We know that some of  you still find it hard to grasp that duality in spite of its seriousness, is  still a game. It is a little like entering the Holodeck and enacting your role,  knowing that whatever happens you can all leave the scene and return to your  normal life. It is an experience that you have chosen that has a serious content  as it counts towards your evolutionary upliftment. Since there is no such thing  as death, you can repeatedly take on different lives and live to tell the tale.  However. the taking of life is a serious offence that carries karmic penalties,  although there can be certain circumstances that can evoke a more lenient  understanding. Again we stress it is not a punishment, but specific experiences  that may enable a soul to understand the full consequences of what they have  done, so as not to repeat them again.

Since we are on the  subject of your succession of lives we will state what should be obvious, that  you come into them with nothing and you leave with nothing, that is apart from  your experience which is all that matters. As part of an evolutionary plan you  take on all types of lives, and in some you may be one who has great wealth and  power, but it will all be gone when that life is finished. As you cannot take it  with you perhaps the pursuit of wealth may be seen as rather pointless. In time  you may well learn that having sufficient is all you need, and that greed is  simply taking away an opportunity from someone else. If you aspire to ascend you  will no doubt have already come to the conclusion, that sharing is the best way  to keep a happy and balanced society. It also encourages an approach where all  work for the good of all, and not individuals.

Dear One, you have  learnt so much through experiencing duality, and your strength of character will  stand you good in the future. In fact once you reach a certain high level of  consciousness, you will not even have to think about how to lead your life. You  will have reached such a great understanding, that you will see All As One and  act accordingly. That understanding is one that is slowly being accepted by  people, and in consequence there is much more concern about the plight and  well-being of all people. Without a doubt you are coming together and bonding,  as you are beginning to see yourself in others. The energy being created is out  of love for your fellow Being, and the barriers that previously separated you  are being broken down.

We of the Galactic  Federation cannot help but admire and applaud your tenacity and determination,  to ride out the remaining months of this year to bring about the changes you  desire to claim back your sovereignty. In doing that you have our support for  everything you do that is intended to restore the Light. We are like your  referees making sure all is played to the rules, which is why we can intervene  to protect those who are of the Light. The rules are specific where duality is  concerned and include Universal Law. It is the latter that prohibits other Space  Beings from approaching you or Mother Earth, and we enforce the law. Again there  are exceptions in circumstances where they are actually invited to Earth, and  that was the case where the Greys were concerned.

Look back at your  history and even although the evidence has not always been written up, there is  nevertheless much to indicate our interest in your affairs. We would therefore  say that it is perfectly natural that at such an important time for you, that we  should come close to you. After all, as any family would where their offspring  were concerned, we have always followed your progress. The majority of you are  family to the different members of the Galactic Federation, and that mainly  relates to the Sirians and Pleiadians. Usually those of you who are  extraterrestrials know it deep down, because you find it so hard to settle down  to Earth life, with its heavy vibrations.

Europe still  struggles with saving the Euro, and we see little chance of that if any at all.  The Dollar is weak and being released by some countries in favor of safer  currencies, so financially the world waits to see the outcome. This is all  calculated to force changes into being, with acceptable and necessary changes to  the banking groups. The whole area has been manipulated by the few who must  accept that their gravy train has ground to a halt. You are to experience what  it is like to live in circumstances where money is a real commodity that has  real value. You are also to have abundance and enjoy life without your present  worries and stress. It will carry you through Ascension and set the pattern for  the time when money will no longer be used.

I am SaLuSa from  Sirius, and happy to share my thoughts with you as support is so necessary at a  time when so much is happening. I would say keep pushing onwards as the  finishing line is in sight, and help bring the end about by spreading your Light  as much as possible. Wherever you are imagine yourself as a great beacon of  Light, and visual it touching the people around you. It really does make a  difference and when you imagine thousands upon thousands all doing the same  thing, it is a powerful source of Light that is lifting people up. After all you  are Light Beings and what would be more natural than giving of your Light to  others, and it can also be for healing as so many of you carry around conditions  that would benefit from it.

   Then we got the Steve Beckow report, OMG is this a hoax or something. I cant really grasp this yet and dont really feel inside like this will go down on saturday. We will get a report saying some BS that somehting happened and they needed to cancel that trip. I guess we will know for sure on Sunday and I got no home computer and am already planning to call in sick on monday. Ya see, superbowl monday is the number one day for Americans to call in sick and I for one will not mess up those statistics so for statistics sake, I must call in sick on Monday

   I read on one of Sticks post how this is a week of calmness and that also really freaked me out because yesterday and today I feel so calm, no irritability at all even though my section in work is the most negative in this company but nothing seems to bother me at all today.
   My whole mind is really going wild with all the posts I have read, going to go and check out Steves site to see if he has ny updates and how they will arrang ethis and so on.

    Blood test came back and it was normal revel. that is good news. I don’t know why he had seizure. He might picked up on the walk day before or mystery. I hope that was one time thing. Thank you for the prayers hope he live happy and healthy forever!

    Well Gunner this is just a first familiarization flight so nothing too fancy the first time out.

    This will happen in dream time so don’t worry about packing or getting picked up at the bus stop – we’ll all just appear on board instantaneously. Although there is a high likelihood you may remember getting “picked up”. What will happen is that you’ll just be outside the ship one minute, then the next you’ll be inside. More than likely we’ll all just kind of show up at more-or-less the same time.

    The crew will be human-looking so don’t worry about having to deal with reptillians or grays. They’re friends of mine… maybe this time I’ll remember to ask them their names! LOL

    Also don’t worry about getting time off of work since this initial run will be dreamtime. We’re just making better use of the time…

    So for this initial run we’re going to just buzz around locally and get a feel for the ship. We might go out to the moon and back but we’ll see how it goes. There should be plenty to keep us busy here around Gaia. Should take about an hour of your dreamtime, maybe less… I know you guys want to do more but we need to respect the time of our Galactic friends too!

    Don’t worry if you don’t remember the trip – the fact that you were there is what matters! I might suggest that for those who typically partake, to go easy on the booze and other stuff on Saturday night so there is a higher liklihood that you’ll remember what happened the next day.

    Not sure what else we can do to prepare; pretty much everything else will be taken care of. Just come as you are and be prepared to have some fun!

    I am preparing for the next excuse coming from Linda Dillon on why did no ship show up… but of course, with all her messages, it is on in the imagination, deamtime and I for one sure never have heard of the Intergalactic Council, nor of the Council of love! lol Too funny!

    Things are coming to a head, as those who would control humanity are rapidly losing their ability to do so. They have seemingly been in control for a very long time and they have surrounded you all with an energy field that encourages dissent, disagreement, and distrust. This field is not strong nor can it prevent you from moving through it, but because it encourages dissent among you, you very easily engage in arguments with one another – part of the illusion – and become distracted by the need to prove yourself right or others wrong. In that state you close off your hearts, and the divine Love flow that is always present is barred from entering because you want instead to experience the excitement of conflict. When you let go of the need to be right and choose instead to engage with loving attitudes and behavior, the energy field with which the would-be- controllers have surrounded you dissipates very quickly indeed.

    Over the last couple of hundred years, ever more of you have opened into awareness of the futility of such attitudes leading to the emancipation of women, the freeing of slaves, and general freedoms for individuals in countries that have chosen democratic systems of governance. Over the last fifty years, this awareness has been spreading rapidly, and now there are very few on the planet who remain unaware of the benefits of these freedoms – which are spelt out very specifically in the American Declaration of Independence and in the Bill of Rights that makes up the first ten amendments to their Constitution – and of the concept of individual sovereignty which no person, organization, or government has the authority to overrule, regardless of any laws that may be enacted to allow them to do so.

    Again, over the last few decades, many governments have been passing laws in attempts to reign in these freedoms under pressure from those who would control humanity. However, people now have access to far more information than ever before, understand what is taking place, and are responding with demonstrations and civil disobedience to peacefully express their total dissatisfaction with this state of affairs.

    As they meet and interact peacefully and lovingly, their power increases. They are unwilling to act with violence against anyone, and their infectious enthusiasm to bring about peacefully vast changes in the way society operates affects everyone, including individuals enrolled in the forces that are sent to control and disperse them. Love conquers all, and those employed in the armed forces and in the various police forces are not immune to its effect, and are becoming increasingly reluctant to use force against these peaceful citizens.

    The changes necessary to unseat those who would control humanity are occurring all across the planet, and news of these events is being widely promulgated. As the news spreads so does the love that is distributing it, and any desires to engage violently with the misguided ones who would control you dissipates. It is becoming very apparent that violence is not the way to bring about the changes that are necessary for peace to prevail across the world, and as a result of that awareness violent means are not, and will not, be engaged in.

    Water is soft, but in vast quantities nothing can resist it, and the peaceful means that people all over the planet are engaged in to bring about these marvelous and essential alterations in attitudes and behaviors are equally effective. Those who would control the masses feed on fear because they are fear filled; all their activities demonstrate this overwhelmingly, and they attempt to disguise it under the blustering and bullying masks that they display when disagreed with. Fear is like a cancer that eats away at the heart of a person, eventually destroying him. But as it does so the person involved attempts to share that fear because to be alone in fear is quite terrifying.

    Fear is contagious, but love is the perfect and completely effective antidote and cure, and that is why all the channeled sources continually emphasize the need for you to behave lovingly in all situations and in every interaction. Love dissolves fear, love enables peace, love heals wounds, and love is your natural state because God created you in Love. Focus on that divine Truth at all times as you bring all to awakening. That is why you are on earth and engaged in the illusion at this moment in humanity’s spiritual evolution. Wondrous celebrations await the momentous event of humanity’s awakening, so prepare yourselves for unrestrained enjoyment.

