestalt to allow you achieve these lessons and to confront and remove remaining energy-viral obstructions. Auric maintenance underpins all.
Question to Metatron: Can you advise if the 'neutralizing chips' that are available to eliminate detrimental effects from monitors and computers are functionally valid?
AAMetatron: Except for the individual's degree of 'belief', they are currently of very little assistance beyond the 'placebo effect'. At the present the 'bio-chip' technology is not of a sufficient advancement to be truly effective in its own merit. The most beneficial means to deflect these fields is 5-fold, the first point being applicable in all conditions of field strengthen to negate interference:
1) The wearing of gemstones is far more helpful than the current neutralizing chips. A single refractive gem of 2 carats or more worn on one hand and a double refractive gem on the other helps deflect the fields. Examples of single refractive gems are diamond, garnet and spinel. Double refractive are aquamarine, sapphire, ruby, emerald, tourmaline, topaz or any of the quartz varieties such as amethyst, peridot & citrine. In reference to the double refractive, a carat size of 4 or greater is better. Combine this with noble metals on each wrist, gold, palladium or platinum is best. Silver, copper, brass, titanium and carbon steel will assist if the more noble metals are not affordable. Wear a chain around the neck with a stabilizing pendant, such as lapis lazuli, malachite or azurite. Through this process you have a greater ability to increase your field and deflect opposing ones you see. Clear gems are great producers of higher dimensional light waves, and amplify ones field and help hold it intact.
Do not wear beryl (emerald, morganite, alexandrite, aquamarine) and corundum (ruby & sapphire) at the same time.
2) Try to maintain a distance from the screens. For computer monitors this is difficult, for televisions, 4 to 5 meters is recommended.
3) Placement of ionic generators, such as halite salt blocks & air filters are beneficial in restoring the anion to cation ratio in rooms that contain computers, microwaves and televisions.
4) Utilize the Tesla coil violet ray, light beam applications with noble gases to balance the field, correct reverse polarity conditions and assist in sealing the field from auric bleeding
5) An effective neutralizer of the effects of a computer is the placement of an iron nickel meteorite on one periphery of the screen, with a block of malachite on the other. Each of these shud be at least one pound in weight.
Question to AAMetatron: Some metaphysicians and shamanic teachings speak of 'psychic attacks' occurring when the auric field is 'open'. Can and does this occur.
AAMetatron: It can and does indeed. However, your term of psychic attack is in truth an aspect of electromagnetics and harmonic oscillation. From a higher perspective these are part of the set up and overlay of growth in duality, as you learn to be responsible with your innate creative forces. As we have told you, your thoughts & emotions have a vibratory frequency within duality that is quite real, and quite alive. When you focus on an event or react in strong emotion to another person or situation, you create energies termed thought forms. These amass harmonically in various manners. If you project great charges of emotionally charged energy, such as anger, jealousy, or love, passion and joy, toward another, you will agree that both parties are affected, yes? If you consciously dwell on these charged vibratory thoughts, then the energy mass, normally short lived, can gain sufficient energy to become an aware thought-form. When spiritual love and compassion are projected and created, a synergy occurs that befits both parties. When fury and hateful negativity are projected a toxic reaction can occur from both sides. If the auric field of the 'targeted' person is open, the effect is worsened somewhat, and a temporary energy bleed can result.
Now, it is important to differentiate between malicious or controlling energies and honest reactions. If someone disrespects you the appropriate, honest reaction can be one of pure anger and hurt. When these are openly and honestly expressed a cleansing gestalt occurs that can lead to better understandings and a renewed, improved communication. It is a learning process, and is appropriate. But nonetheless, a form of energetic opposition takes place.
However, when one person feels a vendetta, or a prolonged desire to control the other, the gestalt can dissolve into charged conflict, and as such a malicious energy battle of will may occur. Very often both parties feel 'right' and the frequency of hate harmonically attracts more and more like energy until the amassed energy form is so potent that it has the ability to effect a destructive 'attack' role to both. Unless one or both of them sees the wisdom of releasing the hate, it will pull them into a downward spiral, creating dis-ease and deeper negativity.
When one is in a state of malicious anger, or self-loathing, depression, that vibratory resonance on its own will deplete and open the auric field. It becomes a self dug pit that gets deeper and deeper. Lifetimes can be wasted. Yet on a higher perspective, much learning occurs. There are times when great souls choose life lessons of overcoming such energies. Some evolved souls such as Gandhi and Nelson Mandela chose set-ups to be wrongly accused and convicted of crimes, and spend years in the negative energy of your prisons to learn to find peace and strength of will under the harshest conditions of oppression.
Now, when you are in conflict, insure your auric field is maintained, and do not allow yourself to fall into malicious reaction. It is not wrong to react in honesty, but the narrow path of mastery, is to not fall into hate and malicious revenge. You see, getting caught in these traps is much easier than getting out of them. Hate attracts more hate. When groups oppose one another, the collective of like thought forms amass, blend and oppose one another in enormous conflict. Very often entire warring nations form collective energy fields and reincarnate in these groups and continue these conflicts until it is finally resolved. Your current Gulf Wars are such an example, a rollover of the Crusades. Your World War II was a continuation of the Atlantean conflicts between those of Poseida (Law of One), and Aryan, (Sons of Belial).
Double-Edge of Thought Forms
Very often the most difficult 'attacks' are due to one's own negative thought forms coming home to roost.
Perhaps the most difficult of these is around learning self-love. When one falls into depression, self rejection, or self-loathing, the attack is self-generating. The thought forms these dear souls create can become so potent, that the auric field splits into personality fragments. A figure eight pattern of negative energy is emitted, amassed and flows back through the opening of the solar plexus. The thought form of self hatred achieves a certain level of independent awareness, and will become a very real obstacle, self- imposed dungeon, until the person learns to face the root of the problem through great effort of will and wisdom.
Energy exchanges occur quite often in daily life. Some are mutually beneficial, others are not. It is important to note that energy cannot be taken from ones whose aura is intact.
Healers constantly give energy within an intact aura, and are essentially unaffected by the transfer. As such love energy is passed from higher sources and the healer's auric field is capable of willingly being the conduit without losing any of their auric field energy. But take note, if the healer is not in 13-20-33 circuitry healing cannot be truly provided. In fact the opposite can occur, a scenario in which both the healer and the one to be healed both lose energy.
Control & Energy Projections
Now, anytime you feel anger at someone, those thoughts are projected. Anytime someone tries to control you or vice -versa, an energy projection is launched. There are of course situations in which it is appropriate to follow another's direction. You do this in every aspect of your life, it occurs in offices, militaries, schools and between children and parents.
