Events move on to their inevitable conclusion, and are approaching the time when you will get some firm indications of what lies ahead. The dark Ones are being held in check and you will have noticed that they are no longer able to dictate what happens in the world. Their institutions are breaking up and with it their ability to command what happens in the different markets. Their greed and arrogance has led them down the path to ruin, and they will not be allowed to re-establish their empire. You are therefore still in the transition period, and our allies are gradually completing the moves necessary to allow the changes to get underway.

As ever, the Light continues to grow and is helping those souls who have only just started to awaken. It is asking a lot of some of them to move from beliefs they have held all of their lives, to new ones that are so different they are overwhelming to contemplate. Part of the problem is that the establishment has maintained false beliefs rather than admit the truth. You know that we have been following mankind’s progress for thousands of years, and the evidence of our contact with you still exists. Yet you are led to believe that it does not exist, and that Space is being searched for evidence of our existence. Fortunately, so many of you have now seen our craft in your skies, and have the intelligence to realize that the majority are the vehicles that we use. You have a number of first-hand accounts of contact where the craft have landed on Earth, and evidence of meetings with your Governments. The cover up is to prevent questions being asked, and to avoid the embarrassment arising from having to admit that we have often offered to bring peace to Earth, and it has been refused.

However, we push ahead with disclosure as until we can be officially recognized and accepted, we cannot carry out mass landings but we will take part in flyovers. What you have to understand is that we must not appear to force ourselves upon you, and contact has to be in response to your appeal and permission before we can do so. If we ignored that condition, we would be unduly influencing you when you must create your own souls journey. Obviously when we can meet you openly, there will still be people who would rather we had not arrived, but we are allowed to respond when the majority are in favor of it. The priority is to deal with the lack and the need to quickly prepare you for your move into the future, by providing all those advantages through new discoveries that have so far been hidden from you.

The tasks ahead for us are quite formidable, but we will affirm again that we have no problems whatsoever in making new technologies quickly available to you. Our allies move cautiously before breaking out as the timing has to be right, and we do not want to see them run into trouble. Once they commence it will herald a series of events that will lift you up, and you will know beyond doubt that the New Age has started. There are certain goals that have to be met before Ascension, and our involvement will ensure that they are. No task is too big for us, as we have millions of craft that we can call upon at short notice. In fact the plans for our mission are frequently updated, so that we are always at the ready for the authority to commence. That permission will not be delayed much longer, and is so near we are quite excited at that prospect.

Ascension requires that you still keep preparing for it without letting up. As the level of vibrations increase you need to take these into yourselves, and sure enough you will begin to notice how much it is strengthening you. Unlike many years ago when progress was slow and barely noticeable. Now you should find that you are very much aware, and able to maintain a high level of calmness in all situations even when in the midst of low vibrational energies. it is building up to a critical mass that by the end of the year will help power your going through the stargate. By this time, only those who have successfully prepared themselves will go forward and ascend. If the idea of ascending appeals to you and it is your intent to do so, then it is almost certain that you will achieve it. It does take effort and application but is nowhere as difficult as some of you imagine.

You clearly need not worry about any attempts by the dark Ones to mar your expectations as this year progresses, as they will have no hand in what is taking place and interference would not be tolerated by us. Their time is almost up and they are fully aware of their coming removal from power. We have urged our allies to push ahead as matters across the world are looking volatile, and would benefit from changes that are pending. Once the right people are at the helm then we can all get on with our responsibilities to each other. Bear in mind that before you came into this lifetime, you knew that you would be part of the Ascension process and many of you would have special work to do. That shows how well God’s plan has been made to ensure completion in the time scale given. Everything was planned from the very beginning with perfection, and that means the dark Ones were destined to failure. This knowledge should give heart to anyone who has had doubts.

Mother Earth has been relatively quiet considering that she is in the throes of her own cleansing. However, still take care as some physical changes will have to take place before this cycle closes. Follow your inner prompting as all of you are intuitive but very few take real notice of what you are given. Do not mistake it for your reaction to fear, as that will lead you to panic at a time when you are well advised to keep calm. Indeed, the coming period should bring you joy, as you will know for sure that the final experiences are playing themselves out. Keep the coming period in your thoughts and the wonderful finale that will fulfil all of the promises made to you, ones that are uplifting and bring peace and happiness in full measure.

More people are awakening every day and are beginning to search for and find the clues that are plentiful throughout your world. We see so many of you collecting these clues and putting the pieces together that solve the riddle of your existence and your future ahead of you. Continue to search for answers, and we shall help you further your understandings in every area in which you wish to gain more wisdom.
There is so much more to your reality than meets the 3rd dimensional eye, and one of our tasks as a member of the Galactic Federation is to assist you in discovering these new avenues of wisdom to travel upon. We send you clues, and at times gentle nudges to set you in the direction you expressed your desire in traveling before you left the spirit world for your new 3D adventure. We saw the times when you veered slightly off course, and we helped you reset your compass points and regain the trail. We must always honor your sacred right of free will, and we are careful to not overstep our boundaries, allowing you to make your own choices and travel the paths you so choose.
Up ahead in your very near future comes a fork in the road. Many of you will have a very important decision to make at this time. Will you choose to exit this 3rd dimensional world of illusion and separation, or will you choose to begin a new adventure in the realms of higher possibility? The choice is purely yours, and we honor each and every decision you make. Please try to see these souls as damaged and needing assistance, rather than objects of your scornful wrath. Vengeance is not a higher dimensional virtue, but understanding and forgiveness is. ‘To err is human, to forgive divine’, are very wise words that have been purposely seeded into your collective consciousness, and never before have these words been more appropriate for all to embrace.

My own dear Veronica, I ensured that you were not alone on the 8th anniversary of my passing. The memory is still so painful for you. You relive the shock you felt as you realised that I was leaving the Earthly plane. You pleaded with me, “Monty, please don’t leave me. Please don’t leave me.” You understand that it was not my decision. The higher realms decided that I had to go, so that I could prepare you from this side of life, for the role that you now have to play. Though many have done their utmost to destroy your life and your reputation – my blood family behaved abominably – we must not forget the man from Arizona, and the Scottish lady who thinks that what she has been doing goes unnoticed. Nothing escapes justice. Everyone answers for their actions. What you and I are doing was pre-ordained and forecast by the great thinkers of the past. It will not and cannot be blocked, no matter what evil is used. As it all unfolds this year, you will understand the enormity of what you have done. You showed no respect for me or my wife.

True love overcomes all. Unfortunately, the word love is used so lightly, there is little understanding of love. It is the most abused word in your world. People have been conned into accepting the Hollywood version of it.

In this momentous year, you will experience changes to your world that are beyond your understanding just now. Yet you must prepare for them and accept that this is what is meant to happen. It’s all part of the Transition. Those who know this, will not be alarmed when the cosmic changes happen. Always keep in mind that the results will surpass your wildest dreams. The control systems have to be removed, plus all that they have put in place to block you from ever gaining full consciousness and knowing who you are – powerful Beings of Light. This is the reason that flouride is put in your water supply and your toothpaste, plus many more things that you are not yet aware of. All this, to keep you in the slave mode. I wish that I could show you all that is being done but I can only tell you. I may be able to do more in the Spring. Those who knew me, know that I am a very determined man. I want you to experience your full potential in life. I have to go to the lower planes in order to communicate and it takes a lot of energy. But it is worthwhile.

At last, people are now questioning the propaganda and the motives behind it. They are not falling for it anymore. The veil has lifted. They are now seeing things as they are, not as they were told they were. Although these liars now look naked and exposed, they still try to bluff it out. But they are finding that the old formula is no longer working. They continue to attack all those who speak the truth. People have always assumed that they were just like you. This is not so. Nothing is further from the truth. When they finally realise that their game is up and that they will have to return en masse to where they originated. They will be banished forever from your world.

You will not have long to wait for this. Our plans are already in action. The less obvious but important changes are happening now. Your friends from other planets have shown you this so often. They create the pictures for you in the crop circles and though the military planes try to prevent them, they are determined to assist you in this way. Every crop circle has a very important message for mankind. It would be good if all the changes could happen overnight, but consider the hundreds of years of determined planning the Cabal have taken to get you to this stage. I ask you to be patient and understanding. We will achieve a lot in 2012 and early 2013. You will see your world in a completely new light. Please help and support each other through this period. Those who still have closed minds will need your help. Blame their belief systems for destroying their ability to think for themselves. It is time to reject your belief systems and all that you were taught. Do your own research. Accept responsibility for your own lives. See it as an exciting adventure into your future, free of all the constraints that were imposed on you.