    Greetings from the Arcturians, we see that many of you, our grounded expressions of SELF, are now awakening, and are fully awakened, to your multidimensional consciousness. Consequently, we come to you to assist you in better understanding your expanded abilities. Just as you may need to adapt to the expanded abilities of a new computer, you are now in the process of adapting to the expanded abilities of your multidimensional consciousness. In our last meeting: (http://www.multidimensions.com/TheVision/newsletter_081111.html) we assisted you with your expanding ability of inter-dimensional communication. We meet with you now to assist you to better understand your ability of inter-dimensional travel. It is these multidimensional abilities that will assist you in being a vanguard of Personal and Planetary Ascension.

    The process of inter-dimensional travel is actually a form of reality jumping. In order to jump realities you must know and totally believe that it is possible. Doubt comes from fear, and fear lowers your consciousness to a frequency that is too low to jump realities. In fact, you jump realities many times a day with the wavering of your consciousness. For example, imagine that you were going to one of your grocery stores.

    Let us say that you awoke from bed early enough to meditate and align your consciousness with the reality filled with joy and love. With peace and happiness you set off in your automobile to get your groceries. However, you are so enjoying your bliss that your focus drifts from the road and into the beautiful sky, which causes you to drive directly through a stop sign.

    You do not realize this mistake as you are watching a lovely bird flying just above you. Then you hear a short tone of the siren and see flashing lights behind you. You look in your rearview mirror to see a police car. Instantly, your consciousness drops and you are in a lower resonance of reality. You feel fear activate your adrenaline, which rushes through your body. Your thinking moves to how you will afford this ticket and wonder what you did wrong. You are no longer happy, and you no longer notice that the sky is beautiful and clear.

    How do you get back to the reality in which you began your day? The answer is that you meditate. In the same manner as you began your lovely day gone wrong you can return to your higher state of consciousness. If you can remember to put aside your thoughts of fear and worry and to safely park your car, you can take another long moment to look into the sky, and then close your eyes. You can breathe deeply and return to your higher state of consciousness. In this manner, you will know that the problem of getting a ticket was a reminder that while doing certain Earth activities you must remember to stay fully grounded.

    It is through “mistakes” such as this example that you remember to expand your consciousness, not only into the higher dimensions but deeply into the body of Gaia. As members of the Planetary Ascension Team you have volunteered to retain an earth vessel until Gaia has completed Her process of Planetary Ascension. We are here to remind you that the frequency of your collective consciousness is rising with your every breath. Consequently, it is vital that you remember to repeatedly integrate your expanded consciousness into your daily life. Since energy travels in circles, the higher you go into the Spirit Realm, the deeper you must go into the physical world to fully ground your expanding energies.

    We see that many of our grounded ones are chafing at the bit to experience the grand finale of ascension. And a wonderful finale it shall be, but there may or may not be a fanfare or definitive moment of ascension, YOU are the authors of your new reality. We are here to assist you, but this is YOUR ascension. YOU are creating it. However, KNOW that your ascension is a process, which you have already begun. We cannot tell exactly how you will experience ascension, as your version of reality is determined by your perception.

    Your beliefs determine your state of consciousness. Your state of consciousness determines your expectation. Your expectation determines your perception, and your perception determines your reality. The reality that you perceive is the reality that you experience. This last sentence is the key to inter-dimensional travel. Hence to travel inter-dimensionally, you must:

    * Believe that you are capable of inter-dimensional travel
    * This belief in your SELF expands your consciousness
    * With expanded consciousness you expect to perceive higher dimensions
    * Since expectation guides your perceptions, you will begin to perceive higher dimensions of reality

    You may wish to document your journey in some manner so that you can better remember it. It is often difficult for your human computer/brain to remember these journeys if you have not documented them. Furthermore, once documented you can share your experience with others. Sharing your experience will assist you to ground it into your daily beliefs, consciousness, expectations and perceptions. Also, if our grounded ones find the courage to share their experiences, they greatly influence the beliefs, consciousness, expectations and perceptions of the collective reality. Eventually, inter-dimensional travel will become “normal,” and a component of the Collective and Planetary Consciousness.

    INTER-DIMENSIONAL FUEL AND STEERING

    Emotions are the fuel for your inter-dimensional travel, and the steering mechanism is your thoughts. Your emotions and thoughts combined make up your consciousness. Your inter-dimensional journey lasts as long as your are in a state of multidimensional consciousness, and your multidimensional consciousness continues as long as your emotions are in the range of unconditional love and your thoughts are focused on your inter-dimensional journey. As soon as any level of fear enters your thoughts or emotions, your consciousness will drop and your journey will end.

    On the other hand, sometimes your journey ends because of time constraints, or because you can no longer maintain that higher state of consciousness. You, our brave grounded ones, are more accustomed to third dimensional consciousness. Therefore, your brains are still calibrated to that frequency. With practice, the Multidimensional Operating System of your computer/brain will come fully online, making the perception of higher and higher dimensions of reality a “normal” experience.

    At that point, the third dimension will become the grounding point for your Multidimensional SELF, as well as Gaia’s physical earth body. Since you and Gaia are both in the process of ascension, you are realizing that your third dimensional expression of reality is coming to a close. This awareness can have a great influence on your emotions. Therefore, it is important that you honor each emotion, for the Mastery of your emotions is one of the biggest challenges you have had in your earthly incarnations.

    When you are traveling in your consciousness, you will “run out of fuel” if you allow any fear-based emotions to invade you which will cause your consciousness to plummet into the third dimension, or worse, into the Lower Astral Plane. Therefore, if you begin to experience fear, call to your Inner Guides and/or a higher dimensional expression of your SELF. If you feel you cannot do that, then just open your eyes. Once you see the physical world around you, you will return to the habit of being third dimensional.

    The frequency of unconditional love provides you with the smoothest ride into the higher worlds. Unconditional love instantly connects you with your Celestial and Galactic Family who will protect and assist you on your journey. This guidance and protection will facilitate the maintenance of your expanded consciousness. It is through the power of your expanded consciousness that you are able to experience your other realities. You can travel from one reality to another by changing the state of your consciousness and remembering that your imagination is actually the power of your fifth dimensional thought.

    Most importantly, your power lies in your Knowing and Believing that YOU are a great Multidimensional BEING! This belief will give you the power to become the Master of your thoughts. If you can master your thoughts in your daily life, you will automatically be the Master of your thoughts throughout your inter-dimensional journeys. Remember that there are many versions of your Multidimensional SELF, so the dimension to which you will travel will be determined by the version of your SELF that is doing the steering/thinking. Because of this, it is best to begin your journey with the primary thought of surrendering to the highest expression of your SELF to whom you can surrender within that moment.

    Your experience of your “self” is determined by your belief, consciousness, expectation and perception within any given time. When you travel inter-dimensionally, you experience your “self” in higher frequencies of reality. As you progressively experience higher and higher frequencies of reality, your sense of SELF expands. Each time you have an inter-dimensional journey, you will gain more confidence in the process. Thus, you will be able to surrender to higher and higher frequencies of your SELF, who can guide you into higher and higher frequencies of reality.

    What is important for you to remember is that YOU are your consciousness, and your physical body is the form you consciousness holds in order to physically experience the third/fourth dimensions. YOU are your consciousness and your body merely contains YOU. However, YOU, your true Multidimensional SELF, is infinitely everywhere, in every reality, in every dimension, in every frequency because you are a component of the ONE. Since everything that you perceive is a component of the ONE, everything that you perceive is a component of YOU!

    FIFTH DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS

    Inter-dimensional travel is a process of maintaining fifth dimensional consciousness for enough of your Earth time to free your mind of the third dimensional influences of limitation, separation and fear. Since separation creates the limitation, it is best to attune your consciousness to the Unity Consciousness of the ONE. As long as your consciousness, and, hence, your expectations and perceptions, resonate to the ONE, you are free of the third and fourth dimensional space/time barrier. This freedom allows you to travel inter-dimensionally.

    Many newly incarnated ones on Earth have not yet taken on the burden of third dimensional programming and can easily travel into the higher dimensions. In fact, they often do so, but this process is not perceptible to others, such as their parents, because they blink out of third dimensional space/time. Hence, to the vision of others they are just closing their eyes for a moment. Many of you did this as a child. However, if you told adults of your experiences their response was often, “It is just your imagination.” Hence, you began to doubt your excursions into other worlds or you kept them a secret.

    It was this doubt and secrecy that created the fear of being different or crazy or that you were doing something wrong, which caused you to forget your innate skill of inter-dimensional travel. For this reason, it is important that you share your inter-dimensional experiences with others. Your courage to break free of your third dimensional programing will give others the courage to do the same. This will allow more and more of you to remember your innate, multidimensional perceptions and abilities.

    Your ability to travel inter-dimensionally, along with all the rest of your myriad multidimensional skills, is stored in the 97% of your DNA known as “junk DNA”. Therefore, you do not have to learn anything. You only have to unzip these DNA files with the multidimensional light and unconditional love that you are constantly downloading. We are always available to assist you with this download process. All you need do is ask. As you download these higher frequencies of energy, your Junk DNA will automatically be activated, and the Multidimensional Operating System stored in the 97% of your previously unused DNA will come online. In fact, this process is occurring more and more each day.

    Once you have regained your multidimensional consciousness, there will no longer be the illusion of separation, and you will experience your self as ONE with ascending Earth. Critical mass has already been reached within your current expression of third dimensional Earth. Because of this, Ascension into the fifth dimensional reality of your choice, is alive and well within Gaia’s Unity Consciousness of the NOW.

At the time of Gaia’s ascension, all of our Lightworkers will flash into Light as ONE Planetary Being. After that, a fourth dimensional reality will be maintained as long as possible to allow those “on the fence” to continue the illusion of the time that they need to embrace their own fifth dimensional consciousness. This illusion of physical Earth will stay intact only while there is more light than there is darkness.