This is based upon agreement, and is properly germane when not abused. However, it is not befitting in these and other circumstances for one to allow another to abusively dominate their spirit, or maliciously attempt to break their will. Abuse of power often occurs in relationships, marriages, in work, family and social scenarios. In certain scenarios, as described, it is wrong to allow another to abusively impose their will, and is equally wrong for one to seek such control outside the appropriate structures of agreement. This can evolve into a form of, in your terms, 'psychic attack'. The controller attaches to the solar plexus center of the controlled party and literally takes their energy and interjects a destructive domination. This 'vampiring effect', in your vernacular, especially occurs among egocentric people, controllers, and manipulators, it often is attempted unconsciously from people in imbalance and depression, who need a 'lift' from being around others due to their own energy shortage. It also takes place on a larger scale in patriarchal dogmatic religions, male dominated societies, and in marriages. It is more difficult to counter in such trappings. When one is aware of being the target of malicious energy projections, auric integrity is of vital importance.
The visualization of enveloping 'white-light' is the generally accepted protective mechanism. However if the auric field is open, the light visualization it is not enough. The procedures listed to strengthen and seal the field, listed above, should be utilized. Be aware that anytime you have strong emotions of a negative nature, or dwell in depression, your fields will temporarily fissure. These attacks can only be energetically depletive if the field is open. The projected negative energy is easily repelled when the auric field is wholly intact. In such 'wholeness' the energy is reflected back to its source for the sender to deal with. There is lesson here, and Dear Ones, do not be the sender of malicious energy, inevitably it will come back and cause you great remorse. Such is the nature of the law harmonic oscillation.
Religions are often the source of great inappropriate control, control through fear. Even within, the 'New Age' in your terms, have sprung up gurus and spiritual teachers whose, fame and power leads to the downward spiral of ego, self-aggrandizement and control. The path of leadership and power inevitably forks and one may be blindly tempted to take the path of greed & power over love. It is part of lesson, and many have fallen in such traps of ego. When this occurs they become 'energy takers'. That is why you should never blindly follow any leader or channel. Rather use discernment, and attune to your own Divinity. When you become a part of any 'group consciousness', and then decide to break free, there is a natural pull from the collective to bring you back in, and as such form of 'energy attack', in your vernacular, occurs, especially in possessive collectives who work at recruitment of followers.
Question to AAMetatron: You mentioned combinations of specific gems for strengthen the auric field. Can you elaborate on this?
AAMetatron: This topic is a vast one, and a book on its own. Briefly, gemstones, relative to auric maintenance and strengthening, are in essence benevolent conscious generators of force fields, that reinforce and fortify one's own EMF. Being crystalline in matrix, they also are tuning forks that assist in 13-20-33 Auric Circuitry and indeed in Mer-Ka-Na formation and expansion.
A basic combination would be to wear a single refractive stone, such as diamond, garnet or spinel on one hand, and a double refractive on the other. The best single refractive is the diamond, but it needs optimally to be a solitary of at least 2 carats, and we realize these are price restrictive. The best substitutes are garnets, preferably the Ural Mountain green demantoid, or a red-orange spessartite. Both project the octahedron in crystalline form. The diamond projects the dodecahedron and octahedron. If one can afford it, a combination of colors among single refractive is best. These can be intuitively alternated, according to astrological forces, and ones cycles. Garnets come in virtually all colors except blue. The spinel comes in pink, red, blue and violet.
In terms of double refractive gems for rings, the most potent are emerald, ruby, sapphire, morganite and aquamarine. Project the largest fields, assuming a 3-5 carat size. Alternate colors as cycles shift. Tourmaline, topaz and quartz varieties such as opal, amethyst and citrine are all piezoelectric and also quite potent force generators.
Gem use is not folklore, indeed they are crystalline force field generators of crystalline coherent light. They can increase ones vitality and even prolong life span, particularly when used in tandem. Well to study this topic. Remember the body is bi-symmetrical, hemispheric. Combine gems with metals about both wrists and the neck. Noble metals such as gold and platinum are most potent. Silver is tertiary, but quite benevolent in its aspect. Alternate these. Be willing to let people in, allowing love to pour into you, through you, so that you can take your soul far beyond the ordinary experiences you’ve had before.
The moment you live in a deep receptivity, with your heart open to existence, you also become available to experiencing the divine all-intelligent God Source that is right here right now. Through a 100% pure receptivity to life you’ll develop a laser-like focus for seeing the Divine in all people and the conversations you have with them. You begin to merge with the Divine and trust life completely. You realize your life purpose is to become aligned with the highest possible consciousness. This is the only way to know what is real. Otherwise this entire life is spent in following illusions. Use your heart to find your way through the mirage. Trust your body and its intuition. It is the MOST sacred vessel in this Universe. This body is The Divine and when you love it unconditionally, being sensitive to what its telling you, amazing manifestations can flow through it and into your life.
Being able to manifest anything in your life means you’re aligned with one important understanding. That the Universe is deeply conscious, benevolent, and is always helping you create whatever is for your highest good. You may not always be certain what your “highest good” may be, and somedays you may think you know better than the Universe. You may believe your highest good comes in the form of a brand new shiny red sports car when in reality it may be the blue mini-van that breaks down every few weeks and forces you to pray. What you need and want in life are not always the same and will change until your vibration is soooo high that you stop placing your ego’s demands over life. To begin receiving anything and everything you want this year, start with being crystal clear about what you are asking for. If you are wishy-washy in any way the Universe feels this, knowing you lack the understanding of the infinite divine soul you truly are, what you really want, and thus delays the manifestation. Divine Intelligence is always light years beyond what you can imagine it is. It knows you better than you know you. It wants you to be fully satisfied on the deepest levels. If God could form a desire, it’d be that you are soooooo ecstatic, over joyous, and orgasmically happy that you become a smiling laughing ball of bliss! The ironic thing is that this blissful state has nothing to do with manifesting physical results from your ego’s desires, and everything to do with how fully you can show up in this present moment and be receptive to the Now.
Bliss happens instantly when you intimately realize how to surrender and be receptive. You are the soul creator of your entire reality AND you are being fed desires from your karmic past. Nothing is actually yours. This body, this mind, these thoughts…everything is borrowed. When you wake up to this, you’ll be conscious enough to stop focusing your mind on what you don’t want and start living each moment in total appreciation of what is. Your life will feel like a rose petal who is continuously bathing in the glorious morning sunshine. Then you’ll know without a doubt just how amazing every moment of your life actually is.
I invite you to try something new this year. Anytime you ask for something, anything, from God or anyone…instead of thinking that you don’t have that “thing” just yet, imagine and pretend that you do. Ask as if you already have it now. Ask for what you want by feeling as you already received it. It kind of feels like giving yourself a long warm cozy happy hug! Practice feeling this feeling all day long and you’ve set in motion the effortless manifestation process. The experience of receiving your every desire means you’ve realized that you are not separate from God and that you never were. The day you permanently retire those habitual thoughts which think you are “separate” from the Divine One Supreme Reality, then the real magical life you’re here to live takes over.