I would like to thank all those who work for truth and are prepared to put some effort into researching it. To Debby, who set up the Ancient Ireland think-tank on ExtraTerrestrials – our grateful thanks. She has helped to open minds to what once was, and has enabled people to see how they were lied to about that country. It is a country that will awaken to its once great role on your planet. All that was theirs will be returned to them. Justice will be done. Thank you also, all those who came to our home at the weekend to communicate with me. It was an enjoyable time for all of us.

It has been a busy four days for Veronica. She is tired. She puts her heart and soul into our work and she needs to rest now. Look forward to and enjoy each change as it happens, in the sure knowledge that each one takes you nearer to your goal. To all who support Veronica and our work, you have my deepest gratitude.

Well SUNTRIA, the life here reflects an atmosphere of routine, unsatisfaction and unawareness. The crisis here doesn’t improve anything of course, but though I see all these, I know that all leads to the long awaited manifestation (and official version) of the events we here are aware of. As for me, I’m getting nearer to the University’s exam period, but really I wouldn’t mind for the announcements to take place before the exams (^_^) ….

Good morning everyone. I really cant post today as it is so busy in worki and tomorrow I got to take off because my Aunt Dianne died.
I am not saddened by her death as she had cancer and it was terminal but I am saddened she got cancr in the first place. What a horrible disease with so much suffering. So tomorrow is the funeral, got my suit cleaned and I am ready to go.

i WAS WATCHING UNSOLVED MYSTERIES THIS WEEKEND AND TOWARDS THE END OF THE SHOW THEY HAD A SHORT PIECE FROM JAMES gILLIAND’S RANCH. I was so excited. Then at night they all got to see some UFO footage. It seems they go into a near by mountain that has an entrance into inner earth. THEY SHOW THE ufo DESCENDING INTO THE MOUNTAIN.
I read that James also sees many of the famos black helecopters and he usually give them the finger LOL. James is nuts.
Konstantinos, the herb licorice will help to alleviate the coughing.

Message from the Angels

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

In this year of 2012, more than ever before it is important to live your life from the inside out. As human beings you have been taught to handle the external affairs of your life first, and yet we would urge you each day, to sit and handle your internal state of affairs. Are you at peace? If not spend time in prayer, contemplation, or sitting on a patio and listening to the birds singing. Exercise, take a little walk, or breathe deeply. Peace is available at all times, whether your circumstances are peaceful or not.

It is not money in the bank, perfect relationships, perfect health or perfect circumstances that “give” you peace, dear ones. Rather you “find” peace more easily inside of yourselves when life is easier around you. Nonetheless, true, deep, and lasting peace comes from knowing that you are an eternal soul, that you will exist beyond death, that your life is an exercise in learning to love and that if you focus on being loving to self and others, then all your needs will be met, and all your hearts true desires brought to you in proper time. Can you trust this dear ones? If not yet, pray. Ask God to help you find the peace that surpasses all understanding. Ask to feel the love of God in your lives. If you feel but a tiny percentage of the love God has for you nothing would shake you from a place of internal peace. And in this reality, you will to attract circumstances that are by their very nature, reflecting that peace back unto you.

True joy is also found on the inside. And yet so many human beings are happy only when they get their way. Why put off your joy when you can find it anywhere, at any time. Truly it is easier to draw forth your natural joy when surrounded by easy circumstances, loving people, and all that you could ask for. But can you call forth love and joy while holding the hand of a dying parent, celebrating their life and their imminent return into a glorious reality? Can you share joy with another even when you have experienced deep loss, knowing that as surely as you have let go of so much, God can refill your life with blessings of even greater magnitude? Can you allow yourself to take in the breathtaking beauty of a sunset even when you do not yet know how your debts will be paid, how your child will be healed, how your heart can find a career that honors your spirit? Can you share a bit of joy with another even when you do not yet feel your life “gives” you joy so easily? For when you seek out joy, you are uncovering hidden treasures. When you draw forth the love within you and share it with another, you are allowing God to work through you, and dear ones, there is no greater joy than feeling the love of God flow to you, and through you to enliven and lighten the heart of another.

If you want your lives to work, bring forth the qualities you want from within rather than seeking them first in external solutions. If you want more money, draw forth an attitude of prosperity and gratitude. If you want more peace, pray and spend time in silence, or amidst beauty and ask it to rise up within you. If you want more love, be love.

You dear friends, have all you seek inside of you. Call it forth in this year of 2012 and live your life from the inside out. You can live God’s way or you can continue to strive to live man’s way, always seeking superficial solutions to your problems, and constantly finding you are chasing a moving target when it comes to love, joy, peace, and harmony in your lives. Our words are strong, dear friends, because the energy is strong upon your planet. Our words are loving because we know you are capable of truly bringing forth these beautiful qualities from within, thereby changing not only your internal state of affairs, but also, eventually drawing absolute miracles and wonders into your life.

Hey everybody! Will probably be on later today to chat with everybody and catch up, but for now I just wanted to drop this off:

THE ASCENDED MASTERS: MORE AND MORE WORLD LEADERS ARE TURNING TOWARD THE LIGHT

The incoming and accelerating energies of this current year in your planets history and cycle are calling for an end to all that has been based in the low vibrations and patterns of Living. All that is not of the vibration of Love is falling away, and as such many will find that they are no longer able to find happiness through the typical physical means. As these incoming energies are absorbed by you, your bodies are upgrading and preparing to absorb more pure increments of this energy, and as such your bodies and spirits need the proper Loving care.

We know and understand that it will be difficult for many of you to give up those physical things that have brought you happiness, but we also know that you will marvel at the prospect of feeling a Joy, a happiness that is so much greater, so much more Pure than what your various earthly crutches deliver to you, and the best part is that you will not have to ‘smoke’, ‘play’, ‘watch’, or even eat anything to find this joy, this everlasting Peace and pure ecstatic Harmony; it is freely available to all at all times!
The higher energies never wish to force any changes onto anybody, and if any soul is not yet completely comfortable with giving up what they have used for so long to bring them happiness, then they can gladly choose another Life that does not have to be based in lower vibrations. Of course, by nature the soul would be kept on or close to the vibration of the crutch or thing they were attracted to that lead them to not choose the ascension path, but if a soul who is far along their paths still choose another incarnation cycle, they will incarnate on the exact level of consciousness they were inhabiting on Earth, as your evolution processes are never taken back or stalled, unless by you for your own reasons.

As the old paradigm disintegrates more and more with the receiving of the ever-purer energies, one element of your freedom from the low vibrations is of course, the recovering of your planet from the grip of the souls who brand themselves ‘elites’. These souls have for so long been used to getting their way on any issue, and they would and still do use any means possible to try and get their way. It may be seen as a bit of a scary prospect to admit that your dark cabal can at times be like little children throwing fits, only with money, guns and power.

Though these souls have been referred to as children because of their attitudes, they are in no way any less intelligent than any other soul on Earth [And in fact, neither are children]. In fact, they have used their vast intelligence to assume power through printing fake money that they were able to convince the world was real and the ‘right way to go’. Now, the rest of the world is slowly but surely beginning to realize that they have been deceived for generations.

The 20th century was a very important time in the awakening of humanity, and the era of the 1960s were to be a prelude to the mass coming together of humanity, the coming together that the dark on your world have been fighting tooth and nail to prevent from happening. What must be understood is that all of their control, all of their power has been based in deceit. This is how they have gotten their way on so many countless issues and is how they were able to find the means to control others.

They operate on a system; the foundation of this system is the basic yet very powerful and widely held beliefs by the masses, which in many cases are lies that they have gotten many to take as gospel. Beyond and existing on this foundation, are other, more sophisticated lies that are meant for the more discerning public, and for the more discerning souls they are lying to. The tragic thing is that this system goes on and on, to the very most inexplicably ridiculous lies that many are now seeing through, including the leaders of various countries on your world who they are still trying to lie to and manipulate.

More countries than you would like to believe have been in contact with your extraterrestrial brethren and sistren, and many world governments have been informed of the full extent to which they have been lied to and deceived, as preliminary information before it is shared with all of humanity. Many of the revelations that have been shared with various world leaders, are in fact the very revelations that your dark cabals and families have fought with every inch of themselves to keep from getting out.