    This fourth dimensional reality is much like an afterglow that can only be maintained while there is a greater percentage of light than dark. Once the light of the afterglow ascends into the fifth dimension, the fourth dimensional glow will return to its fifth dimensional source, and the illusion of third dimensional Earth will disappear. There are as many versions of ascension as there are those who ascend. This differentiation of experience is the reason why the Force of the ONE copied itself into many expressions of form on countless experiences of reality.

    When you want to take a form during your inter-dimensional travels, you can find an expression of your SELF who is holding a form in that realty and merge with that frequency of your SELF. On the other hand, you can create a form of light that resonates to that frequency. Either way, the form will need to match the frequency of your consciousness. Hence, taking a form is similar to a radio wave signal signaling one of your radios. That signal can only enter the “channel” that resonates to the same frequency of that radio wave.

    When you take a form you will experience the dimension of the reality. However, whenever you slightly change the frequency of your consciousness, your form will begin to resonate to a different frequency of reality. As we said before, your change of focus is primarily achieved by changing your state of consciousness. It is your frequency of a consciousness that aligns you with the resonance of any given reality, as well as with any form that you create or inhabit within that realty. Hence, whenever you change your consciousness, you will also change the version of reality that you are experiencing.

    Every form in every reality is actually a point of awareness through which the Force of the ONE perceives life. The fragment of your Multidimensional SELF that holds a form in the lower worlds of separation, usually does not remember that YOU are a portal through which the ONE perceives life. Instead, you believe that you are a separate being that is limited to your form. YOU are not your form. YOU are the component of the ONE that inhabits that form. In other words, WE all are ONE Being with myriad different versions of experience.

    VERSIONS OF ASCENDED EARTH

    As a rehearsal for your Personal and Planetary Ascension, you will travel the Multidimensional Universe while you, also, remain grounded in your physical earth vessel. In this manner, you will be able to stay grounded when necessary without having to sacrifice the joy of inter-dimensional travel and communication. You will also practice living in more than one reality, because your fifth dimensional SELF can experience many realities at once. Thus, there are several of your fifth dimensional realities to which you can travel. Just as you might visit an area to which you are moving, you can inter-dimensionally travel to the different realities that you will inhabit once you ascend.

    One of these realities may be aboard one of the Starships in which many of Earth’s grounded ones have a higher expression of SELF. Many of us on the Starships that surround your planet have also taken an earth vessel in your “time” to be able to assist from above, as well as from the planet’s surface. Another reality that our grounded ones can easily visit is on New Earth in which Earth has become a member of the Galactic Federation. Many of you greatly enjoy that reality. You love the instant transportation via the Portals. Of course, there is no movement involved with the Portals because you instantly arrive at your destination. Therefore, you may choose to travel in one of the swift, gravity free automobiles. From these vehicles, you can see your reality while you travel through your new world.

    You also enjoy the instant manifestation of any item you need via the replication machines, and all of you love the complete freedom from financial worries. There is no money on any fifth dimensional reality and healing is light years ahead of your present dimension. Because of this, there are no diseases, and the few injuries that do occur can be instantly be healed. Most of all, you enjoy the freedom from fear. Fear does not resonate to this frequency, so it is non-existent. In fact, fear is non-existent in any reality that resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond. Fear is the result of separation from Spirit, from your SELF, from others and from your planet. Thus, there is no fear within the unity of New Earth.

    Many newly ascended ones need to rest on New Earth, which resonates at the threshold of the fifth dimension. This rest is usually required to heal your thoughts and emotions from the fear and pain of your multiple incarnations in a dualistic reality. New Earth is much like the third dimension without the concepts of separation and the fear that results from it. Also, New Earth has the advanced technology that has been hidden from you by the rulers of your present version of Earth.

    If you still are attached to a human body, human homes, some form of education and jobs, you may wish to enjoy New Earth where you live in houses and are primarily planet bound. However, in this borderland reality you can experience Star Cruises, which are much like ocean cruises or airplane trips to a faraway location. On New Earth, you have the opportunity to gradually awaken to your Multidimensional SELF without the burden of financial issues and health problems. Therefore, you can continue to live a life similar to the one you are living now, but without the challenges of duality.

    New Earth resonates to Unity Consciousness. Hence, all fear is instantly transmuted into love on New Earth because there is no sense of separation. You do not need to work hard to attain survival needs, as there is no money. “Another person” can no longer rule you, as you are all ONE Being who works as a unit to create a New World. It is the creation of this new reality that draws our ascending ones to live on New Earth. After myriad incarnations in a third dimensional Earth, it is such a great adventure to be among the ones laying down the foundation of a new reality.

    By staying in New Earth at the borderland of the fifth dimension, you can enjoy the process of remembering how to manifest with your thoughts and emotions. Once you are completely comfortable with your power of manifestation, many of you will move into the mid-fifth dimension where instead of society instantly providing you with your needs, YOU become the power of your manifestations. On the other hand, some of you will choose to return to your Homeworld to visit your Galactic Family or go directly into the realms of pure light to return to your Angelic or Elohim expressions of the ONE. In the meantime, you can visit your options for ascension via your inter-dimensional travel.

    AN INTER-DIMENSIONAL JOURNEY

    Fasten your seatbelts, for we will now guide you on an inter-dimensional journey. Before we begin, we wish to remind you that the Universe is very fluid and travels inter-dimensionally. Your planet, in fact your entire Solar System and Galaxy is now entering the area (actually it is a frequency) of space that has been spoken of in prophesy for millennia. Among other names, it has been called the Photon Belt because there are so many highly charged photons in this area. This energy field of charged protons is actually resonating from the Galactic Center. You will fully enter this field by 11-11-11. The words “frequency” and “area” are used interchangeably in this message because this field is a frequency rather than an area.

    To begin our journey, please release your attachment to the limitations of space/time, so that you can travel within the NOW. Step into your inner Arcturian Corridor to activate your fifth dimensional consciousness and align your inner and outer perceptions to the ONE of the NOW. Even though you are aware of your physical vessel, trust that your experiences are the perceptions of a higher frequency of our Multidimensional SELF. In this manner, you can accept that your earth vessel is grounded in Gaia, who is serving as your anchor, as well as your protector.

    You have been indoctrinated for many third dimensional lifetimes to believe that your inner vision is not real and that only your vision of the physical word is real. You are now breaking free of that illusion and living the truth of your great powers of inter-dimensional communication and travel. With your increasing freedom from third dimensional illusions, you can experience realities far beyond your former limitations. Trusting your inner perceptions is an important key to ascension. Thus, rather than perceiving your self as a human looking OUT into third dimensional Earth, think of your self as a Multidimensional Being looking IN to your multidimensional world. It is through these inner perceptions that you can free yourself from the illusions of the physical world.

    Furthermore, please remember that just as different temperatures of water intermingle in your oceans, different frequencies of reality intermingle in Cosmic Space. Allow your power of imagination to perceive this Cosmic Space around you. This frequency of reality resonates to the fifth dimension. Therefore, remember the Mastery of your thoughts and emotions, as they will be greatly amplified and instantly manifested in this “frequency pool” of the Cosmic Ocean. Also, since this area is fifth dimensional, the energy that you emanate will instantly return to you.

    Take a moment to use your power of emotion to FEEL the multidimensional light and unconditional love of this area. Surround your essence with this energy field to maintain your connection with your Multidimensional SELF. You can raise your consciousness to these peaks of emotional perception, which few planetary societies have been able to attain, because you have been brave enough to live in a reality with a huge density of fear and have still awakened. It is your expanded light and love that allows you to enter this frequency of Cosmic Space.

    FEEL the light and love of the glorious colors of the surrounding inner/outer space, and focus your thoughts on your collective journey. This frequency of reality is beyond your third dimensional perceptions, but you can merge with our Arcturian energy, and the collective energy of those with whom you share this journey, to assist you in maintaining your multidimensional consciousness. Because you have allowed your consciousness to perceive the fear-based events on Earth and have blessed them with your unconditional love, you are now able to perceive this frequency of reality.

    As you travel into this frequency of reality, you feel the Kundalini rising in your body. Your Lightbody wants to shine beyond the limitations of your physical skin, so you take a moment to firmly ground your self in the body of Gaia and experience your self as a planetary Being. Once you have done so, you can continue your trek through this area of space with the physical form of Gaia serving as a grounding anchor. In fact you are so connected to Gaia that you and the planet are ONE. All of you who are volunteers of the Planetary Ascension Team will be having wonderful inter-dimensional journeys, but you will be urged to wait to transmute into Lightbody until Gaia is ready to come with you.

    You are like the stone in a slingshot. The rubber band that holds the slingshot is pulling back further and further, so that even in your daily life, you are feeling the immense tension of this potential acceleration building up within you. It is this building of potential energy that determines how far into the higher dimensional realties you can go when the rubber band is let loose and the stone accelerated into its path of trajectory. To remain in complete control of this type of situation you need to calibrate your release point into the highest expressions of Planetary Ascension and make sure you have aimed your intention into the signature frequency of New Earth that is in alignment with your multidimensional mission. You also need to be the Master of your Emotions and choose unconditional love again and again.

    Within this frequency, your thoughts get clearer and you remember why you have experienced “bad things” in your life. Something fear-based was developing because your ego was in control and was moving you in a direction that was out of alignment with your highest purpose. At that point, your Soul took control of the helm and drove you into a “ditch” to give you some time to think more deeply about how you wanted to create your life. When you surrender your thoughts into the Flow of this expanding frequency, you easily understand how your challenges were only places in your life in which you were getting out of alignment with your Soul Path.

    These experiences were much like driving on the freeway while you were so tired that you were falling asleep and gliding into another lane. If it were not for the bumpers between the lanes, you could have gone into another lane. It was these difficult moments that actually signaled that your emotions had become fearful and your thoughts were not in alignment with your Path. Therefore, your problems were signals to find your Center again, for from this Center, you were ONE with your SELF.

