“One People’s Trust” – Successful “Misdirection” = Depression and Sadness = Food for the Dark! | 2012: What’s the ‘real’ truth?

Here on this site, we have been working to get you to see how the cabal operates. I think you can see a perfect example of how they do operate going on right now over at, among other sites, Removing the Shackles. Here at my site, most of us have finally given up on channeling. Now, it seems to me the next thing we all have to understand here is that as I see it: there isn’t going to be any savior, there isn’t going to be any ‘free’ money. It just isn’t going to happen. What money comes our way will come as a result, for instance, of getting good jobs that help the planet recover from the travesty of the cabal’s efforts to prevent her ascension. Go to Removing the Shackles and have a look at what is being said there. Then take a look at what I’m saying here, if you will. What I’m saying is tough, and I’m saying it out of total frustation, so only read it if you are someone who wants to get beyond this kind of yo-yo garbage! Here are a few talking points I’d like to argue:
Point 1: What many people don’t understand is the strategic and tactical impact that an “Interim Government” would have upon the machinery of political governance. The President of the United States (whether it is the Corporate version or otherwise) runs the Executive Branch. ALL DEPARTMENTS of the Government come under the authority of the Executive Branch. If President Obama has, TRUTHFULLY and “in proof of fact” been deposed, these Branches would not carry out his executive orders as they have been doing since he won the election!
Point 2: Hillary Clinton has not disappeared and neither has George H. W. Bush! They have been hospitalized with verifiable illnesses. The circumstances of these illnesses notwithstanding, they have not been brought up on charges before the Hague. If they, in fact, have committed offenses at the level and illegality suggested by these people, their crime would have been sedition and they would have been arrested and held for questioning by the authorities within our own government responsible for the seizure and detention of people engaged such treasonous activity. That hasn’t happened. Instead, we’ve got Senator McCain arbitrarily stripping the 4th Amendment verbiage out of the NDAA and President Obama signing it without protest. If seventy-seven (77) members of Congress had been arrested and taken to the Hague for prosecution, who then is voting in verifiable blocks of partisan response for all of these laws that Congress continues to pass? Can we begin to think things through and get ‘real’ about all this? If not now, when? How many times are you all going to permit them to take us down this path before we awaken?
Point 3: The members of Congress have not been taken before the “Supreme Court” of the United States and compelled to sign an agreement the denial of which would have thrown them in prison! THAT KIND OF TACTIC IS CALLED COERCION and is governed under the laws that address remedies for the illegal enforcement of Undue Influence which is a legal concept upheld by every court in the United States! Certainly, as corrupt as our government is—including the Supreme Court which trivializes the enforcement of UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW, allowing its general implementation as a “precedent” throughout the legal system (e.g., this is the same court system that quietly looked the other way during the “Jim Crow” era. It’s corrupt. They’re doing the same thing now too!). Why would they have—all of a sudden—decided to uphold the organic Federal Constitution? This is another example of some folks telling us that “Satan will cast out Satan.” This is total garbage! Liberation has to come from the PEOPLE! It won’t come from inside an already corrupt government.
Point 4: It is true that there are elements within the Cabal that have taken action against the Bankster Syndicated Crime Families but their actions have nothing to do with NESARA. We are NOT operating under NESARA because the Federal Government is STILL taking money out of our paychecks at new increased rates of deduction via a payroll tax program enforced by the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE! If we were actually under NESARA in any of its forms or versions, that wouldn’t be HAPPENING!
Point 5: The fact that “Prosperity Packages” have been in “distribution” lately only means that those programs have now “matured” and have access to International Accounts that are no longer under the control of the Central Banks and their felonious International “Distribution” Banks (i.e., the “lucky” seven). This is a legal investment program in the making for decades now and it is starting to pay out. There is nothing unusual about this program. If you invested in it, you are now receiving the benefits of your investment. It is an annuity program and does not “signal” the release of vast sums of money to the general public. This “NESARA” stuff coming out of these sites is deceptive and it is hurting the work that people like Neil, David, and Ben are attempting to do.
I think if the rest of us are willing to look at it what these people have exposed as a tremendously effective program of “Misdirection” and “Disinformation” perpetrated by the Cabal, we can make tremendous leaps forward. This situation is THE PERFECT EXAMPLE of what SaS has been attempting to show us! Can you imagine the chaos that would ensue if American, Canadian, and European citizens actually acted on this information? This is irresponsible! Have these people no idea what might be the actual result of the ideas they are putting out there?
I see a pattern of “Misdirection” here. Nobody is listening to anything that SaS has said. While his writing is complex, we are talking about a very complex subject! He has spent an enormous amount of time and effort in trying to get us to see that the Cabal is getting ready to throw boulders into the paths of people like Neil Keenan in an attempt to block their progress. To me, this looks like one of those boulders! They’re probably thinking that if they can get just a little more time, they can figure out how to stop the inevitable—including what is going on spiritually. So, it’s quite possible that they’re attempting to enlist the unwitting participation of hapless millions who couldn’t figure out how to get out of their own way—in order to create some very ‘real’ civil unrest! Such civil unrest would stress the court system and tie up law suits for months to come!
Yes, rich people are finally bringing charges against the Bankster Crime Syndicates because they have determined that their original program of “controlled scarcity and poverty” was actually destroying all of their assets in the face of a new International Banking System and Currency Exchange. Nobody is trying to liberate the working stiff. Can you hear me? That’s us! You and me! The rich are just trying to stop the avalanche of destruction they started and the horrible hemorrhaging its causing all of their mirror accounts! They’re running out of cash and are just trying to buy more time to see if they can get their New World Order back on track again.
Several “Max Keiser” and “Lauren Lyster” interviews over the past several months—two of which I’ve recently posted—demonstrate a growing “Blowback” against the Bankster Syndicated Crime Families and that “Blowback” is coming from other rich people who are tired of getting robbed by these total criminals. The Cabal is trying to put all of the pieces back in the box. Believe me, there isn’t any “noble” cause going on here. The gradual increase in prosecutorial activity, the sentencing of middle level “wildcat” management that just lost control of their own avarice is simply the Oligarchs clamping down on the incompetents within their midst. No justice has yet been distributed to us, the “little guy,” and I don’t believe you will see any change in the way BUSINESS is conducted in this country until that happens.
Neil has been telling us that these so-called prosperity funds do not exist and that the wealth, once it has been afforded the “financial conduits” necessary to be released, is destined for controlled programs of infrastructure improvement. They’re not going to drop hundreds of thousands of dollars in our pockets! They’re going to make the markets “free” once again and they’re going to use their financial power to get the corruption out of the Financial Markets, the banks, and the Government but all of this is going to take MONTHS if not years!
As I see it, one more time, people are buying into a lot of wishful thinking. Just like the “disclosure” stories this past summer, a continuation of this happy garbage is going to result in a lot of disappointment which will send MILLIONS of minds into despair—which is, of course, EXACTLY what the Cabal is attempting to do!
No, it looks to me like the world is not awake just yet. Too many people are not listening to wise men like Drunvalo. They are instead—and once again—swallowing the fairytales of self-appointed “Intelligence Experts,” “Psychic Channelers,” and “Theologians” who actually believe that they’ve got some kind of an exclusive grasp of the Truth and stand between that TRUTH and the rest of us.
Friends, family, there is only one mediator between the Sovereign Integral—that’s us—and The ONE, and that is his or her own sense of being! Please, bite the bullet, do your own inner work, clear your traumas so that the pathway to your heart is open, and listen to your own inner voice! Your heart will never, ever lie to you!