If you knew dear souls, the extent of the secrecy that was being kept, against even major governments of your world, you would be in shock and wonder as to just how the leaders of a very few yet powerful countries were able to keep them under wraps. Well, the time of deceit is no more, and as such the majority of your world governments whom you have been hearing and reading about [I think they mean through David Wilcock and Ben Fulford’s recent testimonies] are now breaking their former forced alliance with the dark souls in control of said few and powerful nations.

As more and more world leaders decide to turn against the dark souls once and for all and turn to the Light, they are gradually being grandfathered in to our programs, the programs backed by the Light, by the Galactic Federation along with many other Light-based organizations such as the Ashtar Command, along with Earth’s highest Council of Elders and many, many others; many world leaders are now being brought in and brought up to speed, about how they have been deceived and how they can use their positions to be a steady and useful force for the Light, for the changes that we all wish to see occur on your world.

It is a risky business [for those on Earth], openly working against the cabals, as even in their damaged states they are able to cause harm, depending on the karma of the souls they wish to cause harm to. They also derive their power from the fear of others, and fear was another way that they have been able to keep the genie in the bottle, so to speak. The might of the United States Military is known by many countries and world leaders.

It is known that those souls in control of the most powerful countries of this world will go to any means possible to keep their tight grip on this world and how it operates. Those world leaders who have been working with the Light extensively, are aware of the fact that the collective Light on Earth, which is ultimately decided by all of you on Earth, must be of a certain purity, must be based more in the higher vibrations rather than the lower, before widespread change for the better is invited in and able to manifest on a worldwide scale.

This is where the many of you on Earth who are awakening come in. It is now your jobs to use all of yourself, to put all of yourself and your energies into the ascension and freeing of both Earth and Her populations. While much of Gaia Herself is now beginning to exist in the fifth dimension and higher, Her surface is still kept the most in low vibrations. With the various energy gates that are now being opened in Gaia’s atmosphere and in many of you, your bodies and spirits are reacting to these energy gates and receiving and absorbing the vastly pure Source energy now coming through.

It is now your jobs to not just absorb this energy, but to integrate it and let it flow to all of those around you. You will be surprised dear souls just how beneficial it is to integrate these newer energies and radiate them to all around you, regardless of the situation or feelings involved, be they ‘good’ or ‘bad’. We do understand completely that the Earth experience has been quite difficult and as such, you feel the need to indulge in Earthly things which bring you the happiness that you remember only slightly from the higher realms, but dear souls if you can find it in yourself, if you can find the willingness to turn toward the energies coming in and turn toward the very difficult mission on Earth which requires your full attention and energy; if you can do this than you will find for yourselves even more and even purer bounties once this most difficult phase of your mission is completed.

As always dear souls, you have our Love, support and guidance at all times. It is up to you to call upon us, to ask us to help you manifest those miracles that you have been wishing so very much for in Life, but that still seem to be so far away, so far out of reach. Your dreams are not out of reach dear souls, not by far. With the assistance of the Divine, you will find that nothing is impossible!

Konstantinos – that was a very well-written post on aquariuschanneling, and I feel you provided a fairly “complete” view of the situation, from a bird’s-eye view. Thank you for sharing it!

Suntria – I know what you mean about “limbo”, I’ve been feeling the same thing. I feel I have to still maintain the “old ways” and old responsibilities of the old paradigm (after all, I have a family to support), and yet I also have to take on the energy and ways of the new paradigm. Yet the NEW paradigm hasn’t caught on yet, so it’s a little like living 2 lives, simultaneously. And until it does catch on, we’re all in something of a holding pattern. We are waiting for “soon”. We KNOW it’s going to happen, we just don’t know WHEN.

I feel this is why those who choose to follow the lightworker path need to take care of themselves, and try not to take on too much at once. Simply by living we are already doing twice the work! And yet we do so much more than that, it is a wonder to me how we all don’t collapse from sheer exhaustion!

One thing I would like to state is that I think most of us feel we need help dropping the “old paradigm” completely. Most are not independently wealthy and have to work to pay the bills. This is probably the biggest thing holding us back, in my opinion. Now, if we could at least be paid to do things that would support the new paradigm, I feel this would help with the transition. It is one thing to try and create that new reality, or manifest money, or simply feel joy and expect everything to fall into place. In my experience that approach works to some extent, but doesn’t seem to apply to things like, for example, rent checks!

Leslee – something you mentioned surprised me – you said you were unaware of the Hollow Earth idea (until recently), yet you were a Buddhist nun… this is very interesting to me considering how much of Buddhism parallels and depicts the hollow earth. I would love to hear of your experience some time!

I am somewhat aware of the life of a “Christian” monk as I had a friend who lived in the monastery in Mission, BC, and I visited him several times. Here he is:

DW – Bingo! Right now for example I’m dividing my time between my work, informing a young friend of mine about ETs, other dimensions, etc etc etc, Reiki and reading channelings, besides ‘normal life’ and my own work towards ascension (meaning ‘work’ on myself). I’ve been going to and fro with the idea of leaving my job and working with Reiki, but right now I don’t think that would be a viable option, even because it would not be fair on my husband (regarding bills and money in general).

I would have to agree with this statement, and add further to it by stating the fact that we are daily exposed to the lower vibrations that have been so prevalent on Earth, making our ascension quite a challenge! I think the absolute biggest challenge we are being faced with is learning to choose the higher vibrations of Love over the lower vibrations that tempt us every day. Let’s do it!

Yes, talk about synchronities! I had a powerful dream the other night that I posted about, in which it seemed that things were being wrapped up and completed…(http://lesleehare.wordpress.com/2012/01/16/take-off/)
Also, it’s kind of unsettling (and sounds nuts), but the Buddhas (I’ve put Them in charge of everything ;D have been encouraging me lately not to save any money… As if there really will soon be no need at all. So instead I’ve ‘invested’ in software and supplies and equipment to help with my “real work”. This really goes counter to my 3D imprints and up-bringing, but so far it seems to always turn out with great serendipity!

Konstantinos, please remind me again where to find your drawings? I’ve received so many messages about Greece… There’s something magical there.
Troy, Stick & Steffie, funny thing about the Toltec Sorcery & Buddhism and my skewed perspective… I was studying with Merrilyn Tunneshende right before I met my soon-to-be Buddhist teacher. Read everything Toltec that I could get my hands on, especially from the Castaneda/Tunneshende circle. Recap seems powerful, but I have to admit that something about that way repels me. There was some icky energy with some of that crowd, and I had some pretty bizarre experiences & nightmares during that time.
Just as I was beginning to have doubts (due to lack of feelings of live & compassion in that group), I discovered Buddhism.
I’d never been interested in it before, since early childhood, and it was one of the few system I had NOT explored. The teacher I met is in the NKT, which is really an outlier ( and very controversial) tradition among Mahayana Buddhists. That was my first experience with hate amongst Buddhists. It cuts both ways, but that wasn’t even why I left. Ironically, Heruka told me that I was stalled there, and had to leave in order to make progress. Eventually I learned that in several previous lifetimes, I’d been highly-regarded & influential lamas, but had become disillusioned and had determined in this lifetime to take a re-birth far-removed from Tibetan Buddhism. So my nun-hood had been an unplanned detour, due to the pull of familiar imprints. Anyway, I’ve been having dreams about inner earths for decades, but only put the pieces together recently. The NKT doesn’t get into the legends, etc., so I was pretty insulated from a lot.
Whew! I am soooooo glad to be here with you guys! It’s like finding the Crew that I’ve been knowing about for a couple years now… I really look forward to getting to know you all better! Much love, Leslee

Advice from Atisha’s Heart

When Venerable Atisha came to Tibet he first went to Ngari, where he remained for two years giving many teachings to the disciples of Jangchub Ö.

After two years had passed he decided to return to India, and Jangchub Ö requested him to give one last teaching before he left.

Atisha replied that he had already given them all the advice they needed, but Jangchub Ö persisted in his request and so Atisha accepted and gave the following advice.

How wonderful!

Friends, since you already have great knowledge and clear understanding, whereas I am of no importance and have little wisdom, it is not suitable for you to request advice from me. However because you dear friends, whom I cherish from my heart, have requested me, I shall give you this essential advice from my inferior and childish mind.

Friends, until you attain enlightenment the Spiritual Teacher is indispensable, therefore rely upon the holy Spiritual Guide.

Until you realize ultimate truth, listening is indispensable, therefore listen to the instructions of the Spiritual Guide.

Since you cannot become a Buddha merely by understanding Dharma, practise earnestly with understanding.

Avoid places that disturb your mind, and always remain where your virtues increase.

Until you attain stable realizations, worldly amusements are harmful, therefore abide in a place where there are no such distractions.