    As the visions begin to dim, you see the Galactics who have been assisting Earth’s return to Her Center Path. You experience these Galactics as many energy fields, some are encased in Starships and others, who are beyond the need for a flying vessel, are traveling as pure consciousness. As you commune with these higher-dimensional Beings, a great calm flows through you and pulls your energy deeply into your core.

    Those who can visit and commune with this frequency/area, have a consciousness that resonates to the fifth dimension 51% of the time. In fact, those who are aware of this area of space are actually those who have ascended within their consciousness, yet still hold a physical form to assist with Planetary Ascension. Therefore, they are Ascended Masters who are still maintaining their earth vessels. Your energy is now returning to your earth vessel and your eyes are opening. You can hear the traffic noises and feel your earth vessel around you. You are back on ascending Earth and fully contained within your earth vessel.

    IT HAS BEGUN

    Dear Grounded Ones, in closing we wish to tell you that It has begun!

    The shift is taking place right now. However, this change cannot be observed by your third dimensional perceptions. You will need to call primarily upon your High Heart to FEEL how the energies have changed. Then, you will need to believe in these feelings more than you believe in the illusions of your crumbling 3D Matrix. This Matrix is not meant to enter this area/frequency of space, and it will not. Therefore, those who resonate to the old paradigm of “power over others” and “service to self,” will not enjoy the speed at which their own thoughts and emotions return to them.

    Your higher dimensional expressions of your Multidimensional SELF are cheering you on as you approach the “finish line.” Please do not be concerned with the amount of “time” necessary to prepare for your new adventure, as YOU are the creator of your life NOW. The expanding frequency of light and love entering your body will activate your fifth dimensional abilities of manifestation and expanded perceptions. Furthermore, your biological computer/brain is learning to function multidimensionally. Your Multidimensional Operating System will gradually and safely activate your unused DNA, as well as the 90% of your brain that has been unused while your earth vessel resonated to the third/fourth dimension.

    We remind you that you don’t have to “do” anything and Know that you have an inner breaking system. Therefore, if you begin to feel overwhelmed, please call to us, the Arcturians, or to whatever Guides you are working with and ask for a rest. During this rest take as much time as you need to integrate what you have downloaded. The best way to facilitate your integration process is to remain calm, be in Nature, enjoy your loved ones (this opens your High Heart more), take naps, get enough sleep, eat carefully and according to your body’s needs and drink enough water.

    All of our grounded ones are familiar with what they need to do in order to afford their physical form the “time” to fully integrate the expanding frequencies of light and octaves of unconditional love that are now being downloaded. Yes, unconditional love has octaves. With every increase in frequency, your High Heart can attune to higher and higher dimensions of reality, which allows you to feel more expanded versions of unconditional love.

    As your High Heart continues to open, your Three Fold Flame glows brighter and brighter to regulate and calm your process of transmuting into Lightbody. Furthermore, your original “first eight cells” within the ATMA of your Three Fold Flame will gradually release your genetic memory of all your incarnations on Earth, as well as your myriad expressions of SELF throughout the Cosmos.     The MAP meditation for Higher Healing and alignment of Cosmic Energies

    MAP = Co-Creative Great White Brotherhood Intergalactic Fleet Medical Assistance Team… and Program…

    This is one of the most amazing meditations to use, in case of illness, or whenever you wish to align your aura and vibrational frequencies to the Cosmic Energies.

    It basically works with the following Ascended Masters, and Beings of the 9th Dimensional state:

    Please note that when you are working with Beings in the 7th dimension and higher, they appear not to have a physical form, such as we are familiar with. They might appear as being flashes or rays of colored light. This is because their light-bodies are vibrating at a much HIGHER FREQUENCY then ours and their bodies are CRYSTALLINE in form. However, you eventually you will be able to pick out their physical form, as you raise your own vibrations and frequencies and assume a much lighter or light-filled body.

    The Divine Mother.

    Archangel Raphael, Mother Mary and their Angels of Healing.

    The Over-lighting Deva of Healing.

    Pan (much maligned, is actually a 9th Dimensional Ascended Master)

    The Intergalactic Fleet of Great White Brotherhood’s Medical Unit, attached to the Intergalactic Fleet, Ashtar High Command.

    Your Higher Self.

    You may also call in the Arcturians, (if you wish to build your light-body. The more Light you hold in your cells the healthier you are.

    The Plaideans and Andromedans. They love to send their best teams to assist your healing.

    The first time I was introduced to this amazing meditation, was during a training session and I was amazed, not only how effective it was, but also that I could literally feel my feet being lifted, by invisible hands (until I could see the Medical Team) and also them working on my spinal cord, and wherever they wished to work…..

    The second time I did this, I could actually see the whole medical team, and I could see that they had me lying on a type of plinth, which had no support, and seemed to be hanging mid-air. They were using torch-like instruments, which they used to beam coloured light-rays into the affected areas, or they would use a swirling, twirling type of energy which seemed to come out of the roof of the room they were using. Sometimes you will see crystal appearing and disappearing, and feel their physical hands on your body… You will feel a warmth or a tingling sensation….

    I find that this meditation is best done, with relaxing and meditative music playing in the background. Make sure that your mobile phone and electronic devices are switched off (don’t have them in the same room, as they will be affected by the potent energies released and worked with here). If you have an amethyst crystal with you, then leave that next to your person, or wear it on you. Please made sure that you are warm enough, because you tend to go down very deep, and sometimes, you will feel them putting you into an even deeper state of relaxation – indeed, you might simply drop off to sleep and won’t remember much… that’s okay…. you will feel much better and will know that they have worked on your body and energy systems….

    They will heal your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Remember to ASK for their assistance, as they cannot interfere with your free will. Before you go into relaxation, please make a note of what you wish them to heal. If you don’t know, simply ask them to heal and align your body, to the highest vibration and frequency, which is right for you at this moment in time…. You might be surprised where they heal you, as sometimes we simply do not quite know what is wrong with us….

    You can also do this meditation for someone who is very ill, and cannot do this themselves (first ask their guardian angels for permission to do so) and it works as distance healing as well (again ASK for permission!)

    Best is to do some deep breathing exercises, and then to simply visualize yourself surrounded by protective golden light… then feel that light relaxing you, chakra by chakra and then start calling in the different Beings.

    I invoke the Divine Mother.

    I invoke Archangel Raphael and his Angels of Healing.

    I invoke the Deva of Healing.

    I invoke Pan.

    I invoke the Medical Team of the Intergalactic Fleet.

    I invoke my Higher Self.

    After you first feel these Beings connecting with your energy field, describe as fully as possible what you feel in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. As in all things spiritual, the detail you give indicates that you are ready to address the problem and to release the underlying causes. Do not diagnose (e.g. sinusitis..) simply describe the pain in your head. When communicating use the positive.

    If stuck ask them to please scan your bodies for discomfort and disease and ask them for their insight and wisdom. (You will be surprised sometime what comes up.) You will either see the Being clearly or you will hear a voice in your head. Not to worry, they don’t speak as we do… they use telepathy.. You will simply KNOW!

    If you want to talk to the team during the session, aloud or in your thoughts, that’s okay.

    Relax and let them scan your systems. You will feel them working on your body, lifting your limps and asking you to turn round on your tummy, or lift your head etc. You might also feel pulsating energy through your body.

    At the end disconnect by stating: “I would like to disconnect from the…… and thank them.”

    If you fell asleep during this meditation, they will automatically disconnect, once they have completed their task.

    Open your eyes, and make sure to ground yourself and to place a protective golden bubble of light around yourself.

    By the way, these Beings look exactly like we do; except that they are much taller and they have perfect bodies. They have huge eyes, and long hair…. some blond and some the dark hues of auburn to dark brown…. Male and female dress more or less the same when they are working as a medical unit…..

    PRACTICING THE ART OF CONSCIOUS PRESENCE
    We attach ourselves to our physical world intensely. We have hypnotised ourselves into believing that being busy all the time is puposeful and noble. The busier we are the more important we feel about ourselves. We forgot that the material world is only one part of our reality. We are multidimensional beings who also live in the invisible and spiritual dimensions. Just by watching our thoughts we know that there is a being who watches the thougths. Just by watching the body perform its actions we know that there is a being who works the body. Our dreamtime feels so real that it makes us wonder if we were in another place at another time.
    Every religion talks about a day of rest, a Sabbath. Living in our minds we believe that it is a day to keep sacred. But what I notice from the many explanations from different scriptures is that ‘a Sabbath’ or ‘a day of rest or sacredness’, is actually a practice to move into a STATE OF MIND, or a state of being, a state of rest, renewal and conscious connection to the Divine. It is a spiritual practice to regain our birthright to inner peace.
    By ignoring this practice, we have started to define ourselves and others by what we produce. We stress ourselves out with achievements and productions. The result is our hearts harden, and in a world of overwork our illness and pain becomes our ‘sabbath’.
    When we take time to anchor our Spiritual Energy, it balances our life and we find our way back. This is because we become our wholesome selves, we come into our power.
    A sabbath can be a moment, a day, a week, or a month. It is a time of silence, a time of connecting with the silence within, a connection with our sacred Presence. It may be taking in a deep conscious breath anytime during the day, or it may be meditation or contemplation, or it may even be singing, dancing, laughing and celebrating with pure gratitude.
    At the deepest level we are pure consciousness beyond form and content. This pure consciousness is the love that we are, the moment we connect to it, it embraces everything within and around us. Mysteriously our body feels embraced, healed, and comforted by this love, and every situation on the outside is also set right.
    Let us choose to connect with our wholesome power, let us take time to laugh more, to play more, to celebrate life so that we move from the love of power to the power of love.