Just watch it, and see how it defines and creates your limitations, problems, solutions, and what your range of opportunities are in this moment. Identifying with past and future thoughts are whats creating a narrowed and shallow experience of life. It’s the empty mind that is full of “no-thought” that has room for the unlimited experience of reality. Once you trust God enough to let go of controlling this mind, then the most exquisite experience of reality can fall into you.
This highly intelligent Universe knows the grand master plan of your life. It knows every intricate piece of the karmic game your soul is playing. The mind has such a limited perspective on Reality. It tends to demand things show up, and push against time (the Universe) to manifest something for your ego’s gratification. Yet, when you are opening, surrendering, being willing to receive anything, you can see this bigger picture and feel grounded in this deeply benevolent Universe. From this place you see that each experience serves your highest souls evolution. Your mind may not always agree, it is allowed to have an opinion, yet just realize this is the nature of the argumentative mind. Find that inside you which has no argument for or against anything. Discover that which is truly at peace and all of the opportunities, people, and resources you desire will present themselves. All you need to do is relax, trust the process and ask with conviction, without any attachment, for what you truly desire. The Universe will support you in the most profound ways.

Just do not be afraid of desire. Desire is that fire that keeps the karmic wheel spinning. We need it to give us direction and purpose. Stop hiding your true desires behind the veil of fear and judgment. Pull away the cloak and find out whatever it is that you truly want. Give yourself permission to honor your desires, know each one is very sacred, and trust that all your desires will manifest at the right time and place. This is one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself on this amazing journey called life. Enjoy!