The Battles that have been conducted over the years have been in the realm of mind and spirit and although little attention is given to it, the most notable thing is that violence in the World has decreased significantly. Most violence of a News worthy kind is manufactured for the public consumption. There was always going to be a backlash after the hype and false promises from certain quarters. Truth has been a rare commodity and logic even rarer . The answer for humanity is to discover their own ‘sovereign nature’ to do this there is a need to do away with many structured institutions that dictate ‘thought’ . Question everything and take your eyes off the ground and look about and compare each others realities.

okay, i don’t like this. a few good points have been made against the rant that was posted on removing the shackles blog, however, the title below is clearly attacking the “one people’s trust” without being able to counter one single statement made by heather tucci-jarraf or the legal documents published by the trustees.
of course many people didn’t like what heather had to say about keenan or st germain, but where is the counter fact? where is the legal jargon against it? aren’t we showing our own misplaced prejudice against channeled material without a true reason?
if one wants to debate the validity of the one people’s trust documentation, then that is what one must address, not what other people are saying about other things. makes sense?
I for one agree with Jean.. no time should be given to this kind of planted disinfo in order to distract us and make us waste time.. there are better things to look into than this kind of stuff.. Nothing came out of the bridge funds, of pre nesara or of nesara.. not to mention 21. 12.12..
Channeled messages seem to be a bit of a joke at this stage, so does this “people’s fund” as far as I am concerned… sorry, i am not wiling give my attention to this kind of divide and conquer politics by cabal agents…
Great post. I so agree. All the misinformation being filtered into the mind-set of ordinary people going to work misdirects attention, belief and action. I have known the 12/21/12 was put into consciousness as a diversion, though there were hidden truths available, most of it was propaganda to once again put emphasis elsewhere. The best news is people who wouldn’t have been aware of the astronomical influences became more conscious of sciences, history and the spiritual implications. Now if the same were true about the awareness of the forces behind the government or the truth of NESARA, we’d have an even better chance of changing the system more quickly.
I’m still gunning for the teleporters, free energy, etc. A few grand in the bank account would be nice too!
Actually there are ways of “personally” accomplishing much of what is in NESARA but I would prefer to see results at a global level. For example, cancelling credit card debt, mortgage debt, and income tax. These can all happen right now if we want them to. Also there is no point doing it personally if only one person (me) benefits. It would be a party where I’m the only one invited (and what’s the fun in that!).
One gets tired jumping back and forth across the line in the sand… so I’m going to stop making choices and enjoy the “now” in it’s complete perfection. Maybe I’ll even erase the darn line, huh?