    SW, I dont fear any ED’s at all. Well, maybe the reptalian man eaters, LOL. I had a dream 3 weeks ago of being on a ship, human et’s asking me questions and then along comes a reptalian, about 3 feet tall, lare head and mouth and he seemed so friendly. He seen us talking and did not want to bother us so he just smiled and walked away.

    Dunno Gunner, both approaches are equally valid – good question!

    The thing we’re fighting right now is the forgetting of dreamtime, so that’s something that we’ll need to overcome. Maybe none of us will remember, but some of us have already done this (like yourself) so we know that it’s a valid approach. The fact that we can ride in a spaceship in dreamtime is a known fact. Konstantinos has proven we can see each other in dreamtime, so that is another known fact.

    Steve seems to have more hurdles before he even gets off the ground, like itineraries, food, clothing, money etc., not to mention the differing resonant frequencies of those attending. I wonder if the TSA wants to get involved in the security screenings?

    It will be very cool if he pulls it off, and he’ll have a better chance of remembering the experience. More risks involved, and more of a test of faith for those who go.

    Well – I suppose our approach is something of a “test of faith” too.. but nothing ventured nothing gained, right?

    Hey all, thank you all for your prayers and well wishes foir kato, it really makes a big time difference.
    Laura, Was it Linda who told Steve of this journdey on saturday because he specificall said, 25 of them would be picked up physically and taken away for 10 days.
    i have not read steves site lately but i always found him to br trusting with high integrity and a good sense of discernment so what in the world could be going on? Also, is Linda one of the 25 taking off on saturday. Personally, I dont think this will happen but it really amazed me, especially since the e-mail I read was from Steve.

    I agree DW, dreamtime visits are just as real as in the physical. this just blows my mind with Steve and it came out of no where. I might even try to make it to work on monday to check out that story.

    NESARA Commentary from David Wilcock

    While, personally I DO Believe that the video discussed from James Martinez on CMN is genuine, I must agree with David Wilcock on NESARA. For me, it just comes from a source David may not have been aware of. Should we label it NESARA? Well.. James Martinez has cretainly never claimed it was called such a thing. So far, all we have heard about it is promises, building people’s hopes, but nothing has ever materialized, besides countless promises from various sources. I had the misfortune of talking about NESARA to my partner before Christmas, assuming that the amounts of money promised would materialise. So far, it is now February, and my boyfriend has been telling me every single day that no money came through so far. So I agree with David, we are talking about Money, money for the real world, not the imaginary, or dream wolrd. Here are David’s own words on the matter:

    I’m adding this almost in passing. I did see a post whizz by in my inbox entitled ‘NESARA may have been announced’ or something similar, but it actually did not pique my interest enough to read it.     Hey Lauracakes. I can’t say that I ever heard of Linda Dillon up until I watched that AAM vid last week. Don’t know anything about her, and I’m not overly interested in any one particular person, to be honest with you.

    Whether their starship experiment is a success or failure is really up to them, but I have to support the imaginations to soar at this point. Whatever brings disclosure forward is all I care about.

    Channeled messages I take as a ‘whole’ not as separate units. I take the general consensus and make it one, not sure if I described that properly. Lately there’s so many messages, and I limit what I read. I’ve been far more inclined to go within and that’s been working out very well.

    I hope everybody’s attempts to soar through space are successful, and if not the first time, then the next………….until we finally get there together.

    Lauracakes, I can tell you are coming from a place of concern for us and for others and I really do appreciate that. Being ignorant of any of the previous channelings or predictions from this person, I have to claim ignorance.

    Thanks for looking out for us, and I had a similar reaction last week when that supposed AAM message came out from that David guy, who said things we KNOW AAM would never say, and used words he would never use.

    To love others, is to be concerned for them, and to care for them and that’s where we are both coming from. We want to protect those we love, it’s a natural instinct and ours is genuine. But we have our own trip planned for this Saturday night, so what happens with Steve’s is merely noteworthy, from my perspective. I’m more focused on our experience.

    Let’s see if we can replicate some McDonalds french fries and ice cream sandwiches…………..if I remember anything, I’ll remember that!!!!!!!!! hehehe….

    Thank y’all for putting up the photo of the Krog Street Tunnel here in Atlanta – I just thought in case that’s one of our destinations on Saturday night, it might help you all to have a visual Took that this morning… our glorious morning turned overcast and rainy by dusk…

    That spot used to be covered with wonderful – beautiful – graffiti all the time… Since the Occupy movement, it’s served as a bulletin board for local gatherings… And I’m afraid some of our more talented street artists seem to have met with unfortunate ends lately… maybe they ascended…

    I discovered it a few months ago, and found the videos really haunting, even if it is just an elaborate urban legend hoax.

    NASAJim was (according to legend) a scientist at NASA for years and had his attorney publish these videos after his death, about his work with aliens.

    Regardless of their authenticity, I found them super thought-provoking, in an eerie way. Not good for watching right before sleep…

    Anyway, since you guys have been interested in this subject much longer than me, I thought you might have some insights. In any case, maybe a nice distraction from all the recent channeling intrigue

    Actually, I have to post a snippet from the Arcturian message above. It relates to multi-dimensional travel, while we are still on earth, and it seems what we are planning for this Saturday is just that………..multi-dimensional travel prior to ascendancy…………way cool.

    Clarity in Channeling
    My dear ones. My message today will be a continuation of my Course in Channeling. All of my teachings about channeling are clear in this course, much more than just the correct way to access the most accurate guidance. More than half of my chelas haven’t done any such course, and are still unable to get guidance from their own Master within. Others are not clear. So please realize my answer to a question about the clarity in channeling is not to be dismissed as being negative against those who are not clear. Give all who contribute their time and distribute their dictations the gratitude of your appreciation. However, there are many who do not channel the beings who can make a great difference with accuracy, because of the deception of their own mind. Most of the channels connected to seventh dimension Angels and Ascended Masters are not ego dominated during their channeling, but a few are, and it is not that they are not being deceived by other dimensional liars, only an attitude in their own mind.

    When this misrepresentation is discovered, the most honest thing to do is to tell the truth to their listeners or readers:” my own opinions do not allow me to channel this material.” Otherwise, they are not being the model of integrity they must be to complete the ascension. Charlatan channels do lie and do make their dictations appear to be authentic when they are not. This is controlling in its dismal attempt to deceive, and cancels many karmic conditions of giving a gift and making a caring movement towards ascension.

    By all means, discredited channels are not going to be able to continue to make our realm their calling card. Once they deceive, most of their once devoted career creators will move out of their field indefinitely. So being credible on one day does not guarantee credibility forever.

    Who will declare them not accurate? Only the Masters and Angels on our matrix. No one on your matrix will announce their disqualification. But, if they are very savvy, they will decide to do other dense work than attempting to continue to channel. Are they going to ascend? Maybe, if they can get back to the love vibration.

    Can you tell they are not delivering clear messages? We hope so. When the light of their connection goes out we want you to give love and no disturbance, but also no credibility to the next phase of their calling. Once discredited, no more energy of clear channeling from our realm will come through them. Allowing lower astral beings to channel is always an option. Beware, because their messages will be at a different consciousness than their previous messages. Only go to their deliveries without caring about what is said. Otherwise, find another deliverer or a way to get your own messages from the higher realms.

    Channeling carries a very big demand on direct contact beings. They need to deliver their most love and available light with a message, otherwise nothing good comes with the transmission. Only light of heart mastery clears a channel.

    Brave is the one who admits their mismanagement of the gift of light. Others who are not very courageous are able to convince no one of their calibre of mastery without clear devotion to I Am That I Am. Working as a channel totally requires this attitude. I Am That I Am is the blessed One in all of you. Contact can be an answer to every moment. Give me the decision to be a clear channel with any details not able to be clearly delivered deducted from the total content. I Am is the beloved that decides on the next lesson that is needed. Truth in all matters is a must to clearly deliver the vibration that contains heart light. Make this a goal in all of your determinations for this cause and effect dream.

     Konstantinos, love the drawings! The one about Lemuria, is it watercolour? I really like the shades I’ve been trying to use watercolour, but I’m pretty much a self taught ‘artist’ :p I have a thing for painting trees.

     Oh btw, I just thought of doing some basic numerology here concerning Saturday: 4th February 2012 = 4 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 2 = 11! Any thoughts?

     Good morning everyone and wow, what a morning it is.
     Laura, above it mentions Bill’s statement regarding saturday but I dont see any staements about this.
     Did this info all come from Linda? I mean, steve is all in on this one and I also always trusted his judgement. I have been praying for this event to manifest and this morning I reallt felt my prayers go out of my body into the cosmos.
     This trip has really blown my mind but if you think about it, this should have been done a long time ago. In every country of the world.
     Stick, if I were on stage I would probably freeze up. Especially when you tell a joke and then you hear the silence. That is one hard job being a stand up and I dont think I would want to do that. I am actually a bit shy but have been coming out of my ccocoon for years now.

     Now, I remember something that happened some weeks ago, but I was hesitating to share,..in the dreamstate I met Wes, he wore jean trousers and a black colour hard metal music type shirt. He was working on some place in a Catholic like church somewhere in Europe. I remember myself visiting that church and when I met him I was so glad and went near to him to greet him…he was happy too. The next day I went to meet him again but he was totally different…he was angry and started to insult me. I knew this person couldn’t be Wes, so I got scared…then I woke up.

     The thing is that like Wes, same happened with Troy….in both cases I encountered their ‘alter egos ‘ so to say….I don’t know for sure what these dreams could mean…

I also loved the fact that they acknowledged they may not fully understand the human condition. Then, in their following messages, they seemed to have had a different tone of voice.      [Good Morning Allendale!] Good Day Tots. May I address the topic du jour? [Absolutely, was hoping you would!] From my perspective I find the position Steve Beckow has put himself in, very important indeed.

     This man is so ahead of his time, a true way-shower! He has taken his platform that he has so lovingly built and has stood firm in declaration. This is no minor feat, lassie. We, of all galactic beings, bow our heads and knees in deep appreciation.