At least BABAJIJ, I hope your journey so far to not contain very ‘dramatic’ moments. I’d say that my ‘dramatic’ moment which I meet more than others, is the issue about ‘patience’. It doesn’t affect me in the negative way it used to do the old times (which are not so old, it’s just a couple of years since I started my awakening through ETs subjects until the Ascension matter, but generally I started to look beyond this material world since I was 15. Now I’m 20. Yes, I revealed my age(-_-) ). In the most recent period of my life, I just do things which help me to relax and so, the issue of ‘patience’ isn’t faced by me with the same ‘old’ way. But it keeps coming as a question in my head (when this, when that) more than other questions. You see BABAJIJ, one of the reasons I make paintings like the ones that are posted here, is just to make me get nearer to the moment(s) I wish strongly to experience: to cooperate with our Star Families and people like the LRC members and help to the Ascension process in the best way I can, full time. I’ve already started that with positive visions & thoughts and inform specific persons. But it will be much different when things will get more officially, so I won’t need to pretend and hesitate to speak more openly about all these subjects we discuss here. It’s pretending that makes me get sometimes into feelings of impatience, but I can control them more now, having realised universal truths inside me, make positive thoughts, experience inner awakening (in stages) and generally, replacing a negative thought with a positive one. Anothet situation that got into my life, as a gift actually, is that I found all of you in this beautiful forum and at last I have met same-mind people from other places of this world, which I was immensely wishing for inside me for a long time. Understanding better the process which you are now going through requires one to set aside notions of extraterrestrials, agents of the dark cabal, instances of seismic activity, and focus on what it’s really all about, which is love. Love is the key. It is love that you have found a way to safeguard in your hearts and soul and it is through love that all things, either mundane or miraculous, are possible. Your ascension into the higher realms is all about the amount of love your race, the human race, has been able to build and has been able to maintain. Everything else involved is a branch of the mighty tree which is love.The Galactic Federation and the Ashtar Command are here with you yes, but they are not here to issue you your pass into the higher dimensions, they are here in a supporting role to assist you in your time of ascension. Their roles are limited to keeping the cabal and their many minions at bay while you work on the things that will bring you through ascension. They are also in charge of monitoring your Earth systems and keeping in check as much seismic activity as is possible to allow your planet to ascend without severe earthly rumblings. These Galactic alliances are also monitoring many more processes at this time, but what is important to remember is that they are not the overseers of your ascension. The Creator is the overseer, and you are the participants. The Cabal are your antagonists, and the Ashtar Command and the Galactic Federation are your allies.
We monitor your Internet and we also visit your social networks without direct participation and we see a number of you who seem to believe that you are waiting for us to ‘pull the switch’, as it were, and set you free from your possessors and catapult you into the higher realms. This is not the case at all. It is all up to you when you ready yourselves for ascension by sufficiently increasing your collective vibrational levels through your expansion of consciousness. We also assist you in this effort by sharing with you our understandings, and we try to lift your spirits by giving you a glimpse of what your new lives will be like very soon in the coming days. By this we hope you will all begin to vibrate with higher frequencies as a child might on your Christmas Eve, or the night before his or her birthday celebration or the beginning of an exciting vacation with family.
As we have said, if you could see for just one moment what we see awaiting you just up ahead, we are confident so many of you would be buzzing so greatly in youthful excitement and expectation that your planet and people might immediately traverse the plane and launch into the higher dimensions. This is one of the reasons you are here, to catalog your 3D experiences and return home with them, or even bring them to other worlds to share them with civilizations which can benefit from your experiences here. Your wisdom will be a most sought after commodity, and many of you will be teachers, lecturers, and spiritual leaders of worlds throughout the cosmos.
Turning now towards matters of your continuing ascension, we see many wonderful and life-changing events soon to commence upon your society. We see your lives changing completely all for the better with each successive event we have so meticulously planned for you. The release of your people from the constraints of the dark ones is one of the events that will be preserved within your new history books. This day is coming soon, as this is a vital point that must be reached to open the floodgates of many more life-changing events to quickly follow.