I have verifiable proof that Nesara is no way in effect as stated by the 1776 trust. We have credit card debt we can not pay because I was the bread winner in my family and now I am disabled after a stroke 6 months ago. The credit card from Chase where of course the American money God Jamie Dimon runs served the wife last night and are suing us. Can not squeeze blood out of a turnip Mr. Dimon. No funds for a bar jerk (attorney) so we are left to defend ourselves. We still consider ourselves lucky because we still have a home while many countrymen are homeless. I am sure Jamie will figure a way to take our home too but till then we remain with our heads held high. I worked and paid taxes for 35 years. The moral hazard created by the federal reserve and the 100 years of a Ponzi scheme has ran it’s course. The people are losing our asses and I see NO WHITE KNIGHTS IN SITE! All I can say is bless my fellow Americans I feel them because I am one of them!
I agree with Neel. Documents about what is being said by Heather, and also proof of who she is, are being brought out all over the place. And there is nothing here but conjecture and possibilities. No one knows for sure what’s going on, but if you have to lean to a side, then I’ll go on the side that has tangible proof.
Two things…first, the new Congress was swarn in and then sent home because their vacations were cut short due to the fiscal cliff. So there has been nothing going on there.
Second, keep up your hope Joe. The word is NESARA Law is indeed in place and ready to go. The thing is, it hasn’t been announced yet. And until that time, no effects from it’s existance will take place. Everything is supposed to be planned out, and needs to happen in a controlled manner. And explained thouroughly to the masses. That is step #1, so as to avoid panic and confusion. I hope for your sake, by the time Congress is back in Washington, you will have nothing to worry about. And I hope you will recover fully from your stroke so that you can take full advantage of it all.
Well.. such promises have been going around for years… how long has nesara been on the go? Has someone received one cent from such organisations ? Please do tell me if someone does! till then.. i hope the landing is not too hard when delays will be heard of… hummm.. will see. I hope for the best.. but discernement is needed.. the cabal owns courts, judges and all of this can be dismissed at best.. where is the court ruling, dear friend..? come back to me then, and i will be more than glad to hear from this later on

Laura, you know me and know that I’m not an idiot or prone to flying off the handle.
I have gone over the documents from the 1776 trust site (including the filing receipts and affidavits) and I can find nothing in them that suggests they are false. Of course, the wording is going to confuse a lot of folks and cause a lot of misunderstandings and that is to be expected. These docs are not created for public consumption. They are created for those mired in the commercial, admiralty law system. They are written in that language specifically because it is extraordinarily powerful and precise.
There is a lot of confusion as to the funds mentioned in the documents too. The funds spoken of are equity, not substantive. I other words, it is very unlikely everyone will receive a 3.5B cheque, however, a return of equity to the original creditors (us) is the goal of those docs.
It is very convoluted and difficult to prove (one must prove it to themselves) that value (not necessarily money) is created by us, the creators, not some psudo-government corporation. Because of this, we already own everything. All value had to come out of two hands and a brain.
Add to that the resource base of each respective country, properly and duly owned by the people as a whole, usurped and sold to private corporate interests and then sold back to us at a significant markup. We are being forced to pay for our own resources.
This is the base of these documents. This is where these docs generate these rather large numbers.
As for the legitimacy of the docs… Read the oath sworn to at the end of the documents…
“”DULY VERIFIED as ISSUED, with due standing, authority and authorization, December 25, 2012, knowingly,
willingly and intentionally made, given, and noticed, with unlimited personal liability, sworn under the penalties of

These folks are freely accepting FULL COMMERCIAL LIABILITY for the content and truth of the documents. This is not trivial. Now this in and of itself does not hold true the concepts of a fat bank account, but it does create a far different environment of likelihood.
i am not defending or attacking anyone on this subject. Only trying to clarify, slightly, a very difficult and complicated process.
Over the last few hundred (perhaps thousands) of years, the value of the people has been subverted and funneled into the few and those few make the people pay for stuff they already own. This is what these documents address.