     Now, will this event actually happen? It may. Give me a moment to explain this possibility. When Steve and Linda (via Grener & AAM) announced this ‘joy trip’, that name was given for a reason. The introduction of the galactic brotherhood is truly a joy-filled experience. The pictures that are brought to mind in many light workers‘ hearts is of vital importance of where we stand.

     The reality shifts with the perception the collective-whole makes. Now lass, I do not mean the majority of humans has to be on board (pun unintended) for this reality to exist.

     For any one human that supports one idea, or opposes, the opening of the portal is adjusted to that experience. That is why we remind you time and time again of the power of your thoughts! In the decision to disclose, to ascend, to be in alignment with God, ALL thoughts are important to this or any choice bearing fruit. So yes, this trip is possible and if it doesn’t occur Saturday, trust me it will occur. Resilience is Steve’s lesson here. He is so loved and he is so very courageous.

     What an awesome post, Spacemuffin! I can confirm that connecting to the “higher realms” can be somewhat addicting! Wes and Laura have also mentioned this phenomenon. You know it’s the “real deal” because of the energy you get from it…

     My understanding of our traveling process is that time is something of a non-issue, so we will find ourselves all there together, regardless of what time zone we may be in. They’ll just time-jump us all to the same spot, and then time-jump us back when we’re done. No problem!

     Surprisingly I noticed this ability was mentioned in Linda’s message too. There are some very interesting synchronicities showing up here, and that’s great to see.

     Laura, loving Sal’s advice to you there – that’s really the answer to everything, isn’t it? USE OUR OWN INTUITION regarding anything… it is so easy to just become a sheeple and follow the masses – it is very very difficult to have a different opinion. We all still so badly need affirmation from outside of ourselves. This whole thing with Steve sounds very odd and just doesn’t ring true to me – I really had him pegged as a man of truth and integrity (is that a judgement? i guess it is!!) and find it hard to believe he has been SO influenced by one single person… but it is HIS trip, his choices and his consequences. He agreed to it way back. We all did.

     On the subject of NESARA, I have never believed it to be true. Or rather, perhaps the entire thing has been misinterpreted, and people are taking the messages too literally??? who knows? I just keep an open mind, scepticism aside, and will see where it all goes…

     As humanity witnesses the scaffolding of its current paradigm dismantling, a great spiritual opportunity births from the wreckage. Look closer. Some people on Earth may soon enter a higher-dimensional existence, wherein the physical laws popular science regards as sacrosanct no longer apply. It is the intentionof this letter to psychologically prepare the reader for this possible event, so that those choosing to transition may do so with greater ease, and those nottransitioning may more readily accept the event if it occurs, and thus ease their later ascension into the fifth dimension as well.

     For those who have already dismissed this message and messenger, I challenge you to continue reading, if only for the entertainment of mental exercise. Forall others, especially those for whom reading this letter will corroborate what you know to be true, or for those who will experience a remembrance orresonance with the information, I intend this writing most directly for you.

     As a caveat: there are so many layers of deceit and illusion in this reality that one must practice discernment when seeking truth. Treading the path ofdiscernment is integral to the process of awakening out of the current collective slumber of humanity, and must be done for oneself. Though one may use information to open to greater levels of awareness, each being is sovereign and ultimately must not abide in anything other than its own knowing. However, for those who are quick to arrive at a conclusion simply because information resides outside their perception of reality, I urge the investigation of the process of discernment itself. If a decision about new information is solely logical, derived from belief, or held with defensive conviction, it is likely guided by a subconscious emotional aversion. This disquiet may serve to protect the individual from premature expansion of consciousness, but when one is ripe for greater awareness, the visceral moods may be dissolved through honest self-reflection and meditation. Only then is a greater clarity available for discernment of truth.

     If I stray into pedantry or persuasion, it is not my intention, but the side-effect of establishing credibility and of giving voice to the desire that all humans may be free, existing in resonance with the true magnitude of their being. What I have come to discover is a greater reality beyond anything I could have previously comprehended, and yet which revealed itself quite often within the paradox of remembrance. I have concluded that these exalted experiences of awareness are far from foreign. On the contrary, it seems the experience of being human is what is foreign, insofar as ‘foreign’ refers to extraction from the familiar, one’s source, one’s home.

     The greater reality to which I refer is not bound by language or the linear process of understanding that is paradigmatic to third-dimensional awareness on Earth at this time. So to literalize and scrutinize what is written will only decimate this letter into incomprehension. The message will be most accurately received if the words are allowed to flow through consciousness, without attachment. For words have no inherent reality, as they are sounds which refer to concepts, which are themselves abstractions of an immediate visceral apprehension of existence. Everything here is intended to point to this greater existence, so its reality may be known not as object for debate but as inalienable, experiential awareness… So let it flow through.

     The Back-story

     I am twenty-six. I graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and completed the first year of a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. Like many awakening people, I experienced an acutely disharmonious youth, rife with complex psychological turmoil, periods of major depression, existential crisis, and feint yet distinct gnostic awareness. There was not a framework for understanding this time as part of a process or even as anything beyond a near-complete submersion in duality.

     At age twenty a ‘dark night of the soul’ ended abruptly. During a night while lying in a dizzying stupor it became clear that the battling of depression was one step removed from the depression itself. In other words, I was acutely experiencing the resistance and not what I was resisting. So I acquiesced, and in short, allowed depression to obliterate me. Twelve hours later, I awoke to the shock of a viscerally-shifted, depression-free reality. Beginning then, and with dedication and persistence, I painstakingly altered the cognitive and behavioral patterns that had created my previous hell.

     That awakening was my first undeniable experience of ‘something greater’. Spiritual reading and a little meditation increased self-awareness, bringing healing,excitement, and the curious first blush of remembrance. Though I severely lacked the vocabulary and framework to understand the changes in my perception of reality, I nevertheless knew I was ‘on to something’ really big and so followed the urge to delve deeper. Over the next few years, my intuition became stronger, my reading more cohesive, the meditations more disciplined, and the healing more profound. In short, this process was an arduous yet beautiful self-realization.

     At twenty-four, there came another period of angst marked at its height by a psychosomatic yet debilitating heart arrhythmia. Following several synchronistic and sudden life changes in resonance with an inner longing, the arrhythmia immediately ended and my third eye opened.

     A New Chapter

     I soon began experiencing an invigorating and disconcerting psychic intuition, as well as seeing and communicating with beings outside of linear space-time. Of course, I diligently interrogated my sanity and had to confront many issues surrounding what was, in retrospect, a broad step beyond the status quo of‘normal’ consciousness. Eventually, I conceded that the ‘something big’ I was ‘on to’ was bigger than I had imagined. I had irrevocably initiated a process of‘spiritual awakening’.

     I found this ‘spiritual awakening’ to be well-documented in varied esoteric literature. Though subjectively profound, it is essentially natural as an inevitable evolution of the soul. So it can be quite humorous to allude to its reality, and then witness another either numb-out to the information, or fervently deny it and determine the messenger insane.

     By way of meditation, counseling, research, communication with extra-dimensional entities, the purging of lower-frequency ego patterns, and spontaneous nighttime downloads of light-energy (via cellular vibration and frequency-augmentation of consciousness), it became clear that my journey would culminate in a dramatic change to the basic fabric of my being: I would physically and spiritually ascend into the fifth dimension of existence. And furthermore: there may be an ascension of a group of souls as a clarion call for humanity to spiritually awaken and later ascend en masse.

     After a pilgrimage to Machu Picchu during the spring equinox of 2010, I returned to the U.S. and experienced a sudden, extremely-exalted cosmic awareness of superlative remembrance and knowing. Thus began a more arduous and rapid process of healing, as well as a heightened spilling of the unconscious into conscious awareness. Almost nightly for several months, the body experienced an intense vibration at a cellular level, and a recalibration of the brain and energy fields that cannot be adequately described. During a few months of meditating many hours a day, I experienced unfathomable states of exaltation, often realized by way of crossing thresholds of existential terror. Thanks to trust in the divine orchestration, dear soul-friends, and the cognitive frameworks of‘spontaneous kundalini awakening’ and ‘light-body process’, I navigated the insanity of these cataclysmic changes.

     Extreme polarity of the frequencies of consciousness culminated in a catastrophic and total collapse of absolute hilarity: the realization of the preposterousness of assuming an ‘I’ experiencing a spiritual awakening. This ‘I’-notion had been a fictitious addendum to awareness, to Is, to Happening.

     Recently

     In the past several months, this awareness has grounded and eased while the physical vessel continues to integrate higher frequencies. An amazing surprise of late has been the sojourns interrupting the lucid dream-state: spontaneous immersions in a dimension of faster-vibration that is phase-separated by an energetic quantum-threshold. And though that may sound quasi-scientific or freely-interpreted, this parallel reality is profoundly visceral, an euphoric emanation of the heart, and known by consciousness as described.

     Now, unless there is an experiential reference point in another’s conscious reality, attempting to describe such experiences would conjure fantastical science-fiction at best. Even then, words would be sorely amiss. This modality of being cannot be understood as an abstraction; it must be directly known.

     In this series of immersions in a higher-frequency dimension, this consciousness here has incrementally experienced the beginnings of stabilization and coherence. Like 5D-101. Most interesting and wonderful has been the bridging of the energy gap between the third- and fifth-dimension and beyond. Yet most worthy of conveying is the sense that as far-out as all these alterations can seem upon an individual consciousness, they inherently underscore what is present- though often dormant- within every one of us.

     The Message:
     The loving- our essence.

     Humanity is on the brink of an unprecedented shift in consciousness that is by no means restricted to simply living in greater peace, harmony, and agape with one another. For those choosing it, I anticipate a hyper-dimensional transfiguration in the direction of Source.