**All your issues are coming up with an intensity that very few have experienced**

Many are feeling very stressed and enervated as the issues that they need to address and release in order for them to awaken demand their attention. Your awakening is guaranteed, and the moment when it will happen is approaching very rapidly. Consequently, the issues that attach you to the illusion have to be dealt with. You know this deep within yourselves, and so they are being driven up into your awareness to enable you to acknowledge and release them.
They are basically your fixed ideas and beliefs on which you base your judgments: I am being abused; I am a helpless victim of circumstances; these people are forcing me to do this; I am of little worth; it’s not my fault; how could s/he treat me like this; I will not put up with this; s/he is wrong and should not be allowed to get away with it; they deserve punishment; what s/he did was unconscionable. . . on and on – a litany of unloving thoughts and attitudes. To awaken you have to release all of them and embrace acceptance, forgiveness, and unconditional love.
Because you can feel the approach of the moment of awakening, you are also experiencing a sense of urgency which is pushing these issues into your conscious mind so that you can release them. It is stressful because you have believed in the righteousness, dignity, and integrity of those attitudes for a very long time, and have attached yourselves to a right and an expectation of restitution for the wrongs supposedly inflicted on you – you have (within yourselves) demanded justice, and you know that God has seen how you have been wronged and that therefore these wrongdoers must be punished by Him. But, there is no one on Earth who has not offended or harmed another; so none of you can be innocent!
However, as you are constantly being reminded, all that you are experiencing, all your suffering, is illusory, and to awaken from the illusion you have to release your belief in it because none of it ever happened and no one deserves God’s punishment – there is no such thing! God’s divine justice envelops all in His infinitely loving embrace as He welcomes you Home in the beauty of your eternal innocence.
Until you release your unloving attitudes and forgive yourselves and all others for all the perceived wrongs that have been committed, you will be unable to awaken – because to harbor those attitudes in an awakened state would cause you suffering way beyond anything that anyone has experienced in the illusion, even if that were possible, because the contrast between the infinite Love that is Reality and the unloving attitudes that maintain and support the illusion is itself infinite. There is just no point at which they could meet and interact. The illusion and all it seems to consist of could only flee from even the thought of making contact, because Reality, Love, God is anathema to it. So, all your issues are coming into your awareness with an intensity that very few have experienced before, and it is shocking and unnerving for you.
Nevertheless, you have an infinite abundance of kind and loving assistance to help you to release them. All that is required of you is your intention to release them all and to open yourselves to accept, receive, and be enfolded in the divine field of Love of which you are all essential parts.
There is no need for effort, striving, fighting, or conflict of any kind, these feelings are fear-driven remnants of the belief that you have offended or attacked God, are unworthy of His Love, and can expect and deserve His punishment. Nothing could be further from the truth because you are perfect divine creations permanently at one with your Father. Just let go of your fears, doubts, and anxieties and allow the knowing deep within you to come to the surface of your awareness, which will confirm for you that you are infinitely loved by your Father, that absolutely nothing can or ever will harm you, and that eternal bliss is your Home and your destiny.

