Just a quick note to say that for the Saturday night I am told there is a need for many of us to relax, to take it easy, to come back to our bodily tensions and in the now moment in general.

Thank you so much sweetie….I might be one of those Aurora is talking about….it’s been hard to relax lately and too many things in my head, more of the everyday life problems we all have in this 3D body….but I do feel that call and I need to concentrate on myself as you said and relax……..I always look forward to my weekends to visit our friends and help in whatever necessary at this time or just relax and go with the flow ….. again thank you Aurora, Bashir and you Laura for this wonderful message of love you convey to us all the time…..Love and hugs !!!