     Now, I have done a lot of research, and amidst the empowering messages that resonate the truth within, there are others of endless confusion, fear and hype.Many contain important, paradigm-destroying, blow-your-mind kind of truths that are so muddled in misinterpretation, unspoken agendas, and the deluded messenger’s unresolved issues, that it can be tempting to throw out the whole mess. So discernment is key.

     Still, I encourage investigation into 2012-related topics for the purposes of both lifting the veil over the 3D world and affirming externally one’s own process of awakening. But it is the process – the inner work – that is crucial. Healing and increased awareness reveal our nature. And as the journey continues, it becomes increasingly obvious that there is much more going on than what the collective suggests. We are not human beings. We are being human. And we are nearing an epic tipping point. So inquire into the nature of Self. Be brave unto truth, transparency, and joy. Move yourself into resonance with unconditional loving, forgiveness, and prizing of oneself and others, through that great cosmic portal of the heart. I am positively in love with our unfolding potential and exuberant, awaiting the threshold.

     Yes, it is actually happening. Very soon we are due for a profound enlightenment of humankind, far beyond our current capacity to comprehend.

     May the Truth – what you Are – be revealed in full splendor.

     OH SPACECAKE!!!! you have just triggered a memory – talking about the colours Laura has on here, and your other dimensional experience yesterday…..

     a few years ago, my friend Gilly and I went to see a lady, who was well into her 80s, and who had known both our fathers (verrrry looooong story!). We went to see if she had anything to tell us.

     She didn’t, not about that, but the room she was working in was COVERED in paintings she had done – ALL OF THEM IN THESE COLOURS – which she said were from the 8th Dimension!! She had set herself the task of painting another (can’t remember how many now), to finish the “job” she was here to do – bringing information in from that dimension. She also made us both really LOOK at some of those paintings, and we saw OURSELVES AND OUR DADS in them!! in one of them, there was a space, and she asked me who was missing… it was me!! Have done a great deal of waking up since then. I wish we could find these painting somehow – her son was going to publish a book, but it was to be done privately. The whole thing, even getting to see her, when she was no longer seeing anyone, was almost as if it had been set up, somehow… it was the most incredible experience for us both.

     Sounds great way for validation Space muffin indeed. I trust to listen to my inner voice and gut feeling about messages as channelers do read one another and there is a kind of influence going on, even at a subconscious level. I do notice it in messages of people I know sometimes, and channelers, are also only human and do talk to one another on messages. So if several messages say similar things, it may not necessarly mean a confirmation to me, if my gut feeling is not resonating with it.

     Usually, i really read a few, and I too stay away from dates and only read most of them as an impartial reader, whether the message comes from an Ascended Master or the writer Higher Self or mind is not so important to me. The message itself is what i enjoy reading, specially if it is clear, and with some new elements in it. Nothing Earth shattering, just, as you said small new things.

     Reptitive messages are not for me, neither are the very long ones, or the unclear ones… some are really not clearly put out..

     And I don’t claim to be an authority in this matter in anyway. It either resonates or it does. The decision is made at an subconscious level. If it does not resonate, i stop reading as soon as something bothers me in a dramatic way.

     As far as I understand it, the message has to be loving and impartial. No dates and no false expectations. It is a fine line between giving advice, and pointing in the right direction and interference. I still cannot put it into words, but something inside seems to alarm some red flashing lights when a message is too invasive.

     Dunno does any of this makes sense to anybody else other than me! lol

     Ah I see! …..This could be real fun! Would’nt it be Great if we could all remember it! Finally getting to meet you all in person would be neat! I’ve been dreaming alot lately and loving it. Very strange dreams, but yet I seem to be able to remember them easier than before, now I just have to work on realizing that I am dreaming and being able to take control.

     I’ve started reading Source field Investigations (ch 3 so far) and just finished the part about pineal gland health……pretty much makes me want to make an effort to detox and decalcify my body. I’m Very surprised at how good this book is even thought I’ve been following davids work for some time time now. I kinda expected to be reading a bunch of stuff that I already knew, and while much of the material has been covered before, he seems to have really covered his bases very well in this book! Which makes for a wonderful read! highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who has’nt read it yet!

     15 minutes to go. I just want to say that whether you believe the saturday event or not, I think it is a great idea to send it into action through our thoughts. We owe Steve at lesast that. I think that thoughts of no way this is going to happen only delays disclosure and the process. This morning, before I read messages here, I was outside thinking of this event. I then sent out so much energy with prayers for everones safety on that flight. I swerar to you all, when I did this it felt like my energy was coming out of my body (but not draining me at all, quite the opposite) and as I looked to the skies i could feel this energy also going out to the galactics. So whether it happens or not, I will make it my intention to happen.
     well, time to go, busy cleaming the house tonight and taking care of my 2 friends, athena and Devo. Oh yeah, my bath tub has been totally blocked so i got to drain it manually tonight like I have been dong every night. Man for a thousand a month for rent get no maintenance, no oven, sometime no heat and whitey barging in a at 8 in the morning with his wife barging in at all sorts of crazy hours in the night all wasted. Oh well, just another normal day at the DOGHOUSW!!!! WHAT!!!! Havew a great night eneryone.

     The Last Book on UFOs

     The reason for the title is because off worlders will soon be telling us straight about who they are and why they are here. Contact is happening around the world with unprecedented ufo sightings over major cities. I was going to write a book but with global contacts; which are escalating time is of the essence. I want to first discuss the censorship and cover-up; dismal failure that it is. There are many aspects to it and knowing the hidden agendas will clarify why there is a sophisticated cover-up most people and even ufo researchers do not see. Some are even participating unknowingly in the cover-up.

     The old cover-up and disinformation program was to officially dismiss the existence of ufos. They would parade bought scientists and other officials under the guise of national security to lie and deceive the people. Although this is still going on even at top levels the real disinformation work is happening on unseen levels. When you know the goals you can easily see through the disinformation. When you look at the backgrounds of those in places of dissemination of information about ufos it will also clue you in to whether or not they can be trusted.

     Many of the boards of ufo groups have been highly infiltrated along with well known ufologists and talk show hosts by military intelligence. Look at their history and service records. Not all but many are still working for the same agencies. They will disclose some information and control the release of information but they will not go the distance and tell you the entire truth. The game now is to keep it in the past and far away. When a major sighting or contact happens and footage is taken they flood the internet with rumors and fakes to discredit the footage and character assassinate anyone else involved. Case in point is the Dome of the Rock footage. There were a couple of real videos and photos taken along with multiple witnesses followed by a flood of fakes. There are other ways using psychotronics to create mental instability and even deliver false messages straight into the mind of unknowing victims who may be of good character yet ignorant of these technologies. Once the victim delivers the false message even though they gave hundreds of true messages this is used to discredit them and blasted all over the net and throughout the ufo community.

     The most obvious cover-up program is SETI; which is acting as if they are looking relieving everyone of doing their own investigation. Looking for radio waves is like using the Pony Express rather than email to deliver information. Any advanced race of beings would be using beyond light speed communication or non-local instantaneous communication as discovered by cutting edge science. Is there any wonder why SETI is used as the official Main Stream Media source? UFOs are appearing all over the world, contact as well and it has been proven and demonstrated yet where is SETI? Are they oblivious to global events because they are locked in on radio waves as the way to search? It is like a dinosaur looking for a satellite they just don’t have the proper equipment or mental capabilities.

     Now reason this, where you put your mind, there you are. Telepathy, remote viewing, remote sensing all show a higher form of communication. There have been experiments proving instantaneous communication no matter what the distance. Everything exists within the quantum field and everything is in communication; communicating instantaneously. The real question is how do we access this? Do we use physical equipment to measure non-physical realities? Do we look for less dense physical highly advanced beings and their ships, energy beings with energy ships, light beings with light ships, multidimensional beings with radio receivers and physical apparatus? Do we demand proof to be in the 1% physical reality we can perceive when scientists tell us we can only measure less than one percent of the universe in which we live? How barbaric and unscientific is that?

     Are we a spirit with a body or just a body and can that spirit access other planes, dimensions, times, etc. Why would an advanced civilization not have mastered these abilities or have the technology to jump dimensions or time?

     Why is this information in all of the ancient writings totally ignored about physical ships, energy ships, light ships along with their occupants? Why have the plethora of documented contacts in the past been ignored. Who have we given our power too to tell us if ufos are real and let us know when they will contact us, who they are and why they are hear? I don’t think any person or agency with a record of consistent lying should be given any credibility whatsoever in these matters nor should they be the source of truth.

     So where does one find truth? The same place mystics, saints and sages have been telling you to find God, Creator, Spirit from within. Do your own research then take it within as to whether it is true for you. You are a multidimensional spirit; which has a temporary physical body and all the answers are within. Yet many have chosen the physical body and base mental and emotional body to be their reality. These people can be lead like sheep, are susceptible to the disinformation and fear tactics used to herd them into a be lie f system that is limited and false.