All of humanity – each and every one of you – are eternal and inseparable aspects or parts of God. You know this because so many enlightened ones, mystics, guides, and teachers have repeatedly told you that this is so, and because that knowledge is buried deep within each one of you – mostly it is hidden from you by your choice to maintain and believe in the illusion – it is there awaiting your uncovering of it. And this is the age in which that will happen for all who truly desire it – the vast majority of you. You are done with the illusion! It has been a long and painful experience, and you have made the decision to awaken. . . . Hallelujah!
We in the spiritual realms, who have always been with you to provide guidance and support when you ask for it, are overjoyed that you have finally made the collective decision to awaken, and we are here to guide and assist you in any way we can. Remember, you are never without help or guidance; you need only ask, and then be quiet and listen, and an answer will occur to you. It may not be what you expect, so keep an open mind – fixed ideas and beliefs are aspects of the limitations with which the illusion ensnares you.
As you move closer to the moment of your awakening you will find yourselves releasing and discarding ideas, beliefs, and certainties that no longer serve you, as you open into the infinite creative magnificence of God’s Love. You are going to be on a roll, and it will be exciting, amazing, and extremely entertaining, because the good times are coming.
Ever since the moment at which you chose to attempt to experience existence separated from your Father it has been His Will that you release yourselves from that condition and enjoy once more the Reality of oneness with Him. He has waited patiently and lovingly for you to make that choice, and He has made constantly available to you the help, guidance, knowledge, and wisdom to enable you to do so. Now that you have made that choice, nothing can prevent you from putting it into effect.
It is a choice of great significance and importance which is leading to the complete disintegration and dissolution of the illusion in which you had immersed yourselves so deeply that it hid Reality from you, and had apparently enclosed you in an environment that, however fiercely you struggled to survive, always led inevitably to your physical death. And that death was one of the main aspects of the illusion that convinced you that you were beings separate from each other and from your Father, as death always took away those you loved and caused you immense suffering, intensifying your sense of aloneness and abandonment. But it is an illusion, and you are going to move out of the dark fog in which it seems to have enshrouded you, as you are becoming increasingly aware of its ephemeral and insubstantial nature.
Your destiny is to awaken and find yourselves at Home in your Father, and at one with each other in your natural state of divine grace. This state is what you have been desperately missing and attempting to replace with the various forms of pleasure and enjoyment that the illusion seemed to offer, but which never could provide you with any lasting satisfaction, being, in truth, quite unreal.
The era of the illusion is drawing to a close, and it will just dissolve and subside into the nothingness from which it seems to have been created, leaving not even a trace to disturb you with unsettling memories or dreams as you float freely and eternally in the soothing balm of Reality – the infinite universe of divine Love that is all that exists. It is a state of perpetual and ineffable bliss, a state in which nothing is desired or needed because it is already eternally present, a state where nothing is too good to be true!

Government Insider Speaks Out on Hollow Earth
A government insider who worked in an underground installation near the Groom Lake (Area 51) base in Nevada, speaks from his understanding and personal experience about government knowledge of the inner realms of planet earth. He acknowledges Admiral Byrd’s flight into the inner realms as well as the very warm area surrounding the approximately 50 mile diameter opening with flora and fauna at the earth’s polar regions. He also discusses the fleets of UFOs or unexplained craft that emerge from these openings on a regular basis that are closely monitored by the governments on the surface.
Perhaps most importantly and most interesting is his acknowledgement of our governments’ understanding of the fallacies in the mainstream concepts of the nature of gravity. The insider makes claims of having been briefed on the true nature of gravity and that gravity is not an inherent property of matter but is rather magnetic in nature and stems from the emanations of our sun. This revelation dovetails nicely with the ideas of ‘push gravity’ and removes the main argument scientists have against hollow earth.

The Moon is full in its own sign, Cancer that most fertile and feminine of signs. There is an audible sigh of comfort and relief to be in such a tangibly receptive energy. Or is it just the relief of completion of the holiday festivities? Such a whirlwind since the last Full Moon…
Cancer is the sign of the Mother, as Capricorn, her polar opposite, is the sign of the Father. We are reaching culmination on the polarity of security at this Full Moon. While practical, paternal Capricorn builds stability and security in the material world, nurturing, maternal Cancer is creating a safe container for emotional security. Cancer ruled by the Moon teaches us about the nature of constant change, of the wisdom inherent in the repeating nature of cycles, of the ebb and flow of the tides that the Moon governs, how the cycle of going inward and renewing in the darkness of New Moon is as valuable as the clarity and awareness of the radiant light of Full Moon.
Cancer’s element, water, assumes the form of whatever container she finds herself flowing through, thus she is given the qualities of empathy, adaptability, receptivity. Her sensitivity to all emotional influences can make her highly intuitive as well as inconstant, moody and self-protective. Cancer’s symbol of the crab depicts her hard outer shell that protects that soft, sensitive under belly making her approach side-stepping and tending to face sticky situations indirectly and with shy caution.