Avoid friends who cause you to increase delusions, and rely upon those who increase your virtue. This you should take to heart.

Since there is never a time when worldly activities come to an end, limit your activities.

Dedicate your virtues throughout the day and the night, and always watch your mind.

Because you have received advice, whenever you are not meditating always practise in accordance with what your Spiritual Guide says.

If you practise with great devotion, results will arise immediately, without your having to wait for a long time.

If from your heart you practise in accordance with Dharma, both food and resources will come naturally to hand.

Friends, the things you desire give no more satisfaction than drinking sea water, therefore practise contentment.

Avoid all haughty, conceited, proud, and arrogant minds, and remain peaceful and subdued.

Avoid activities that are said to be meritorious, but which in fact are obstacles to Dharma.

Profit and respect are nooses of the maras, so brush them aside like stones on the path.

Words of praise and fame serve only to beguile us, therefore blow them away as you would blow your nose.

Since the happiness, pleasure, and friends you gather in this life last only for a moment, put them all behind you.

Since future lives last for a very long time, gather up riches to provide for the future.

You will have to depart leaving everything behind, so do not be attached to anything.

Generate compassion for lowly beings, and especially avoid despising or humiliating them.

Have no hatred for enemies, and no attachment for friends.

Do not be jealous of others’ good qualities, but out of admiration adopt them yourself.

Do not look for faults in others, but look for faults in yourself, and purge them like bad blood.

Do not contemplate your own good qualities, but contemplate the good qualities of others, and respect everyone as a servant would.

See all living beings as your father or mother, and love them as if you were their child.

Always keep a smiling face and a loving mind, and speak truthfully without malice.

If you talk too much with little meaning you will make mistakes, therefore speak in moderation, only when necessary.

If you engage in many meaningless activities your virtuous activities will degenerate, therefore stop activities that are not spiritual.

It is completely meaningless to put effort into activities that have no essence.

If the things you desire do not come it is due to karma created long ago, therefore keep a happy and relaxed mind.

Beware, offending a holy being is worse than dying, therefore be honest and straightforward.

Since all the happiness and suffering of this life arise from previous actions, do not blame others.

All happiness comes from the blessings of your Spiritual Guide, therefore always repay his kindness.

Since you cannot tame the minds of others until you have tamed your own, begin by taming your own mind.

Since you will definitely have to depart without the wealth you have accumulated, do not accumulate negativity for the sake of wealth.

Distracting enjoyments have no essence, therefore sincerely practise giving.

Always keep pure moral discipline for it leads to beauty in this life and happiness hereafter.

Since hatred is rife in these impure times, don the armour of patience, free from anger.

You remain in samsara through the power of laziness, therefore ignite the fire of the effort of application.

Since this human life is wasted by indulging in distractions, now is the time to practise concentration.

Being under the influence of wrong views you do not realize the ultimate nature of things, therefore investigate correct meanings.

Friends, there is no happiness in this swamp of samsara, so move to the firm ground of liberation.

Meditate according to the advice of your Spiritual Guide and dry up the river of samsaric suffering.

You should consider this well because it is not just words from the mouth, but sincere advice from the heart.

If you practise like this you will delight me, and you will bring happiness to yourself and others.

I who am ignorant request you to take this advice to heart.

This is the advice that the holy being Venerable Atisha gave to Venerable Jang Chub Ö.

Leslee, I’m really interested to know more about why you had an icky feeling about the Toltecs and the crowd…? if you’d rather not talk about it, that’s ok too You also mention something about conflict amongst Buddhists. something has been bugging me for a long time: for a couple of years, I had a fair amount of correspondence with a local Buddhist Monk, as I was helping to advertise his meditation courses and promote the Kadampa centre. Out of the blue, I received an email from him, with an attachment – a document containing the “true story” behind the Dalai Lama. I had always believed this man to be one of the Ascended Masters on Earth but, after reading that info, I really didn’t know what to think. I was shocked and horrified that this gentle Soul could have perpetrated some of the atrocities described – against his own people!!! I realise that there is always more than one side to a story and, as I’m not a Buddhist, I let it go. But every time I see the man, I wonder if he is conning the world… or if there are some who have much to gain by discrediting and destroying him??? Can you shed any light on this?

Welcome back Laura and so glad you got the apartment so quickly. Notice I did not use the dreaded s word.
Thanks to all for your condolences and Steffie, you are right, it was for the best. To me, if it is terminal, why have years of suffering, losing mass weight and just being so handi capped inside of a shell. She is free now and with so many other family members and when I reached out to her 3 days after she died, i could not only feel her but also some other family members. They are all having the times of their lives or should I say after lives.
Suntria, so funny you say that about the message and how you needed to hear something even though you already knew. I get that all the time, I mean all the time. you are right, it is their way of just giving us reminders, taps on the shoulders because it is one thing to just read a message, but we all need to walk the talk, God bless you.

Yes, JGUNNER, I forgot to mention in thenmidst of the levity, heartfelt condolences and rejoicing all rolled up together. We’re so fortunate to have beautiful people in our lives!
Ahhh, Steffie, that’s a big one there… It’s like the one-two punch, isn’t it? And even if it’s true, what’s another Buddhist doing broadcasting it…? Oh, I should stop there. Tell you what, once I check into the hotel tonight, I’ll check in with Heruka on that one, to find out what He wants to say about it. I knew this was coming… Have been holding a blog called Raging Pandit for months now, and you, dear friend & guide, have just given me the cue that it’s time to talk. Thank you, from the depths of my heart.
Oh, about the Toltecs… 12 years later, I’m still searching for the words to describe. It was based on intuition, and things transpiring in a particular forum. The best I can come up with is that it was a feeling of some people being fascinated with some of the darker sides of sorcery. It just felt inappropriate for me to be there… But I also think that was partly my Guides urging me onwards. I think sorcery certainly has it’s place, as long as it’s accompanied by a loving motivation… But then we call it Lightworking!
Maybe next we could all dress up like Mickey Mouse in Sorcerer’s Apprentice! The place does need mopping up, after all…

ya, Leslee… that was my thought too? and this particular Monk is a GOOD GUY!! hence my confusion… sadly, when my computer crashed, i lost the document – prob just as well, as it was rather venomous. But it was citing history and all sorts of events and decisions… i just don’t remember any details.

I also have a number of friends who were exceptionally powerful healers, teachers, lightworkers, until the fascination with the dark side took hold and they pursued it a little too fervently. They have now all stopped growing and, in fact, have gone backwards. Very sad to observe… With a lot of those teachings, there is emphasis on the use of peyote and other herbs – unfortunately, too many people think its ok to use that stuff and recite words without the heart or the true meaning of what they are doing. They simply have no idea, but use the information to experiment. So, yeah, I know exactly what you mean and why you left. It’s just sad that individuals can taint sacred teachings in that way…

I consider dreams of past lives to be “for sure”, although for a long time after having some of them I thought these might be spirit guides rather than me. I’ve since had confirmation from other sources that these were indeed me. The information “pops” into place… I “know” that it is accurate.

As an aside, I recall that there was a very interesting episode of Avatar: the Last Airbender, near the end of the series, where the Avatar (Ang) is meditating and is introduced to each of his previous incarnations. Once he reached his very first incarnation (there were 7 or 8 Avatars, I think), is when he gained his “full” power.

Not to worry what you do not remember, your subconscious does and the memories made while sleeping will remain stored until you require the information they hold. As your journey continues, so does your never-ending opportunity to bring forth change. This change must start with you. The world does not change all at once, but with each individual that calls Earth home. Change is not something that can be done with a quick thought, glance or sudden motion. Change requires deep thought, love, acceptance, patience and purity of heart just to name a few. When you make a point to change even one small detail about yourself that you have discovered from looking within, the world around you also changes. Do not always look with your eyes for the obvious. Look with your heart dear ones.

The path you are on will bring you to great peace, harmony and joy that is filled with incredible Light and Love from God. To reach this light beloved ones, first you must recognize the darkness that resides within you. You will become devoted to God and you will find an increasing Power grow within your hearts that will enable you to move forward with success. God gifts you many times in many ways that are subtle. The Hope and Faith that awakens with you each new day is a reminder of God’s love to you and the journey you are on that will reach you to perfect unity with your heart and with God.

