Laura – Light Sonic Shower

Hope u guys have a super holiday!!

Had a nice day myself with friends and family

Did a wonderful meditation this morning and tonight with my partner! Very nice to do this with a few like minded folks, like we do in my spiritual work group

Then during the afternoon I took a shower and this beautiful analogy came to mind: Doing my meditations morning and evening is just like a cleansing shower…. except bringing the light to my own body acts like a deep cleanse at a molecular level. It cleanses the body, but also the emotions, the mind and thoughts.

The light we project towards our inner body activates our DNA codes now, regenerates our body cells, and activates our higher functions, such as telepathy, telekinesis and others.

I have always found it to be a crippling experience to live in this limited and DNA altered human body. I have been longing to be able to use telekinesis, telepathy, bio-location, clairvoyance, making things grow, alter molecules to my liking and will for my entire life.

I am confident that with the coming of the New Age we will all be able to use all these abilities at will

   Laura–

   I just LOVED this! You nailed it. That’s exactly what meditation is, and seems so simple, but I’ve never put it into those words. Beautifully said. Seeing it this way makes it so much easier to do continually, because you FEEL so much better afterward. Thank you, dear Laura!

   Yes, I loved this one, too. So well describes the excercise, meditation, shower thing as activating and cleansing, opening inner as well as doing same for outer, it motivates me to never, ever miss the new schedule just decided upon. Thank you so much for this one.
