Don’t forget there is a deeper life inside us all, the trick is to remember to look inside every so often during our day.
Once we are able to penetrate the film on the surface of the water, we will find much love and forgiveness for those who have loved us and hurt us. We will find also a lot more than we have ever dreamt of …
Remember to go through the portal waiting inside of us, always, at every moment, there is a possibility for us to let go of the illusion produced by our ordinary mind, by our imagination, by our fears and frustration.
We can let go of the illusion at any given moment, again and again, and turn our attention inside of us all.

Very good observation Laura. It is so true that penetrating that film at the surface releases us from unpleasant mindsets and habits. Also in my experience trust and faith are so very important as well because there is so much that happens around us and to us that only our Higher Self will understand. And it may seem like we have done something wrong, or others have, when in fact that is not the case at all.