The incredible journey you are on does not discriminate what religion you follow; the path you are on is one that encourages you to listen to your heart, to live with love and act with compassion and kindness in all of many aspects of your daily life. Within each of you beloved children is a beautifully decorated temple. Within this temple are many jewels; with colours of the rainbow. And it is you beloved ones that nourish and build this temple. Every time you achieve a new height in your spiritual awareness and development and gain mastery of a specific attribute you are adding more to your temple. Never fear the darkness that may be lurking in unsuspecting places when you take the time to discover more about yourself. Call upon his service more often, accept Him as the Divine Father He is and allow his Light to ILLUMINATE a path for you that will lead you back to His heart that will forever link you to Him. Have Faith that He will be there and will never leave you. Neither will I if you call beloved ones.

I know there has been so much for you to work through. I have sat beside you, comforted while you cried and your heart ached. It is then when invoking the Violet Flame becomes important and necessary beloved ones. Make use of this Flame more often. It will heal and transmute any darkness remaining from past situations you have cleared. The Violet Flame will nurture your heart, body and soul, its flame will never be extinguished; it lives on to nourish and heal each and every lovely dear soul that calls for it.

When you go about making changes that will effect the way you live, changes that will bring about newer ways of thinking and acting with Love and Light into every aspect of your life, you are making a subconscious statement beloved ones. You are telling the world, showing the world the good you can do. One small effort creates great movement that is felt throughout the universe. Inside each of you is the power and the potential to CREATE a better and more loving existence. Can you feel your energy? You surge with electrifying synergy; a combination of Unconditional Love, Compassion, Eagerness, Adaptability, Faith, Hope, Patience, Strength, Courage and so much more. A Message from the Arcturian Group Consciousness

This is the beginning of a new era in human conscious awakening, the awakening of the golden age of man, in the temple of Ra, in the place of joy, in the beacon of hope, and in the area known as the Heart. I Arcturus, am the beacon of the star of Arcturus, the energy of the Light of the Hope of the people, and in the Star of the Aeon before, and in the Star of the Aeon since, there has been those searching for Truth, and Truth is in the searching.

Now, here we stand in the 7th golden age of man, and in the Temple of the Heart, but what is the Temple of the Heart? What is the Temple of the mind? What is the Temple of God? It has been said that there are grids upon your planet, that is half the Truth, there are lay lines, yes that also is half the Truth, for wherever you have, or will, as a group consciousness focus your attention, so is it manifest thus,

And it has been said that there are Pyramids, and it has been said that there are crystal deposits, and it has been said there were/are underground bases, and spaceships above, and this is but a fraction of the Truth, layers of Truth upon other layers of Truth, because when we enter the discussion of Location, we discuss the emersion of the past.

And when an object dies, the layers that had been energetically formed in the consciousness of the energy of the planet hold that energy for at least one aeon, until that aeon dies, and a new consciousness grid is being born, and so as the New Golden Age comes upon us, a new conscious grid is born.

And so it is not, a New/News, that this layer that was formed in the consciousness of man, and that the Structures, that were but memories/remnants of a past Golden Age Civilization, are destructurizing in the consciousness of the people, these destructurizing periods lead to new layers that are developed, from the conscious evolution, of your new understanding, to build.

Consider this a blueprint/and a map, if you were to build a new city, you would need a new blueprint/map, to decide where to build that city, and as the consciousness of the planet shifts, so does the world around you, but when this grid is formed, and when the layers are built, and when the knowledge has/will/and is unlocked in the consciousness of the “builders”, when will this non-manifestation manifest in form.

That is an excellent question, and I come to give you the suggestion, always a suggestion, never an exultation, that you are building these things now, but only in remote locations, and only in select groups, but those groups will arise to become larger groups, and larger groups will take over those groups, and that is how culture changes, and that is how society arises.

You have the technology, but you hoard it. Now, let me say this with compassion, because when I bring up the word “hoard” it will strike some negative symphonies in those to whom it remarks, but when I say hoard, I mean only to give you an example of not letting go. “Possessing”, and “Arising”, as Kings and Queens to lead over the people, is slowly diminishing in the consciousness of the people. The question that is posed is, if I am hoarding the new technology, when will it come to be arisen? When will it be released to the people?

The answer to these questions comes about two fold: One it is never wise to release the technology of the new to those who do not have the ethical capacity to understand the material, and if given such a technology, would only use it to destroy themselves, however, it is also unethical not to build and use the technology, in a world that you, and your groups, have as much “ownership” to as those in power.

So it is in that statement, that I would like to make this suggestion, begin to use the technology you have to heal Gaia, use the grids, the new “MAP”, and start to use your resources to create the new sonic emission technology, board the ships, and visit the places where the energy will be projected in its highest frequency, change Gaia on a global scale.

Now some of you will say we have the knowledge, but not the resources, and I would suggest always that were there is a will, there is a way, for every person who understands and builds a technology, so are there those who are willing to back it, but it may not be in your country of origin, you may have to explore areas outside of your current understanding, go to locations that previously you were unwillingly to go, and restructure your own life to provide life to all those around you.

This CAN BE DONE. And it is just the beginning, of the re-designing of your planet. There is always human choice in developing consciousness, and while there are those would suggest that we are Gods in the sense of deciding whether the human consciousness awakens or does not awaken, this cannot be further from the Truth, we do not intervene in this manner, and exploring the misunderstood, and mistranslating teachings of the Hebrews is just one example, and also the misunderstood teachings of our Beloved Sunanda, who was persecuted for far different reasons than are listed in the records kept in the biblical accounts, but this is not a subject that needs to be entered into, as if you follow on the thread of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, you will begin to understand this history, and be able to follow its threads to where you wish to go, suffice it to say, we are not here to become a new Yaldabaoth/or False King, to the world.

And we will explain it this way: If we were to conquer, or enslave the people, even if it were for positive ends, if we were to come down to your planet, and then to force upon those who do not wish it a change, this would be no different than what you consider in Iraq right now, and other countries, who were invade for the “sake of their own good”.

While we do not agree with the practices of the planet, and while we have in past history done many things to point the way to the Kingdom of Our Mother-Father God, and releasing the teachings of the I AM Presence, and the Holy Grail, to a grander, and more wider audience, we cannot in any way, go forth and save the populace, but we can support those who are willing to change.

It is time to begin that change, you have the technology, now find the means, come together in Unity, it is time now to end the fighting, especially among brothers and sisters, you are all in this together, as we have said before, if the Lightworker community, and other communities of evolved beings, fight amongst themselves, the rest of the world will never follow nor change, as a result.

It is for all beings of Light to now hold unconditional Love, and to build the technology of Love, that is the Higher frequency consciousness. I am Lord Arcturus, and I say: Begin.

Thank you Troy for sharing your ‘medieval dream’. It seems you were quite a destroyer in that incarnation…I’m glad about your current self! I also had a dream the last year on a medieval like environment, a battlefield. The rest of the soldiers seemed to be some steps ahead of me and I remember me running. Suddenly, I felt an acid pain in my right side’s bones from a spear, it felt so real, sharp and then, I started to lose conciousness and I fell slowly on the ground. Having still my eyes opened I remember I was looking to a burning place (maybe a castle) and I saw it was night, then all became dark. When I woke up I still had that sharp feeling of the spear.

Still in the middle of Wilcock’s article, on about page three, and my head hurts. I can say that after reading about the ‘training’ bestowed upon the Illuminati children, especially the ‘spiritual’ or ‘enlightenment’ training, I will never feel like a bad parent again! Never ever.

I think everybody needs to read the entire newest article/investigation from David, as it is disturbing but it exposes much truth that they never thought would be getting out to us ‘sheep’.

Matthew had much more to say about the Illuminati in that article, but I’m not sure most of us are prepared yet to accept many of the others things he said.

In the early 20th century both the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations were donating large sums of money to education and the social sciences. They supported, in particular, the National Education Association.
By way of grants, they spent millions of dollars, money which was used to radically bend the traditionalist education system toward a new system that favored standardized testing over critical thinking, toward “scientific management” in schools.
This was part of a calculated plan to make the schooling system benefit corporate America, at the expense of the American school child. Powerful foundations with private interests, such as the Ford Foundation, continue to support, and thereby influence the policy of, the NEA to this day.
Additionally, an unprecedented U.S. Congressional investigation into tax-exempt foundations identified the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations engagement in an agenda for vast population control.
Norman Dodd, Research Director for the Congressional Committee, found this statement in the archives of the Carnegie endowment:
“The only way to maintain control of the population was to obtain control of education in the U.S. They realized this was a prodigious task… [so] the portion of education which could be considered as domestically oriented [was] taken over by the Rockefeller Foundation and that portion which was oriented to International matters [was] taken over by the Carnegie Endowment.”…
MEDIA CONSOLIDATION

In order for such a vastly interconnected group to avoid detection for this long, it would also be an absolute requirement for them to buy, own and control the media.