     So what happens when you realize you are a multidimensional being, a spirit existing on a vibration continuum and begin to access other beings within the unified field? “CONTACT” This is what they do not want you to know or have access to. They want you to be an ignorant sheep for human farming totally oblivious to any other reality outside their needs for you. Sound heavy, believe me it is? Do you really think the Powers That Be want to empower you, enlighten you, and unify you with the Creator, the rest of Creation? Do they want fueless energy, anti or counter gravity, the cure for disease, universal peace? The oil, war and disease profiteers would go broke. You could not be enslaved through dependency or ruled through fear and God forbid the Golden Age would put them out of business. The good news is the Earth will eventually reunite with the greater family of man, all these things will come to pass and those who believe and promote separation or continue to believe they are entitled to rule and enslave others will not continue in this evolutionary spiral. They will no longer be frequency specific to the Earth in her ascension process. Spiritual and peaceful non-compliance is the answer in the days to come. Now is the time to no longer participate in any actions that are harmful to humanity and the Earth. It is time call on the God within, stand for truth, remind others of universal law and the karmic consequences of their actions. Those on high zipping around in the heavens inspire this; they exist in the same unified field and draw from it just as you do. They are only aware of and access more of it.      Message from the Galactic Federation of Light 2/2/12

     The way in which humanity handles their time in the coming days ahead will affect how they will experience the days between now and ascension. Be that as many variables are in place, humanity is in the position to alter their experience in many ways. The different ways that you can experience your days ahead include not only when certain events will transpire, but how these events will unfold. If the majority of humanity reacts in fear to our presence and to the changes scheduled for you, this will, of course, hamper the efforts of ourselves and our Earth allies. Along with fear comes distrust, and if the people of your world cannot find a way to trust us to assist you in the many avenues of progress, then changes are going to be slowed considerably. We will not go as far as to say that change for the better will be stopped completely, as these changes are vitally necessary for your upliftment, and in some cases, these changes are necessary for your continued survival.
     Take for example your governments and the dark forces that control them almost completely. Without the removal of these forces from their positions of power, humanity would face certain major restrictions to your freedom. The cabal has very sinister plans for you all and suffice it to say that without intervention your planet would soon be turned into one large prison run by a few leaders and their minions. Another area that needs direct attention is your suffering environment, as your ecosystems balance precariously between survival and complete destruction. Can you train yourselves to look under the surface? To see the clues in the small details? That’s where the evidence is for now. Look! Listen! Be aware of the changes. They’re everywhere.

     No, no, it isn’t new. that’s the point! Disclosure is fact of life for those who have had those experiences. It’s a question of proportion. When enough people see us, the whole world will see us.

     It’s like the Native Americans who didn’t see Columbus’s ships in the distance because they had no frame of reference for ships. You and your tribe are creating the frame of reference. I cannot stress the importance of this work enough. Your fellow humans have to have the possibility of us in their heads before their eyes can see. Keep promoting what for you is obvious:

     You would think that everyone would have an interest in the future, but many souls are content to drift along without any ambition to do differently. In fact to some there does not appear to be any purpose to life at all. Yet within their little niche on Earth, they observe other life and at some point become restless because they inwardly know that it could be much better. That Dear Ones is the onset of their awakening, and with so much going on at present it is hoped they make progress. Life begs questions regarding as to why it is so unsatisfactory in creating and giving the most basic comforts to all people. Subconsciously you all know that you are One, and that each one of you should benefit from all of Earth’s bounties. In this present time the dark Ones have gone further than previously, in denying you your rightful share and taking away the little that you already had. They brazenly believed that they could totally enslave you having found little opposition their plans. However, they reckoned without the rapid growth in consciousness, in part due to the sterling work of the Lightworkers. It is though an explosion of Light has occurred and engulfed the whole world, and that is not far removed from the truth. The amount of energy being beamed to Earth has grown exponentially, and distributed through those evolved beings who are able to bring it down into it. It has moved beyond the point where it can be stopped, and has allowed you to step onto the path of Ascension.

     As we have stated before you are all at different stages of evolution, and it is to be expected that there will be different responses to what is going on in your world. As you move up the ladder so you are uplifting all others as they too benefit from the increasing levels of consciousness. The question is will everyone make it and ascend, and that depends on all of your freewill choices. So some souls will carry on drifting around and be quite content to watch the world go by. Their pace of progress is clearly a lot slower than most other peoples, but that has no bearing on their ability to eventually experience upliftment. The fact is that all souls have DNA genes that give them the impetus to seek the truth, and that will inevitably cause them to continue searching for it. The urge usually comes with wondering about the purpose of life, and this carries them forward on a long journey of adventure.

     For those of you who have found the path home, life suddenly becomes more smooth running, and problems no longer cause great strife, as you handle them with ease because of your understanding. Knowing how it all works helps you overcome any obstacles you encounter, and your ego continues to take a back seat without interfering. Your ego is making way for your Higher Self that is the real you. So you see Dear Ones you do have the responsibility to lift yourself up as no one else can do it for you. They can help but in the final reckoning it is your decision that will determine how you progress. You need to have a strong intent to merge with your Higher Self, and it means following a path that treats all souls as One. On Earth that is easier said than done, but it is being achieved so it is possible if you put your mind to it.

     Meantime, some of you still find it hard to believe you are so near to completion, yet it approaches faster than ever. It does not rely on the outer happenings as they are the preferred conditions that will lead to a great leap forward where you living standards are concerned. You know now that you have been seriously held back, and by filling the gaps there will be a smoother and more acceptable transition. Eventually you will benefit from moving into a higher dimension, where the advantages given through new technologies will be somewhat familiar to you. All round it will be seen as a quantum leap forward and little of your old world way of living will remain. With it goes the labor intensive systems, that have held you in slavery with little time for your own creative desires. That will bring about a major change in your lives, to be able to fully engage in those pursuits that give you pleasure.

     Your lives at present are really so restricted and controlled, and that also applies to the Laws of the Land that will be carefully scrutinized and amended, to take out those that are unjust and unlawful. There will be a return to a countries Constitution with added benefits arising from your coming Ascension. In all manner of things you are being prepared for your upliftment, and our allies are getting closer to some major achievements. Nothing about it is easy as we are dealing with worldwide problems, particularly where the financial sector is concerned. However, there must be far reaching changes otherwise monetary policies will not be stable, and we will ensure that there is no return to the centralized systems that have in part caused their downfall. Banks will be smaller and more accountable for their actions.

     The Galactic Federation is ready to standby its allies as they make moves to bring some matters to a conclusion. It is time for the final chapter to written about the Human Race and their journey through duality. It will be one of a victory achieved through sheer endeavor and commitment to the Light. Even you will be surprised once you learn how the odds were stacked up against you. Yet, you persevered and your faith carried you forward, and often you have worked in isolation but still fulfilled your mission. It is a wondrous victory and what you see now are only the final attempts of the dark Ones to carry on with their mischief. It is all in our control, and soon they shall be called to account for their actions over millennia of time.

     Still keep going as strong as ever, and do not let up by holding firmly onto your focus of Ascension. Each of you that does so will be helping to ensure it comes about as intended, and you will not be alone as we are all accompanying you over these last few months even if you are unaware. Our position is that we are able to monitor whatever is happening on Earth, and we can hear conversations and see quite clearly as though we were there. In fact we can penetrate the ground and see into the bases that the dark Ones have set up. Nothing misses our attention or can be hidden from us. You are therefore safe and in time all military bases will be closed forever.

     Do you see and feel yourself to be a spiritual being? Do you live that you are the best version of a human heart that God ever put on a planet? Are you certain that the pulse of God’s Radiance is your daily schedule and practice? Are you the Divine’s progressive spiritual growth every day?

     You can easily know the answers to these questions by observing your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, experiences, and circumstances. The outer external world reflects with exacting accuracy the state of consciousness you embody. If you sincerely possess peace of mind then your daily life will be void of drama. An abundant person embodies the essential element of prosperity and enjoys life’s riches. How often have you not felt compassion there inside your heart, only to notice that later someone judges you? Why do you continue to fear and panic when these emotions can only plant seeds of greater fears and more panic?

     I ask you to examine this, not because I would have you find shame or guilt or any such thing inside you, but rather so that you may retrace the states of consciousness that got you there in the first place. We all need to take a look in the mirror of Life from time to time because the consciousness that we create inside ourselves becomes the “days” that will spiral out of the Divine without qualification or judgment.

     Remember, you are a spiritual Being and what you really are only has to be acknowledged, assumed and allowed if it is going to blossom into an empowered Soul having a human life. Many have not yet developed a strong interior theology that supports the Truths we claim to hold as Law. More often than not it is impossible to function at “full conscious awakening” for more than a few minutes at a time, and when we do we want to be rewarded for it. Congruency of spirit is not something that comes easily, however it is part of why we are here. This domain within the universe of Source purposefully separates us from the higher truths of soul in order that we individually discover the sacred on our own.

     How many of us have sacrificed our inner theology of sacredness when we encountered someone we disliked? And how many of us rationalized our decision somehow shifting into ego rather than essence? We have yet to realize the true nature of living from the Soul’s perspective in this place and time. We think because we take a few minutes to breath and open up our crown chakras during meditation that the Light is going to favor us all day. It doesn’t work that way though. The meditation may bring you into alignment with the grace of God but it is not going to uphold your behavior the rest of the day. That job is yours.

     Begin now to build your subjective and objective liberties! Try to sense the Infinite Life around and within you each moment. Prove to yourself that you are conscious of God, or pure Spirit, by becoming self-aware of all you think, feel, say and do. With each day know that you are becoming a greater unfoldment of a living God. The mystics tell us that the upper part of the Soul is merged with God and the lower part with time and conditions. We journey on an ascending scale of possibility. Hold steadfastly to beholding Divine Nature in your own likeness.

     I saw a very strange dream today….my brother had died and the rest of the family thought that he was just sleeping even if this was non-stop for a whole day. The next day I went to his room and he was back again. I was kind of shocked and he told me ‘it is totally normal, no reason to get scared’ and even if I/we know that death doesn’t exist, it seemed to me very strange that my brother reacted like this….

     And I certainly have no intention of hurting anybody’s feelings, so I am posting this, as I feel it is relevant to what is going on. I know nobody wants to hear or believe this, but hey.. this is our job. Trying to keep people grounded into the here and now.

     Laura, I think it’s fantastic we have people such as yourself who are registered for both. Now wouldn’t it be funny if we all showed up together in the same place? You guys would never be sure if it was the 3D or the 5D version of the trip! LOLOL

     Steve would be like – hey what are you guys doing here? This is the 3D flight!

     We’d be like – “Steve, duuuude, you’re in 5D now… you’re only gonna be away for an hour in 3D!”