No time 2 read comments, very sorry. I hope you are all good
still in Bed and Breakfast. Fumes and vapors are making our house impossible 2 inhabit, we may need 2 move house.. not our 1st choice, as I am back in college in 2 weeks full time, and I have to start working on my Japanese Final year project till then.. plus other admin chores..
Indy is not happy, she misses d house, and needs full time attention. She is not allowed in B and B. and sleeps with a hot water bottle in car, that we replace about 2 am for her. She hates the car, but at least we take her for a couple of walks per day.
We will try various tricks now to get rid of remaining oil, underneath the Stanley ancient device.. it is fixed, but there is some oil left underneath, so left heating on and off on timer all day and night, and will bring vinager and charcoal in house, along with sprinkling baking soda 2 absorb odour.
Will not be much online, as will have 2 go look at houses and arrange meeting and visiting potential houses for renting out.
Just wanted 2 keep u updated.

I recently received a message from Mathew Hart, in which he tells me about a vision/message he received on December 31. Events quickly snowballed surrounded this vision/message and he has created not only a video of the message, but others have joined him to sponsor a worldwide meditation based on the message.
It’s a wonderful story and I’ll let Mathew tell you in his own words below.
The worldwide event is called “Vision for a Beautiful New World” and will take place on January 21, 2012, at 6 PM Spain, 7 PM Jerusalem, 9 AM California (adjust for your time zone).

Hi Pat,
I have a little story I’d like to share about a video I very recently created. On December 31, 2011, I awoke at 3:00 AM with a beautiful vision/message in my head for 2012 and beyond. I tried to go back to sleep but the message kept repeating in my head until I finally got out of bed and wrote it down. As I did this, I saw myself presenting the message in a video, and I somehow knew the video was in support of an event that was to take place within a month’s time. But that’s all I ”knew.”
Two days later, as I reread the vision/message, I decided that the idea for the video was silly, as whatever the mysterious event was supposed to be, I doubted such a thing could come together within a month’s time. Nevertheless, I felt compelled to post the vision/message on a Facebook Group that I belonged to — although, truth be told, even the idea of sharing the message in writing brought up doubt and anxiety.
But I did so in spite of myself! And I was soon very happy that I did.
Almost immediately, I began to receive responses from people around the world who were touched by the vision/message, including one woman, an artist from Jerusalem, who asked if she could organize a worldwide visualization/meditation with my vision/message as the basis for the event.
Of course, I responded with a resounding YES, to which she responded by giving me the event date she had in mind – January 21, 2012. Furthermore, she asked if perhaps I would consider making a video in support of the event. Needless to say, I said YES again, made the video, and uploaded it to YouTube the very next night.
Two and a half days later, as I sit here writing out this story, the feedback has been steady and amazing as the video and its associated visualization/meditation event spreads across the internet. Zingdad just endorsed the video/event today and has been inspired to create a guided meditation video in support of the event.

On December 31, 2011, I woke in the middle of the night with the message in this video. When I posted this message two days later on an FB group, I was invited by Pearl Lee-Ora Landsman to use it as the basis for a world-wide visualization/meditation that she had in mind — thus, I went ahead and created this video to spread the message and to promote this event.
Regarding the January 21st visualization/meditation, assuming you have some experience with this kind of activity, you will begin with your regular grounding preparations. If you are new to visualization/meditation, we recommend that you begin by asking Source/the Universe/God for protection, healing and guidance. Then, you might wish to read the vision statement from this video (see below) to focus and align your energy.

I have a vision for the future and it is beautiful.
I see honesty, transparency, and correct thinking in all governments.
I see an end to disproportionate military spending and an equitable reallocation of funding to humanitarian causes, education, infrastructure, job creation, health-care, and environmental preservation and clean-up.
I see an end to corporate interests in government, and an end to the weaponization of space, and an end to unnecessary reliance on fossil fuels, and other non-renewable resources. I know that alternate sources of energy exist, are viable, and can be ultimately inexpensive, but that they have been repressed by misaligned interests.
I also know about false-flags, and media manipulation, and Big Pharma’s quest to keep everyone sick, and Big Agriculture’s quest for world food dominance using unsafe and untested G.M.O.’s. I know about the growing financial divide between the 99% and the 1%, and I know about the N.W.O. and its schemes for population reduction.
And yet, I stand in my light, without fear, and with a beautiful vision for the future because I know that I live in an abundant world with plenty of resources for everyone.
Whether we are 7 billion, 10 billion, or 15 billion, I know that we have the technology, the resources, and the intelligence to find peaceful solutions to our challenges, to create a world without poverty, without starvation, without disease, without war, without suffering.
I know this because I know the truth — the truth that comes from within — the same truth that is within all of us.
And I am compelled by this truth to stand tall, to live in the moment, and to be all that I am, regardless of what is happening in my life or in the world around me.
I have a vision for the future and it is beautiful.
And it is unfolding right now, one awakened heart at a time, on schedule, in alignment with the highest good, and perfect in every way.