STEP BACK AND THINK ABOUT IT
Now step back and think about what we have learned so far in the course of this investigation.
The Federal Reserve handed out 26 trillion dollars in bailout money – to themselves. To their own companies. To their own banks.
That means they’re suffering. This is not something they would have done if they weren’t forced to. They are experiencing real trouble – and it’s affecting global headlines with rumors of financial collapse.
According to former Forbes Asia-Pacific bureau chief Benjamin Fulford, the 2008 collapse was pushed over the tipping point by an international coalition of countries who are actively resisting the Federal Reserve group.
The Federal Reserve appears to control, directly or indirectly, 1,318 corporations that earn up to 80 percent of the world’s wealth. 147 corporations within that group are totally interconnected with each other, and earn 40 percent of global revenues.
Global media was consolidated from 50 independent corporations to five giants in barely over 20 years – from 1983 to 2004.
One of the top two or three most profitable businesses in America is the healthcare industry. In order for the “super-entity” of 147 corporations to control 80 percent of the wealth, they would almost certainly need to invest in healthcare.
Six out of the top nine media corporations have directors with controlling interests in the pharmaceutical companies.
Eight out of the top nine media corporations have insurance and / or pharmaceutical company executives serving on their Board of Directors.
This is precisely the type of interconnectedness discovered by the Swiss team of scientists – using supercomputers.

Laura: Good evening SaLuSa, it is so nice to resume work with you. It felt pretty disconcerting not to be able to be in the right place in order to communicate with any of you. It seems that in order for a communication to be received, one has to find oneself in the right place inside.

SaLuSa: Balance is the key, you can only be aware of us and communicate with us when you are in a balanced place inside. Love and compassion are also key elements of course. Although when people are under stress love and compassion become only a vague distant memory or concepts. One can go through the motion externally and display a loving and compassionate attitude, without having anything relating to these feelings internally. Without inner balance, nothing is possible. Emotions, physical work and intellectual activities must be gauged.

This is not a new concept that I am trying to introduce to your planet, as these were well known facts in antiquity. With balance, also comes inner peace and relaxation, which in turn opens you up to the higher dimensions. When you feel tired, lacking sleep, doing too much physical work, and are emotionally upset, as you have been for the past two weeks, it is indeed very difficult to keep an inner connection. Therefore the connection with your environment, as well as with beings from higher realms is not possible to be made.

This is the sad truth of your society. There is no inner training in your societies, for you to be able to open up your heart to us. Regarding the school education, learning to read and write are the most important aims of the primary schools. After that, you are all being progressively trained to obey the hierarchy above you. This of course, in order for the cabal to form perfectly well trained obeying people. The cabal wishes to train you to be people who are not interested in putting questions, people who are not interested in the Universe.

The Story of Rindercella. Once apon a time, in a coreign fountry, there lived a very geautiful birl; her name was Rindercella. Now, Rindercella lived with her mugly other and her two sad bisters. And in this same coreign fountry, there was a very prandsom hince.

And this prandsom hince was going to have a bancy fall. And he’d invited people from riles amound, especially the pich reople. Rindercella’s mugly other and her two sad blisters went out to buy some drancy fesses to wear to this bancy fall, but Rindercella could not go because all she had to wear were some old rirty dags. Finally, the night of the bancy fall arrived and Rindercella couldn’t go. So she just cat down and scried. She was a kitten there a scrien, when all at once there appeard before her, her gairy fodmother. And he touched her with his wagic mand … and there appeared before her, a cig boach and hix white sorces to take her to the bancy fall. But now she said to Rindercella, “Rindercella, you must be home before nidmight, or I’ll purn you into a tumpkin!”

When Rindercella arrived at the bancy fall, the prandsom hince met her at the door because he had been watchin’ behind a woden hindow. And Rindercella and the prandsom hince nanced all dight until nidmight…and they lell in fove. And finally, the mid clock strucknight. And Rindercella staced down the rairs, and just as she beached the rottom, she slopped her dripper!

The next day, the prandsom hince went all over the coreign fountry looking for the geautiful birl who had slopped her dripper. Finally he came to Rindercella’s house. He tried it on Rendercella’s mugly other … and it fidn’t dit. Then he tried it on her two sigly usters … and it fidn’t dit. Then he tried it on Rindercella … and it fid dit. It was exactly the sight rize!

So they were married and lived heverly ever hapwards. Now, the storal of the mory is this: If you ever go to a bancy fall and want to have a pransom hince loll in fove with you, don’t forget to slop your dripper!

The dark cabal is persisting in its two-faced stance: on one hand it negotiates with our Earth allies, while on the other it continues to search for a way to solve its unsolvable dilemma. We have warned our Earth allies to be wary of the duplicitous negotiating tactics of this group of habitual scofflaws; they assume a tough stance to feign sincerity in the goal of the negotiations despite our having exposed their many secret missions to find an ‘angel’ who can deliver a solution to their insurmountable plight. Our liaisons have joined these negotiations as consultants and have asked our Earth allies to demand that the dark immediately terminate their secret missions as a condition for going forward with the talks. Predictably, the dark refuses to comment on these demands and has asked for a recess! We have requested that such a move be ruled unacceptable by our Earth allies and have further advised them that a firm timeline be established for the completion of the talks. Failing this, certain consequences are to come into play.

It is clear that the dark is stalling for time. We suggest that the various parties comprising our Earth allies come together to demand a deadline for the dark’s full surrender. We are willing to use our technology and our personnel to force the cabalists’ hand to get them to formally surrender to our Earth allies. The dark knows full well the futility of continuing to search for a way out, and therefore we state: do the obvious, and send them an edict accompanied by the appropriate legal documentation commanding their unconditional surrender. Be prepared to employ your overwhelming military and law-enforcement resources to arrest these culprits and confine them where they can do no more harm. At your disposal is our technology to ensure the success of these arrests and, thereafter, the establishing of new governance that permits the longed-for announcements. So far there has been no reply from our Earth allies, and so we have sent several Agarthan liaisons to get one. The various contingents of our Earth allies are now putting together a plan of action.

Once this plan is approved, we can begin to use our technology to the full to limit the activities of the dark cabal. A top priority is to completely shut down those activities aimed at your health and beingness. I had a strange experience today. You guys know how with some cities, you can tell which city you’re in, even blindfolded, because you know what the city “feels” like. If someone dropped you in Vancouver, for example, and you’d been there before, you’d know you were in a different place from, say, Washington DC, because of the way these towns “feel”. It is more than just climate and the city sounds – it’s everything together, it is the personality of the city. And every city is different.

So today, there was a brief instant where I felt like I was in Agartha. I’d been there before in a dream… everything still LOOKED the same around me, but I “felt” like I was there.

**Mutiny of the Soul**

Depression, anxiety, and fatigue are an essential part of a process of metamorphosis that is unfolding on the planet today, and highly significant for the light they shed on the transition from an old world to a new.

When a growing fatigue or depression becomes serious, and we get a diagnosis of Epstein-Barr or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or hypothyroid or low serotonin, we typically feel relief and alarm. Alarm: something is wrong with me. Relief: at least I know I’m not imagining things; now that I have a diagnosis, I can be cured, and life can go back to normal. But of course, a cure for these conditions is elusive.

The notion of a cure starts with the question, “What has gone wrong?” But there is another, radically different way of seeing fatigue and depression that starts by asking, “What is the body, in its perfect wisdom, responding to?” When would it be the wisest choice for someone to be unable to summon the energy to fully participate in life?

The answer is staring us in the face. When our soul-body is saying No to life, through fatigue or depression, the first thing to ask is, “Is life as I am living it the right life for me right now?” When the soul-body is saying No to participation in the world, the first thing to ask is, “Does the world as it is presented me merit my full participation?”

What if there is something so fundamentally wrong with the world, the lives, and the way of being offered us, that withdrawal is the only sane response? Withdrawal, followed by a reentry into a world, a life, and a way of being wholly different from the one left behind?