We have seen this kind of thing before…Law suits from David Wilcocko and others.. all real also.. however… nothing never came out of it… those things can be ignored, dismissed .. or other.. people jump in both feet, throwing caution in the wind.. there is no guarantee something will ever come out of this…

There have been many, my landlord included, that feel that way. The coolest thing about this is it bypasses the court system. This is something called an “administrative remedy”. It is a binding agreement between two parties (or more sometimes) and because of the wording and content, ignoring the presentment is equal to agreeing with it. This can be done with almost anything.
The basic process is
Notice the party of your intent, with reasoning and questions, requiring a response in a certain time frame.
Wait for the time to mature… If no response is forthcoming, a second notice is sent.
If that is ignored or the questions are not answered, a third is sent. Each worded a bit more strongly than the last.
If that is ignored, the party you are dealing with is in default.
Then a notice of default is sent and the process is essentially over.
This is VERY simplistic and that way to get folks to get out and do their own research. We ALL have to be able to, in some fashion, reclaim rights, enforce our rights and hold accountable those that steal them through deception.
Remember, there is a maxim in law that states “Let he who would be deceived, be deceived”.
That means if you are unwilling to educate yourself and advance your comprehension of the areas of your life that are affected, those that take advantage of you have done nothing wrong. Scary huh?
So to those that read these docs and wind up with melted brain goo coming out of their ears, I sympathize. Bit I also know that this language is not insurmountable and with a bit of digging, really does make sense.
May I offer a suggestion to those that simply have no tools to comprehend these docs?
Get yourself a copy of Blacks Law, perhaps Ballentines too and start looking up the words and concepts presented in these documents. Keep in mind that legalese words rarely mean what you think they do.

There is something you all are missing here. It’s called Slavery.
There are some that assume power that demand another to perform without compensation or contract. This is slavery, plain and simple.
Also, there is the very real concept of “what you resist persists”. Now this does not mean that you cannot get out of this foolishness, only that fighting it is only making it stronger.
So what’s the solution? Remember who you are. Are you a slave of the state or free? If you chose to not be a slave of the state, then you have every right to demand compensation for ANY demand of service made on you.
Now this is a simplistic examination, intended to get you to think. Don’t discount it off hand, but consider the truth of it.
So you students that are facing this, simply conditionally accept the offer on the condition that you are compensated for your service. I would think $1000.00 a minute would be fair.
If it’s imbedded in your body then perhaps a 5 million dollar installation fee and maybe $5000 a minute…
Put it in writing and be certain that you have MANY witnesses to the refusal. It’s the refusal that you want to video… Their refusal to compensate you provides an honorable way for all to ditch these tracking devices…
This does work. But you have to do this en-mass.
Have no fear if you are acting from your heart.

Well… thank u for explanations indeed. Makes more sense to me now indeed
! We will see what comes from it, i have no time for this kind of thing and it does not concern where I live … will wait and see how this does turn up.. knowing who has and will be the soul ones with guns in a few weeks or months at best.. I would rather keep a paid job for now, rather than getting bogged down with this kind of thing. I am sure some folks like this kind of thing and have all the time to deal with this 
I think we all know where the money is and who hold the reins.. I much better get rid of ALL money system, and politicians and bankers, and a restructure of society. But i guess it has to begin somehow.. and where and get everybody interested.
I don’t think there is much in this whole head ache thing here, having everybody ready to kill for this project, IMHO it is just fracking around with BS legal assholes, which we wanna get rid of… not entertain more and go down further in this direction, with assholes in government able to change legislation as it pleases them. For me this entire thing is a huge distraction operation of divide and conquer… even if those being exposed and involved have genuine intentions.. if something like this was ever going to work, it would have been done before. I wonder what Ben Fulford and David Wilckock think of it?
Only good thing about it is it gives people something to do … and some much needed hope
and people should be able to move on from this money system at some point after wards..
This is not something i would support though, there are better things out there, such as permaculture or other things.. For me this whole thing equates to disinfo keeping lightworkes occupied with “air and make believe” (the more real, the better).. while gun control passes, while people don’t wanna look into what happened in Newtown school shooting, and the reason this took place, and was it even for real.. Keep our mind occupied with promises and dreams.. while the laws change..
If people wanna go that route, give their private details, address for starters.. what will be asked next?? well… it is fine, we are free to do as we want ! Jean, me, and a few others don’t believe this is right and are allowed to give our opinion on this! we can also chose not to believe this and not to waste our time on this.. so if u will excuse me, i have spend more than I can afford on this … we will just have to wait for results..
I like the micro chip idea a lot better though! I wonder if i can do this for me cat? I will have to get a RFID on her for traveling abroad in the summer.. i have threatened vet to sue his ass off if something goes wrong with her.. i will have to fight this one higher than him though…. i will have to ask a solicitor i guess… EU regulation… with no other alternative..