Greetings dear ones. We wish you all a very happy 2012 — the year so many have been waiting for for so long. Be aware that not all is going to suddenly appear different on December 21, 2012. This is an ongoing process of light which is dependent upon you, dear ones, dependent upon the activity of light flowing onto the planet though the awakening of souls to their divine nature. These times are about awakening to your divinity, not simply about making the world a more pleasant place to live.
It is time for rejoicing, for you are close to the goal line, but it is not time to drop the ball. Every individual choosing to be a part of this most important time, must continue their inner journey beyond simple intellectual understanding. When recognized, truth must then move into a conscious realization–this is the journey of evolution. Depending upon soul contracts, lessons chosen, etc., some awakenings seem take longer than others but there can be no comparisons for if an individual’s intent is to awaken, the process will proceed perfectly, directed by Higher Self.
Mind interprets an individual’s state of consciousness and then manifests it as the outer. A mind filled with beliefs and concepts of duality and separation will manifest in the outer as experiences of duality and separation. As the individual consciousness becomes more and more enlightened, discarding that which is old and untrue, the outer then will begin to manifest in higher and higher forms. This is what is taking place, you are creating a new world from your enlightenment.
We say to you dear ones, that there is still much work to be done. Many do not realize that this is a process that must take place within the consciousness of each individual choosing to move forward and is not something that is going to simply drop into your laps as a gift from the Galactics. As each truth unfolds through personal inner work, it must then be put into practice. It must become your way of life, your way of thinking, your way of understanding the world–your state of consciousness.
Truth cannot simply be interesting dinner party conversation for new age thinkers, who in turn the next day go back to playing the game of “life as usual”. If you want to change yourself and your world, truth must be taken seriously. “Are these ideas that I am becoming aware of, truth or not? If what I am now discovering about myself and the world is truth, than why do I continue to revert back to living that which is not truth?” These are the questions each and everyone must ask themselves for the time has come to stop procrastinating and choose.
You are see many engage in battles with anything that appears to be of the negative, however, when you engage, you are simply giving these negative appearances their own power. You see, it is just another form of duality sneaking in the back door. The more illumined way is to practice seeing through appearances to the reality behind every form. Recognize that all beings are Divine in their true essence even if they themselves have no interest in this truth; then take whatever human footsteps may be called for. If words and actions go forth carrying an energy of unconditional love (recognition of ONE) then they will have a very different effect than words and actions that flow on an energy of hate or anger. Remember, words are energy.
Begin to see the divinity of all living things. You can practice by imagining the spark of a diamond within the heart center of all you meet, read about, know, or see on the news. Your realization of their true nature will often help to awaken them if they are at all receptive. Make little reminders for yourselves–whatever works.
It is fine to stay informed regarding world events, but instead of going into frustration and negativity, begin to use the information as an opportunity to practice knowing the truth.

We are going to have to find a new house, as the landlord refuses to pay for professional cleaners to remove the oil from beneath the oil stove, where kerosene has leaked.. it would be a huge and expensive job, but it is in his own interest… he also never offered 2 pay for our bed and breakfast.. while he receives our rent , which will be stopped tomorrow.. and this after having been in his house for 5 or 6 years, he expects us 2 pay for our own b and b, as the air is unbreathable in the house… he expects us to live with the windows opened day and night.. in a house full of kerosene fumes, and vapors..

You may have noticed that as your bodies – mental, emotional and physical, transform as you daily walk upon your Planet, that even though you still experience challenges of the opposing forces within you, that there exists also, a lightening of your spirit, a lifting of the denseness that has kept you chained to the old paradigm patterns. It will seem much easier to step around the pothole of repeating thoughts and patterns rather than falling into it again, and you will realize that you are gaining in Mastery of these.
Life will seem more joyful and good humor will surface and want to be expressed in many delightful ways. Allow this, Dear Ones, for it is time to feel the release of the heaviness of Being and to seize the joyful moment as they spontaneously rise up from within you. This is the lightness of your Soul, newly cleansed and purified that now comes forth to lead you into a new adventure into uncharted realms. You have done the work and are now aligning with your highest aspects and this will become more clear to you as you move into the year of 2012.
You will be a shining beacon of Light to those who cohabitate with you and to those in your community. Your feelings of joy will be contagious and your calm in the midst of the storm will be greatly appreciated and looked up to. You are each firmly on your Ascension path and the changes occurring within your bodies on all levels of your Being will seem miraculous to you. It will require adjustments in your acceptance levels but these adjustments will be happy and satisfied ones and not something to be feared or avoided. That which you have worked so diligently towards is now here. The Ascension is ON! Focus, focus, focus!