The unspoken goal of modern life seems to be to live as long and as comfortably as possible, to minimize risk and to maximize security. We see this priority in the educational system, which tries to train us to be “competitive” so that we can “make a living”. We see it in the medical system, where the goal of prolonging life trumps any consideration of whether, sometimes, the time has come to die. We see it in our economic system, which assumes that all people are motivated by “rational self-interest”, defined in terms of money, associated with security and survival. (And have you ever thought about the phrase “the cost of living”?) We are supposed to be practical, not idealistic; we are supposed to put work before play. Ask someone why she stays in a job she hates, and as often as not the answer is, “For the health insurance.” In other words, we stay in jobs that leave us feeling dead in order to gain the assurance of staying alive. When we choose health insurance over passion, we are choosing survival over life.

On a deep level, which I call the soul level, we want none of that. We recognize that we are here on earth to enact a sacred purpose, and that most of the jobs on offer are beneath our dignity as human beings. But we might be too afraid to leave our jobs, our planned-out lives, our health insurance, or whatever other security and comfort we have received in exchange for our divine gifts. Deep down, we recognize this security and comfort as slaves’ wages, and we yearn to be free.

So, the soul rebels. Afraid to make the conscious choice to step away from a slave’s life, we make the choice unconsciously instead. We can no longer muster the energy to go through the motions. We enact this withdrawal from life through a variety of means. We might summon the Epstein-Barr virus into our bodies, or mononucleosis, or some other vector of chronic fatigue. We might shut down our thyroid or adrenal glands. We might shut down our production of serotonin in the brain. Other people take a different route, incinerating the excess life energy in the fires of addiction. Either way, we are in some way refusing to participate. We are shying away from ignoble complicity in a world gone wrong. We are refusing to contribute our divine gifts to the aggrandizement of that world.

That is why the conventional approach of fixing the problem so that we can return to normal life will not work. It might work temporarily, but the body will find other ways to resist. Raise serotonin levels with SSRIs, and the brain will prune some receptor sites, thinking in its wisdom, “Hey, I’m not supposed to feel good about the life I am living right now.” In the end, there is always suicide, a common endpoint of the pharmaceutical regimes that seek to make us happy with something inimical to our very purpose and being. You can only force yourself to abide in wrongness so long. When the soul’s rebellion is suppressed too long, it can explode outward in bloody revolution. Significantly, all of the school shootings in the last decade have involved people on anti-depression medication. All of them! For a jaw-dropping glimpse of the results of the pharmaceutical regime of control, scroll down this compilation of suicide/homicide cases involving SSRIs. I am not using “jaw-dropping” as a figure of speech. My jaw literally dropped open.

Back in the 1970s, dissidents in the Soviet Union were often hospitalized in mental institutions and given drugs similar to the ones used to treat depression today. The reasoning was that you had to be insane to be unhappy in the Socialist Workers’ Utopia. When the people treating depression receive status and prestige from the very system that their patients are unhappy with, they are unlikely to affirm the basic validity of the patient’s withdrawal from life. “The system has to be sound — after all, it validates my professional status — therefore the problem must be with you.”

Unfortunately, “holistic” approaches are no different, as long as they deny the wisdom of the body’s rebellion. When they do seem to work, usually that is because they coincide with some other shift. When someone goes out and gets help, or makes a radical switch of modalities, it works as a ritual communication to the unconscious mind of a genuine life change. Rituals have the power to make conscious decisions real to the unconscious. They can be part of taking back one’s power.

I have met countless people of great compassion and sensitivity, people who would describe themselves as “conscious” or “spiritual”, who have battled with CFS, depression, thyroid deficiency, and so on. These are people who have come to a transition point in their lives where they become physically incapable of living the old life in the old world. That is because, in fact, the world presented to us as normal and acceptable is anything but. It is a monstrosity. Ours is a planet in pain. If you need me to convince you of that, if you are unaware of the destruction of forests, oceans, wetlands, cultures, soil, health, beauty, dignity, and spirit that underlies the System we live in, then I have nothing to say to you. I only am speaking to you if you do believe that there is something deeply wrong with the way we are living on this planet.

A related syndrome comprises various “attention deficit” and anxiety “disorders” (forgive me, I cannot write down these words without the ironic quotation marks) which reflect an unconscious knowledge that something is wrong around here. Anxiety, like all emotions, has a proper function. Suppose you left a pot on the stove and you know you forgot something, you just can’t remember what. You cannot rest at ease. Something is bothering you, something is wrong. Subliminally you smell smoke. You obsess: did I leave the water running? Did I forget to pay the mortgage? The anxiety keeps you awake and alert; it doesn’t let you rest; it keeps your mind churning, worrying. This is good. This is what saves your life. Eventually you realize — the house is on fire! — and anxiety turns into panic, and action.

So if you suffer from anxiety, maybe you don’t have a “disorder” at all — maybe the house is on fire. Anxiety is simply the emotion corresponding to “Something is dangerously wrong and I don’t know what it is.” That is only a disorder if there is in fact nothing dangerously wrong. “Nothing is wrong, just you” is the message that any therapy gives when it tries to fix you. I disagree with that message. The problem is not with you. You have very good reason to be anxious. Anxiety keeps part of your attention away from your tasks of polishing the silverware as the house burns down, of playing the violin as the Titanic sinks. Unfortunately, the wrongness you are tapping into might be beyond the cognizance of the psychiatrists who treat you, who then conclude that the problem must be your brain.

Similarly, Attention Deficit Disorder, ADHD, and my favorite, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) are only disorders if we believe that the things presented for our attention are worth paying attention to. We cannot admit, without calling into question the whole edifice of our school system, that it may be completely healthy for a ten-year-old boy to not sit still for six hours in a classroom learning about long division and Vasco de Gama. Perhaps the current generation of children, that some call the Indigos, simply have a lower tolerance for school’s agenda of conformity, obedience, external motivation, right-and-wrong answers, the quantification of performance, rules and bells, report cards and grades and your permanent record. So we try to enforce their attention with stimulants, and subdue their heroic intuitive rebellion against the spirit-wrecking machine.

As I write about the “wrongness” against which we all rebel, I can hear some readers asking, “What about the metaphysical principle that it’s ‘all good’?” Just relax, I am told, nothing is wrong, all is part of the divine plan. You only perceive it as wrong because of your limited human perspective. All of this is only here for our own development. War: it gives people wonderful opportunities to make heroic choices and burn off bad karma. Life is wonderful, Charles, why do you have to make it wrong?

I am sorry, but usually such reasoning is just a sop to the conscience. If it is all good, then that is only because we perceive and experience it as terribly wrong. The perception of iniquity moves us to right it.

Nonetheless, it would be ignorant and fruitless to pass judgment upon those who do not see anything wrong, who, oblivious to the facts of destruction, think everything is basically fine. There is a natural awakening process, in which first we proceed full speed ahead participating in the world, believing in it, seeking to contribute to the Ascent of Humanity. Eventually, we encounter something that is undeniably wrong, perhaps a flagrant injustice or a serious health problem or a tragedy near at hand. Our first response is to think this is an isolated problem, remediable with some effort, within a system that is basically sound. But when we try to fix it, we discover deeper and deeper levels of wrongness. The rot spreads; we see that no injustice, no horror can stand in isolation. We see that the disappeared dissidents in South America, the child laborers in Pakistan, the clearcut forests of the Amazon, are all intimately linked together in a grotesque tapestry that includes every aspect of modern life. We realize that the problems are too big to fix. We are called to live in an entirely different way, starting with our most fundamental values and priorities.

All of us go through this process, repeatedly, in various realms of our lives; all parts of the process are right and necessary. The phase of full participation is a growth phase in which we develop gifts that will be applied very differently later. The phase of trying to fix, to endure, to soldier on with a life that isn’t working is a maturation phase that develops qualities of patience and determination and strength. The phase of discovering the all-encompassing nature of the problem is usually a phase of despair, but it need not be. Properly, it is a phase of rest, of stillness, of withdrawal, of preparation for a push. The push is a birth-push. Crises in our lives converge and propel us into a new life, a new being that we hardly imagine could exist, except that we’d heard rumors of it, echoes, and maybe even caught a glimpse of it here and there, been granted through grace a brief preview.

If you are in the midst of this process, you need not suffer if you cooperate with it. I can offer you two things. First is self-trust. Trust your own urge to withdraw even when a million messages are telling you, “The world is fine, what’s wrong with you? Get with the program.” Trust your innate belief that you are here on earth for something magnificent, even when a thousand disappointments have told you you are ordinary. Trust your idealism, buried in your eternal child’s heart, that says that a far more beautiful world than this is possible. Trust your impatience that says “good enough” is not good enough. Do not label your noble refusal to participate as laziness and do not medicalize it as an illness. Your heroic body has merely made a few sacrifices to serve your growth.

The second thing I can offer you is a map. The journey I have described is not always linear, and you may find yourself from time to time revisiting earlier territory. When you find the right life, when you find the right expression of your gifts, you will receive an unmistakable signal. You will feel excited and alive. Many people have preceded you on this journey, and many more will follow in times to come. Because the old world is falling apart, and the crises that initiate the journey are converging upon us. Soon many people will follow the paths we have pioneered. Each journey is unique, but all share the same basic dynamics I have described. When you have passed through it, and understood the necessity and rightness of each of its phases, you will be prepared to midwife others through it as well. Your condition, all the years of it, has prepared you for this. It has prepared you to ease the passage of those who will follow. Everything you have gone through, every bit of the despair, has been necessary to forge you into a healer and a guide. The need is great. The time is coming soon.

Mental Caring vs. Active Caring

Many of my chelas have become less conscious because of their dire circumstances. Facing their fears is the only way to move forward. Instead of giving up, they need to keep looking for answers. Instead of making just any cause an answer to their need for money, the request for divine intervention is more congruent with their heart’s actual desire.

Ascension was a mass delivery of new consciousness to all who did what was needed to ascend. The first wave of ascension has already occurred, but the call to those not yet ascended has not been fully disseminated. Only those who are now ascended can deliver those who have not been able to clear their incorrect beliefs about themselves.

Happiness cancels dross. Happiness can delete at least half of the negativity trapped in cellular memory. Casting aside your disturbance is what activates an ongoing energy of caring that develops within the human heart. Beginning on 11-11-11 we did all we could to cause more caring on all levels of man’s development. Angels are only caring. Angels do only giving, they do not consider their own career or monetary desires. We want you to be angels in human form—giving to all, not only those in obvious need. All of mankind is needing caring right now. What does caring appear as? Whatever enables another to care about themselves. It is not an act of delivering good thoughts or meditating to link up with those in need. To give an angel’s way is to act on the heart’s desire to give, not just make a mental delivery of light.

Peace in the consciousness of only one man can deliver more to humanity than a mental action that seeks to control another’s destiny. In the direct giving method, caring is the only thought. Praise and drama about caring actions is not a reason to give, the mind doesn’t need any more applause. Only complete angelic giving matters to mass consciousness.

Fancy clothes, great cars and placating children are not going to improve man’s destiny. The acquisition of cars, clothes and anything other than good health are not reasons for delivering angelic caring. Only giving from the heart matters. Clothing does nothing to cleanse negative thinking. Practices that calm the mind donate more than directing caring thoughts to an area or an individual. Cancelling an area’s negativity will not occur and no choices of a material nature will get delivered. Give with your own hands and act with your mind only as needed.

Choosing a method to give can be easy. Ask God to lead you to the one needing your action. Always follow your own inner guidance to make a choice. Caring comes with no attachment to outcome. Face the darkness within without telling any lies to the other dancers in the story. Fabricating any detail in what you say to another is also lying to yourself. Bring accurate messages to life. All who deceive by delivering messages that are not what they are actually thinking are draining the energy out of an opportunity to care. Fighting for attention with words is about control, not caring. Mandates that deliver caring answers are delivered to the angels to act on. Other caring options will become available to you when unqualified caring becomes your way of being.

Clear your darkness by naming the cause and deciding that this was what was needed for your growth. Your cells will allow more detachment when fear is not in the way. Accept that those who die or leave you, or make themselves sick do so because it was their decision, and this decision has nothing to do with you. Stop discussing death as a negative occurrence. A death can bring others to more awareness about their own death and dying choices.

Clear out the dross of your mental desires and focus on the delivery of caring to others. All your dreams can answer the dream of another, as they are also you.

When freed of dross, those who have contributed to another’s ability to love will be an anchor of light. It is a divine man who loves as a natural way of being. Caring comes naturally when the negative ego has been dissolved. Awaken to this in yourself by being more caring.

Good morning Konstantinos… time to get some zzzzzzz on my side of the planet.

Trust in us and God that events are going to proceed as promised, and do not worry as to the timing as it will occur in a way that is exactly correct for the desired outcome. Also be assured that the end times will work out as planned, and that responsibility is ours and everything is totally prepared. There is no need to be concerned about your individual role and what will happen to you, as each of you will experience precisely what you have planned. Some of you have elected to leave the Earth early, and others will see the final year through to the end. Either way it will have been your choice, and all will ultimately leave the old Earth that you presently know it.

To ride out any rough patches of experience simply keep your mind and focus on Ascension, because as the year progresses and the higher vibrations are dominant peace will descend upon Earth. Already there are noticeable changes in the mass consciousness levels that can be registered by us, and more souls than ever are being lifted up. The awakening is accelerating and will touch all souls before the final days of this cycle. Whether all respond is down to their choice, but not one soul will leave this Earth without having understood the opportunity of ascending. It clearly will not appeal to everyone, as some souls would feel out of place in the higher dimensions.

Meantime the Lightworkers proceed with their individual tasks creating the groundwork necessary for events to unfold. As one who is aware your best contribution is to share your Light with all others, and to do so quite freely. Mentally spread your Light far and wide and if you like to give healing, picture in your minds eye those areas on Earth where it is most needed. The Middle East continues to cause concern, as the negative energies are deep rooted as the result of centuries of warfare. Our brief is to ensure that problems do not escalate or bring about war, and we shall prevent one breaking out. The dark Ones would naturally like to exploit any such situation, but reckon without the Galactic Federation. We know their plans and are therefore able to control what takes place, and we have already shown them what we can do.

It is worth mentioning that our Motherships are what you might call, airborne cities and able to remain stationed over your Earth for extremely long periods. They contain absolutely everything needed to exist normally, and it is an enjoyable and satisfying existence. We have bases upon Earth, and also our allies who are of the Inner Earth and will eventually emerge to meet you again. There are also bases on the sea bed, some of which have operated for thousands of years. They have allowed us great seclusion and privacy away from prying eyes, by being sited out of reach of your submarines and robotic searchers. Some bases are extremely large and self supporting, and can house hundreds of personnel.

Some of our bases are deep within Mountains and quite safe from your probing. The entrances are not visible and that keeps out the curious. They were more active in past times when we met and helped local inhabitants, and such meetings have been recorded by them. So you see Dear Ones, that whilst there are people pressing for disclosure, someone intent on finding the evidence of our visits to Earth would not have difficulty in doing so. Regrettably, as evidence has been found it has largely been ignored or hidden away because it did not fit in with the accepted version of your past. All of this will eventually change, and the truth will be given to you supported by ample evidence. In past times those who have voiced the truth have been persecuted or ostracized and often put to death for their beliefs.

Can you begin to see how false your reality has been, and how it was created to make you ignorant of your sovereignty and totally reliant on those who have enslaved you. Life could have been so different had it not fallen from grace in Atlantean times, when it did enjoy times of great spirituality and understanding. Nearly all you have spent lives in that particular period, and you still carry memories of it deep in your subconsciousness. You even go further back to some civilizations that are just names in ancient history. Remember that you are just completing a Solar Cycle of approximately 26,500 years, and you have been in and out of it so many times choosing where and when to further your experience. We could take you back further when some of you lived on other planets, just to indicate that you are very old souls.

This particular life you are in, is the culmination of many previous ones and is quite unique and so important to your evolution. No wonder so many souls wanted to go through this cycle, as it offered a great step forward and opportunity to leave the cycle of rebirth. It has been a long and mostly tedious journey but like all experiences is easily put behind you once it is over. One of your greatest assets has been your strength to overcome the most severe hardships and setbacks. Those experiences will carry you forward and serve you well when faced with similar challenges. Your services will be in demand by those who have yet to experience what you have.

The life ahead is going to be wonderfully satisfying, and very rewarding. Your hard work and dedication to your spiritual growth will have ensured your upliftment into the higher dimensions. It is your real home and as nice as some experiences on Earth can be, they will not compare to the absolute happiness and bliss that you will experience. True freedom is not really something you have yet enjoyed, but when you take up your place as a Galactic Being everything will lie before you. Words cannot express how wonderful you will feel and the beauty and love that will surround you. All is in harmony and balance unlike your experiences in duality.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and know you will be thrilled and overawed by the Motherships and the wonders of our very advanced technologies. You may well get to visit one, or even enjoy the experience of visiting one of the Cities of Light, that are preparing to make their appearance on Earth. They also are examples of what can be done by using our technologies for the good of all. So do not despair and keep looking on the bright side of things, your day is soon to come when all shall live in peace and freedom.
